Hotel service and facilities are good . Once the  swimming pool and gym.close we need go next Double hotel. That  inconvenience for us.

Hotel was conveniently located near many eateries and shopping mall. Room was clean and spacious. Overall, had a good stay in Bangkok.

Love the location and the BTS is just less than 10 min walk. The shortfall is the temporary gym closure. Plenty of food choices and shopping. No shaving kit was provided until you asked the housekeeping.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok and had a great experience overall. The hotel boasts a modern, stylish design with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the BTS Skytrain, making it easy to explore the city. The service was generally very good, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The executive lounge was also a nice perk, offering a comfortable space with refreshments. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that while everything was good, it didn’t quite have that “wow” factor in terms of service or amenities that would make it truly exceptional. That said, it’s still a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. Would definitely consider staying again!

The hotel is quite near Phrom Phong BTS Station. We just spent about 10 mins walk from the station to hotel. Also it is near new shopping mall, EmService, is just 10 minutes on the pedestrian flyover from the station. Room size is quite large, however, it is not bright enough. Breakfast has many selection regarding the hotel size.

The customer service in Thailand is absolutely superb. Highlight the front desk staff, Namtip,Joy, and pang,mix,Wawa,and more. I gave the hotel all five stars,but It's not that perfect. Just because I'm in a good mood. Ps:中文提醒，甄选房的卫生和设备比普通豪华房，强很多。

Superb location for business travellers in Bangkok. The staff is very welcoming and overall a very spacious, clean and well maintained hotel. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious. Very much recommended.

Extremely convenient location few steps away from train station. Breakfast is fabulous. Reception staff not accommodating or friendly like most Thais are.

I stay there with my friend during my short break from work, it is really relaxing and nice stay.

hotel location is nice. but the cleanliness is the worst among all the hotel i stayed. bathroom is mould mark everywhere. I can't stay with it also after we raise our concern to the hotel no action taken . very disappointed with the hospitality can you imagine we are stay in this 5 stars hotel with this kind of cleaniless

Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel so special. This was easily my one of my best hotel experience in Bangkok, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a hotel that sets the gold standard, Hilton Hotel is it!!
