Il personale era molto amichevole, siamo arrivati presto da una notte di viaggio e sono molto amichevole e ci hanno lasciato entrare in una stanza prima di controllare in tempo. Purtroppo, come mai il posto è solo bisogno di qualche manutenzione, i drenaggi sono stati bloccati, il bacino stava svuotando ogni volta che qualcuno in un'altra stanza usava l'acqua - per qualche motivo ha creato troppo pressione e l'acqua è uscito dal nostro tubo di uscita, questo Insomma, abbiamo sempre avuto un bagno bagnato in soffitta. Abbiamo detto loro di questo, ma non sembravano sorpresi. Tutti intorno buona permanenza - spero solo che non finirai con la stanza gemella!

Ho avuto meno di 24 ore a Hanoi, quindi la posizione era cruciale. Questo posto è perfetto. Nella tranquilla piccola strada nel cuore di tutto ciò che non poteva essere più perfetto. Lily è sorprendente! Così utile. La stanza era perfetta con un letto super comodo. Così pulito e gentile. La doccia era bella e calda anche. A un prezzo così economico, folle!!! When picking a hotel in Hanoi we were not sure about what to expect or who to go with as it was our first time in Vietnam! I have stayed in hotels in Australia, Italy, Dubai and many more but the Minerva Hotel is up there with one of the best! The rooms are cleaned to perfection and lovely white linen! They are spotless! The rooms are big and you get complementary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast is amazing with something to cater to all tastes. The location is also perfect as it is in a safe area within close walking distance to all attractions! However, the best part about the Minerva is the lovely staff who cater to your every whim and go out of there way to be thoughtful and just be as helpful as they can to you as a first time visitor in Vietnam! They helped us organise transport, food deliveries and also brought us to a shop to get our SIM card changed which was extremely extremely helpful! They could not be more helpful if they tried! I genuinely mean it by saying the Minerva Premium should be the only place you choose to stay in Hanoi it was exceptional! Thank you so much Minerva! from, Megan

Staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English. This hotel does not have a dining place and therefore no breakfast. That is not a issue as there are lots of eateries nearby. I put up with Marina Hotel for 5 days, 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay with them.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Questo è un piccolo hotel di proprietà della famiglia. Ci siamo prenotati una camera con due letti, ma inizialmente ci sono stati offerti una con una letto. Dovevamo chiedere un cambio di camera, che potrebbe accadere spesso da recensioni di altre persone. La camera con due letti era un po’ grande e pulito. Le strutture erano di base. Il bagno era un po' difficile: non osavamo fare una doccia, ma il mio bambino ha detto che era tutto a posto. Il bagno non aveva problemi. L'acqua calda era facile da raggiungere. La colazione è stata personalmente cucinata e ben preparata con uova, pane burro e alcune verdure (tea è bella), e la famiglia sembra crescere un gregge di galline. Molto presto al mattino dopo le 6 o anche prima, un grilletto si è crollato per circa due ore ogni 30 secondi, e dovevamo stare alzati. Beh, è natura e non ho lamentele su questo. L'hotel si trova in un grande campo aperto dove il gregge di pollo e i cavalli si godono del pasto. Il migliore è che siamo riusciti a camminare verso l'hotel e ci sono voluti circa 15 minuti dal terminale internazionale, anche se è stato un po' tradizionale lungo il cammino. Non c'era niente intorno all'hotel. L'aeroporto di Hanoi, a differenza di Saigon, non ha niente nel quartiere. Penso che per una notte, questo hotel potrebbe essere ok e. per voli precoci.

