very old hotel and toilet was dropping water, ask HSKP to check and told me can't do and ask FO to change the room, same issue and I don't want to change any room

Hotel is centrally located.. however, the hotel has not been upgraded or remodeled for years. It is old and the cabinets are worn. The breakfast included is not good at all. The hotel staff does not speak much English. The internet is so slow my translation app would not even open to help with translations and therefore making communications difficult. Upon checking out, i asked the staff to call a taxi for me, and they suggest i should hail one on the street.

Location is quite convenient, most facilities are still closed due to COVID. Many of the items in my room are not working properly, but the staffs are extremely friendly, they helped me a lot. Booked a suite this time, good value for money.

Old, unpleasant odor, dirty bathtub, and difficult lighting control.

Excellent service. 10 mins walk to gongbei port to cross over to macau. Many food and shops behind hotel. Very recommended.

The facilities in rooms are quite sold. The breakfast is not yummy.

家庭出遊，看着是四星級的才訂的，剛進去感覺還不錯。但是，提前預付房費預訂的房間，入住要先付按金，衞生間的門裡頭沒門把手，馬桶上，牆上，衞生紙上，都有不明污漬。早餐種類很少，座位不夠需要坐在酒店大堂裏吃。窗外是停車場，沒有什麼海景。

服務很好！前台很有禮貌，還給我免費升級了海景房～床很舒服，酒店裝修非常不錯，也很安靜，隔音效果特別好～設施什麼的都很齊全。白茶味的沐浴露也洗得渾身香香的～離拱北口岸和高鐵站都還挺近的，去情侶路也很方便。關鍵是價格也挺便宜，屬實是物美價廉了👌

酒店位置非常好 樓下附近左右兩邊都有好多食肆， 距離港珠澳口岸20元車， 非常經濟 ，抵過巴士。 Check 前台務員（廖先生）非常專業，殷勤招待， 幫我解決不少問題， 值得一讚👍 房間內設施非常齊， 有jacuzzi浴缸，正到震。 另外房間也非常大， 有一個偏廳開party冇問題。
