Hotel a Hanoi,

まだ改装途中のようでしたがお部屋はとても綺麗で清潔でした。ただ朝方なにか話し声？のような騒音で起きました。それ以外はとても完璧です！

La stanza è di circa 25 metri quadrati, molto pulita e pulita, con un piccolo balcone e lavatrice, vivere con piacere. L'esterno è una strada a piedi, c'è un hotel greco sopra. E'molto bello, come mostrato.

The good news - the 2bedroom apartment was excellent value - clean, spacious and well laid out. We did have to get a technician in to sort out a noisy aircon (old unit) - but this was done promptly without fuss. A huge bottle of drinking water (same size of those for water coolers) is provided - and we definately appreciated this. The apartment is also very quiet and well soundproofed. We were very happy with the apartment - excellent value accomodation wise. Customer service was OK. We interacted with three different staff and the a staff at the buffet breakfast. The three counter staff could speak good English - we had difficulty with the lady at the buffet breakfast who spoke little English. Overall service level was OK but not the best. I found that the service from the doorman the excellent - a smile and a greeting when opening the doors. Although the staff were polite, we never felt the warmth that we experienced from other Vietnamese hotels (we have stayed at a range of 4* and 5* accomodation). For example, when trying to figure out where to eat dinner, talking to the counter staff was like talking to a polite chatbot - you had to ask exactly the right question to get a helpful response. Do note that the gynm is very small - it was smaller than our apartmeent. With the 3 of us in the gym, we found it rather squeezy. It is airconditioned though and towels and water are provided. We did not use the pool. The UGLY: The hotel provides the option of a buffet breakfast at VND346500/pax (about USD 14.50 ) - which we opted for. This is served in the inhouse Japanese restaurant. You have to choose a Japanese main course from two options - and you have access to a (tiny) breakfast buffet. However, I would not recommend the breakfast - its very poor value for money and the food provided is not of a good quality standard. Not the best tastewise either. When we were told one of our main courses was not avaialble (we were there at 8am at an empty restaurant) - my wife remarked that the option of Japanese main course appeared to depend on what was leftover unsold from the previous night at the restaurant. The provided coffee was so awful that I found that the 3-in-1 premix tasted better. See the attached picture for the (tiny) range of buffet options on offer. Again , strongly recommend you avoid the breakfast buffet. The overall exterior doesn't appear to have been maintained for years. Of course this could be due to air pollution. This didn't impact our stay materially though - although it could be an eyesore for others. The hotel is well situated and West Lake is easily accessible through the hotel back gate. Its also 15min away to Lotte Metropolis via Grab cab. In summary, we enjoyed the apartment stay - but dreaded the morning breakfast. Overall - still recommended for excellent value and location though.

La seconda notte per me e ancora impressionato con il Bar di Rooftop una bella vista del lago Hanoi

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento a una camera da letto per un viaggio di fine settimana. È molto spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Il ristorante per il buffet del colazione è sul pavimento. Delizioso cibo con un tipo di pho che serve ogni giorno. Servizio di colazione occupato perché non ci sono troppe tavole. L'hotel si trova a circa 30 minuti di viaggio a Old Quarter con la macchina Grab. L'area locale non è la migliore per camminare, ma c'è un caffè a 1 minuto a piedi serve buon caffè.

We really enjoyed staying here. We originally booked another hotel but due to the noise and other issues we had to change it and we’re very glad we chose Fraser Suites. It is located in very convenient location. Supermarkets are in the same building complex, there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Old quarter and other tourist sites are quick taxi ride away. There is also a free comfortable shuttle service which we used couple of times. The room was modern, spacious and quiet. We slept really good in a big comfortable king bed. We enjoyed cooking a lot in well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful for our longterm stay. We used a sky lounge on the top floor couple of times. Very nice views and great cocktails!! Due to the weather the infinity pool was not open but it must be really nice when it is warm out. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists, cleaning stuff, the shuttle drivers, bartenders and waiters, they made our stay very special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

L'epidemia di Covid sta avvenendo molto complicata a Hanoi. I bambini invece di andare a scuola, partecipare alle attività sportive all'aperto, le sessioni all'aperto sono all'interno tutto il giorno! La prigione porta lo stress psicologico sia per i bambini che per i genitori. Quindi la mia famiglia vuole sempre una breve vacanza in sicurezza prima dell'epidemia e avere un nuovo spazio per i bambini per un bel tempo.Abbiamo scelto le suite di diamanti del lago occidentale - un grande destino che soddisfa le richieste della mia famiglia! esperienze interessanti, pacifici per i bambini e grande rilassamento per i genitori! Grazie per aver dato alla mia famiglia una bella vacanza! Ci ritroveremo e attendiamo di essere il vostro vicino cliente ❤️

La vista è buona, ma per essere onesti, la parte CSKh è indescritbile. Ho prenotato una stanza in viaggio e sono arrivato, la ricezione mi ha informato che la mia stanza era lasciata per un altro, mi ha detto di aggiornare in un'altra stanza con vista sul lago, mentre la stanza che ho prenotato sull'app indica chiaramente la vista sul lago. Ma perché era urgente, dovevo pagare un'ulteriore per rimanere.Il bagno non controllava attentamente per perdere lo shampoo.

Amazing place and service. Management very sensitive to customer needs and go the extra mile to get you whatever you need. No construction noises as at other places. Very clean and attentive with restaurant on site. A+++++ and definitely would recommend staying at as it’s right in the middle of Tay Ho but feels like you are living at a park : )