DdexxieRecentemente sono rimasto a La Siesta Classic Hang Thung per una notte, e, onestamente, non è stato abbastanza! Hotel Property: 1. La posizione dell'hotel è grande. È proprio nel centro del quartiere antico di Hanoi, così si può facilmente camminare per il lago Hoan Kiem e godere dell'atmosfera vivace. 2. È bello che l'hotel abbia solo due mesi e sembra sorprendente. Le camere sono di buona dimensione, e il design moderno è Instagram-worthy. E' piuttosto impressionante che anche squarciati in una piscina nel mezzo dei stretti spazi del Quartiere vecchio. Servizio 1. Abbiamo arrivato all'hotel molto presto da Sapa, e le nostre camere non erano pronte, ma il signor VP al divano era molto bello. Egli è uscito dal suo cammino per organizzare una doccia per noi. E' stato un vero aiuto per farci pulire dalla lunga passeggiata del treno. 2. Ho fatto una prenotazione per 3 persone quando ci erano solo due di noi.Il signor VP l'ha immediatamente notato e ci ha aggiornato in una suite junior senza saperlo. È stata una piacevole sorpresa e sicuramente ha fatto il nostro giorno. La cosa non così grande: Ci sono stati alcuni problemi che avrebbero potuto migliorare l'esperienza complessiva. 1. Ci chiedevamo di più acqua e ghiaccio circa le 9:00, ma non l'avevano mai portata. Finalmente, usciamo e comprammo acqua, e ricordammo al tavolo di fronte di mandare un po' di ghiaccio nella stanza. Ma anche dopo aver ricordato personalmente il tavolo di fronte, non c'è ghiaccio tutta la notte. 2. La cena al colazione era buona, ma il servizio poteva essere migliore.Quando volevamo sederci vicino alla finestra, il server insisteva che ci sedessimo su un altro tavolo. Mi ha girato gli occhi quando le ho detto che preferiremmo sederci vicino alla finestra. Poi ha sbagliato a ripulire la nostra tavola, ha appena cambiato il taglio, ma non ha sostituito i placcami usati. Non l'abbiamo molestata dopo che sembrava annoiata. Ma nonostante questi piccoli trucchetti, consiglierei di fare una buona vacanza a Hanoi, un bel posto con camere pulite e un bel personale di fronte al tavolo.

The rooms, the breakfast, the rooftop bar and the location are great, but -- as many other reviews have pointed out -- the best part of staying in this hotel is the interactions with the staff, and here's why. The people who work at this hotel are beyond charming. They are masters of being great hosts. They are endlessly attentive without ever being burdensome or overbearing. They are polite. They are knowledgeable. They can help you with anything you need. If you've lost your faith in humanity, they will restore it. Frankly, as an uptight, over privileged American, I don't know how they do it. Perhaps they like their jobs or they really care about and are genuinely interested in the guests. It does seem that way. Either way, it doesn't matter. Stay here and experience it yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Vorrei ringraziarla per la sua valutazione. Il Spa Hotel è stato anche ben ricevuto a un prezzo di sconto del 40%. Le strutture erano pulite, il personale era amichevole e la salutazione del bagno era buona. Era un hotel che volevo trovare di nuovo. La posizione è proprio davanti alla strada della birra, quindi ho pensato che ci fosse rumore. La prova sonora era buona, la posizione è facile da trovare, distanza dal mercato notturno Buon shopping. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti.

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

UUtente ospiteLe valutazioni sono sempre basate su standard personali e criteri di valutazione. Per questo, vengo dall'angolo di un hotel aereo economico. Questo è il miglior hotel aereo intorno all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai, e a un prezzo decente. Non aspettate colazione a buffet intercontinentale, saloni d'affari e simili. La stanza è abbastanza nuova, pulita, funzionale e grande. Nonostante essere vicino all'aeroporto, non si può sentire nulla dall'aereo di atterraggio. Il colazione è semplice al meglio, e il personale sembra ancora in ”formazione”, con solo Brian come ”capo”. La piscina al tetto non sembra ben mantenuta, e la sala di intrattenimento è stata completamente abbandonata, con la tavola da football e da biliardo lasciato per raccogliere polvere mentre è diventato un deposito e parcheggio. Ma ehi, è un hotel aeroportuale. L'obiettivo è avere le persone a dormire per una notte prima di lasciare immediatamente. Si trova in una zona rurale molto bella, quindi non si aspettano alcuna catering o negozi di comodità stabiliti vicino. Pensate ai piatti di strada e negozi di forniture a casa. In conclusione, il miglior hotel aeroportuale vicino all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai.

UUtente ospitePros: Il personale era estremamente gentile e accogliente e disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi cosa e tutto se menzionato. È una posizione fab con Hoan Kiem lago ben a passeggiata, ma non proprio nel mezzo del vecchio quartiere eccitante, quindi è possibile ottenere un buon sonno di notte (la nostra stanza non aveva una finestra, quindi non sicuramente se questo è vero per le camere con finestra). I letti sono stati cambiati ogni giorno e anche i pulizie giornaliere, ma altre strutture come carta da bagno, shampoo, lavastoviglie, ecc non sono state colpite durante il nostro soggiorno. Cons: siamo arrivati dopo il controllo in tempo e la nostra stanza non era pronta, che non era ideale dopo 17 ore di volo, ma anche comprensibile che a volte altri ospiti si escono tardi. Credo che per questo si siano spesi a preparare la stanza, il che significa che non era completamente pulito, ad esempio, capelli sul pavimento, impronte digitali sui specchi/vetro.
