The hotel is excellent. And good value. Location is central and just at station of airport shuttle. everything u need is around.. Service is very good..

Hotel is really convenient located within the shopping and food area. It’s just a short walk away. Cheaper parking is located nearby if required. Only weird thing is the room comes with 2 different types of pillow and we are unable to request 1 more of the type we like.

Good location. Went during golden week and it’s busy. Not enough parking for second day. However it’s even cheaper parked opposite the hotel. Only yen600 vs parking onsite yen 1500 discounted rate

A business-style hotel so suited for short stays. Rooms comfortable but compact, especially for a couple. Shower room ok, but bedroom felt cramped. Location ok, midway between the station and port with a 30 minute each way. Several restaurants, shopping malls etc around.

Good location with shopping and food nearby. Parking is expensive. Room is not well arrange.

Modern hotel with lobby on the 3rd floor. Well located next to the Tenmonkan shopping district and 3 tram stops from Kagoshima Train Station. Breakfast is at Tully's next door with 3 options to choose from. There is a car park behind the hotel but rates are expensive but comparable to the carparks in the area. Hotel rate is capped at 1500yen for parking from 2pm to 12am.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Everything is good and convenience. Shopping, eating and sightseeing all around this area. There’s only 100 meters to take the shuttle bus to Kagoshima airport. Highly recommend !

Stylish, clean, very quiet, close to everywhere, convenient to access bus or train, serving lots kind of tea as amenities. Next time I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The place looks comfortable, cosy, and clean. The location is quite accessible and close to the 天文馆. However, I personally don’t like that the mirror faces the door.

Middle of the town, many Restaurants in the near and a lot of Shopping, nice Breakfast at tullys Coffee, the Tram in the near.

nice hotel with convenient location. great personal, good looking room: clean, bright, comfortable the main disadvantage is that there is no laundry in the hotel

Great location next to poplar shopping street and restaurant, easy to find as along main road

The best staff anywhere! This is a full service hotel with spa like features and each room. From the rainfall shower to the massage chair and decorative ambient backlit glass. They offer massages as well. (for a fee of course) The bed was very comforatable and I loved all the various types of pillows. My favortie is the buckwheat filled. Tully’s coffee is right at the entrance. The hotel is in a great spot….Tram, bus taxis and shopping are all right there. I love it there and I already miss it. 

Love hotel right in the middle of the shopping area. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the tram stops.
