Hotel con colazione inclusa a Harbin

優點：酒店位置好，距離地鐵很近。大堂門廊都很氣派，裝潢有歐式特色，聖誕氛圍濃厚，電梯裏有需要刷卡安全設定。有大堂服務人員，辦理入住及退房也很高效。酒店裡有多個餐廳，周圍也有很多好吃的，特別是馬路對面的千紙鶴烤肉烤鰻魚非常地道。酒店前台服務優良，房間給免費升級較大的房間，打電話有前台及客服及時接聽、處理應對高效。房間裏是歐式風格，各種設施齊全，感覺客房服務也是比較成熟細緻的。有浴衣浴缸淋浴間一次性棉拖鞋，洗漱用品質量不錯。從窗户看外面的街景視野開闊，有晨光和夕陽時特別漂亮。 缺點：房間裏温度特別高，估計接近30度，被子太厚，後來我們衹好把被子取出來，衹蓋單層被子套就行，實在是太熱了，影響睡眠。床墊太軟，枕頭只有薄軟的沒有麥秸硬一點的，枕一層太低二層太高，不舒服。設施有些陳舊，可能是地毯的原因，從外面一進門就明顯有味道，呆一會兒也就適應不覺得了。電視機較小，馬桶不是智能的，衞生間有點侷促，紙巾盒位置尤其不方便使用。吹風機非常小，水盆下面的位置設計的不太合理。

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Harbin.

Ottima posizione. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada pedonale Zhong Yang. La colazione è deliziosa. Personale alla reception cordiale. Letto comodo. Cesto di frutta FOC disponibile in camera. Nel complesso molto soddisfatto del soggiorno. Ci tornerò nel mio prossimo viaggio a Harbin.

L'hotel è molto vicino a Central Street, alla Chiesa di Sophia, al fiume Songhua e alla stazione ferroviaria, il che lo rende comodo per viaggiare. L'ambiente è buono, l'arredamento è alla moda, ci sono molte camere per gli ospiti, acqua calda, Internet e aria condizionata sono tutte comode. È adatto per viaggi d'affari, turismo, ecc. Ci sono anche camere per genitori e figli. Il direttore è gentile, intelligente e disponibile. Ha persino portato pane e latte in camera. La colazione era molto buona, foto allegate.

Posizione! Metro Line3 attraversa la strada, meno di 100m. Il servizio 5 stelle, molto pulito.Il pulitore della stanza ha fatto un buon lavoro.Il portatore (Geoff) ha aiutato mio figlio a portare il nostro bagaglio al lift della metropolitana, molto utile. I servizi sono buoni, mio figlio ama la sala da giardino e la tavola da piscina.Il personale (Tina) del terzo piano ha presentato le strutture per noi quando siamo arrivati al piano. Anche lei ci ha ricordato di indossare di più se vogliamo andare a ghiaccio e il mondo della neve, molto amichevole. Buona colazione, tutti i dipendenti sono professionali. Speciale raccomandato pepe congelato se ti piace espresso di ghiaccio.

優點：家庭房房間面積大，有適合小朋友玩的玩具，每天晚上有睡前水果，也會在check out 之後詢問是否有需要改進的地方。原本考慮住在松北區，打車去冰雪大世界、東北虎林園比較近，但是如果晚上從冰雪大世界回賓館很難打車，司機一般不接單，大部分網約車都是去市裡，這次大概等了超過40分鐘。冰雪大世界也有地鐵到市裡。比較打車的難度，可能以後會考慮住市裡。如果只是玩東北虎林園，打車比較近。 改進之處：房間有很濃的煙味，被子較為潮濕。

We had an amazing stay at Jingu Hotel Harbin! The hotel is perfectly located on the famous Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to explore the city. Manager Liu went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Traveling with our three kids, we were delighted when he treated all of us to the hotel's special Harbin specialty ice cream – a thoughtful and delicious gesture. He also kindly arranged a late checkout until 5 PM, which was incredibly helpful since our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide variety of options. Our kids especially loved the cupcakes, and we all enjoyed the live noodle station. The selection was mostly Chinese cuisine. Though the interior of the rooms seemed dated, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured bathtubs that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The overall service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.
