"Ha Noi Pearl Hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative in tutte le aree. Hanno sbagliato i loro modi per prendersi cura degli ospiti. Avevamo bisogno di aiuto in molte aree e abbiamo chiesto molto di fare per noi durante il nostro soggiorno e hanno fatto tutto e tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto. Il personale è fantastico. "Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite familiare 502. La stanza è grande e bellissima! Dispone di finestre e di un piccolo balcone, il che è comodo. Anche se si affaccia sulla strada non è molto rumoroso. Vicino a Hoan Kiem e al lago.
Il GRAB scaricato prima di venire ad Hanoi non funziona. Il direttore della lobby mi ha chiamato un taxi GRAB ed è andato tutto liscio dall'hotel al Mausoleo del Presidente Ho Chi Minh per 45.000 VND (14 RMB). Quando siamo tornati, abbiamo preso per sbaglio un'auto nera che aspettava i passeggeri fuori dal Mausoleo di Ho Chi Minh. Sono stato derubato di 890.000 VND (265 RMB)!!!! Sono così stronzo. I taxi neri hanno anche il tassametro, che inizialmente mostrava 20.000 VND. Inaspettatamente, la tariffa del tassametro è aumentata così rapidamente! Avrei dovuto fare una foto alla sua targa, ma in quel momento ero così scioccato che non ho fatto nulla.
Era la prima volta che viaggiavo in Vietnam Tutti, compreso l'autista del prelievo all'aeroporto, l'hotel, il ristorante e gli addetti alle attrazioni turistiche, erano molto gentili! Pertanto non ho più diffidenza nei confronti delle auto nere... Si prega di fare attenzione alle auto illegali!"

"This was one of our best experiences at a hotel anywhere in the world. We had so much gracious assistance from all of our staff, especially from Tan, who helped us enjoy our stay in so many ways. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the food was delicious, including the amazing breakfast buffet. Tea and happy hour were so fun and memorable. We will definitely never forget our stay and look forward to staying at Sofitel in Hanoi again soon!"

"Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient.
One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination."

In primo luogo, vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel.
1. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono così amichevoli e pronti a aiutarvi.
2. Se la stanza dell'hotel era molto buona, era pulita e ben organizzata.
C'erano molti tipi di colazione e era delizioso e pulito.
4. La palestra e la piscina dell'hotel sono piccole, ma non c'è stato alcun inconveniente da usare e sono ben organizzati.
5. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto buona per la vista e si può camminare ovunque.
6. Se stai pianificando un tour a Halong Bay, puoi ottenere più informazioni chiedendo al desk front dell'hotel piuttosto che alle agenzie di viaggio esterne. In realtà ho usato il servizio raccomandato dall'hotel, e sono molto soddisfatto.
Se rivolgo un'altra visita a Hanoi, deciderò su questo hotel.
Spero che la mia esperienza vi consiglierà di scegliere questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had.
Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. We left with a sense of contentment, ready to embark on the next leg of our journey to Sapa.

JJeslyn WoonMy partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade.
One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic.
The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable.
Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment.
On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to.
The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

Forse perché il personale raramente pulisce l'igiene e aspetta gli ospiti che ritardano la partenza, quindi quando ２ ho completato le formalità di imbarco, sono arrivato in anticipo １, ho messo il bagaglio e sono andato a visitare il lago. Se, quando torno dopo circa un'ora ２, mi è stato detto che ci voleva circa １ un'ora, e sono arrabbiato.
Infatti, il giorno prima, sono stato trasferito ad un altro edificio dell'aeroporto per effettuare una doppia prenotazione. Anche in quel giorno, sono sicuro che il mio autobus sta uscendo dalla strada, quindi ho rullato il valico dall'altra estremità del lago occidentale. Ho appena passato più di un'ora dalla valigia di un'auto e ho chiuso il sentiero occupato.In effetti, non ho abbastanza tempo per camminare, quindi ho riposato sulla scatola sulla riva del lago.
Di solito preferisco la convenienza dell'altro, ma quando mi lamento quando presento la lettera di conferma, è troppo tardi!!Quando ha fatto il suo meglio, mi ha guidato immediatamente.

La colazione è buona.Prepari il camion per il piano superiore dell'hotel di bagagliaio ８, poi salire al secondo piano.Non perdere, perché tornerai da solo a casa.Un fratello come un giovane a tempo parziale mi ha sposato senza un viso sgradevole.
Spero di vivere in una stanza migliore ...

YyashhhI would totally recommend this hotel. The room is exactly looked like the pictures. Very strategic location, near to the touristy place such as the train street, many good food reachable within walking distance, even jazz and speakeasy bars.
But most importantly I would recommend because all staffs and service were top notch!!! I booked 1 month in advanced and need to make certain arrangements due to my itinerary. I found their WhatsApp contact from Trip and they were very helpful, fast-response, and solutive to make sure I have a pleasant trip. Also, when I needed to leave early for a day trip, they even offered us to pack up some pancakes, bananas, and water because the breakfast service was not started yet.

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

UUtente ospiteLa ricezione era molto amichevole e aiutava a prenotare i miei taxi (meno economico di avere un taxi Grab), la stanza stessa era molto pulita e la custodia era attenta e pulita le bianche, ecc ogni giorno.
La posizione è anche molto buona - vicino alla vecchia zona della città e grande da visitare per andare intorno al lago.
