This hotel is good and staff also kind but breakfast system not good. If you food lover then never select this hotel. Because there is not buffet system.

Nice hotel with great view of the big lake. But, it is too far to the old quarter and need to take cab to close to the old quarter for tour bus to pick up.

Tremendous value for a hotel that was do close to the lake.

Simply a nice hotel to stay for business trip.

We had to ask for amenities as we were given very little, and they were not replaced. The bath also leaked all over the floor when you showered which made the floor super slippy if not careful. Despite their expensive restaurant where they surf gold leaf steaks, breakfast was very plain, and rather than a buffet, was a choice of eggs or noodles. However the staff were polite and helpful, and the view from the bar is fantastic.

2nd night for me and still impressed with the Rooftop Bar such a nice view of Hanoi Lake

Hotel itself is fine, but i had a very bad experience there so i had to move to another hotel. The owner promised to make a full refund but its been a month and i still didn’t get it, so I decided to write this review. There was a leak in my room at night so i was relocated to another room. Next day i was out the whole day and when i came back i found out that all my things were moved back to another room, where i was originally checked in, and even the things that i put in the safe box was taken (money, documents etc) and kept by hotel stuff. Even though i got all my things back, it made me feel unsafe. The purpose of safety box is to make sure nobody would take your most personal things. P.S. in some rooms toilets face the wall so close that, if you are not a child, it’s impossible to sit on them. P.P.S. Breakfast is very meager. It’s better to have it somewhere else.
