So, first of all - i'll recommend this hotel for sure. We've came late at night and they've found us a room to wait till morning (500k dongs). Our check-in was earlier then declared. Room (lake view) was big and well-designed, but the main highlight was certain lakeview balcony. We love it. The hotel specialist also arranges an Ha long tour for us, it was good.

Stayed here for the second time and would stay again. Room is sizable, comfortable. My room's toilet had a weird structure running through it, so the shower area is slightly smaller but no other issues. Bed is clean, has a washing machine, most amenities are provided. Location is pretty nice, facing the lake. About 10mins grab bike to old quarter. Away from the city so it's very quiet and serene. Would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance.

Great service and beautiful view. Entrance was difficult to locate but staff were helpful and spoke English. Great experience!

The hotel's location is great, a bit away from all the city noise, yet right in the city center! The people working at the counter, Liam and Alice, were incredibly kind and helpful, very accommodating, and they helped us through our first days in Vietnam.

Good convenient place. But there’s no dinner or food around, except for coffee shops that sell coffee and tea. On the second booking I made, they messed up my booking by mistakenly deleted my booking and said it’s full. I had to negotiate with them for a long time. Lucky that a customer happened to be leaving and helped me out.

When we coming on evening alice welcome us with her sweet smile, and we go our room the room very clean got bathtup,heater,washing machine, dining table,sofa tv, microwave,kitchen utensil,frezer, everything good love it. Its just 2km from old quarter view near hoan kiem like go to pagoda just walking. And when we check out early morning 3am just fast our driver havent coming they waiting us. Feel like dont want to leave but we need work again for our next holiday will recoment next time will stay here again

I choose to stay in moonlight tay ho second time during my vacation in Hanoi.The staff are very helpful and kind.The room has complete facilities and aminities,everything was just perfect .

Good location, 30 min away by foot from old Quarter or 15 min by Grab bike, here is better to spend quiet night😁 rather than in tourist area and wake up with a nice lake view🫶🏼 The apartment has all the amenities that you need during your stay! (Just in bathroom was water leaking and floor was always wet, hope it can be fixed in future) The staff is friendly and helpful (Alice, Tracy, Liam) good job 👍🏻

The hotel is pretty amazing. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a washer/dryer. Its pretty convenient for us. The hotel is in a great location as well. Walking distance to everything. The price is okay, for us it wasnt too bad we enjoyed our stay. We arrived there at around 11PM and the receptionist, Alice is amazing. To be grerted enthusiastically is good. She was able to provide us a lot of information. The guy who helped us check out, Liam is amazing as well. Such a pretty good guy. They both always have a smile on their face which made the stay amazing. Thank you so much, Alice and Liam!!!

I had a great stay at Moonlight. The room had a full list of amenities that you won’t find at other hotels. The washer/dryer in the room was especially useful. While it is a little far from the Old Quarter, the west lake waterfront was worth it. The staff work one on one to arrange cleaning services, starting at a regular schedule of every other day.

amenities were nice, and location is alright. it’s about 15 minutes away from lotte mall westlake. however there’s definitely something up with the room i was given. the air was extremely dusty (my phone screen would be covered in dust if i left it in the room for an hour) and when i asked if i could change rooms, the staff just said it’s either because of the air in hanoi (my room windows were always closed) or the blanket linen (which doesnt seem right cos it must have been disintegrating by the second). the dust affects your kettle water, so i gave up boiling water after that. they offered to “check” but they just seemed to do a regular room clean and the problem persisted anyway. no follow up was done as well. the final straw was when the power tripped 7 times in a row on a single night, and another 7-8 times the next morning. it’s really a shame because the washing machine was great. a real plus for this place. but the amount of dust and lack of any action or compensation by the hotel was just shocking.

Never have problems, they do nth besides giving you the key or ask you if u are stupid enough to cause the problem.

Its a fantastic experience. Love my spacious apartment. Although on the map its located facing the lake, and long way from the main Street, they do actually have back door thru the ally. There is a lot of store and cafe just right outside of the back door. Love my experience, very great staff and i had a wonderful time there. Highly recommend
