UUtente ospiteNIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat.
What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar!
When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price.
We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.

UUtente ospite這是我在越南住過的最好的一個酒店，應該是剛開業的原因，價格非常優惠，並且物超所值，大叻這個城市我也非常喜歡，是一個安靜版本的大理，適合休假，放鬆。這次行程比較匆忙，下次還會來住。
另外酒店的服務真的是非常好、非常人性化！小故事：因為我訂了下午三點半去芽莊的bus，但是這個越南的車總是不太準時，我買的流量卡，沒辦法打電話，衹能WhatsApp和巴士公司聯繫，想知道是否會準時，但是遲遲沒有回覆。我晚上9點飛機，所以退了房之後有點着急，在lounge裏思考怎麼辦，這時候酒店工作人員my quyen過來貼心詢問我之後的行程，我告訴她我的問題，她很快就幫我打電話確定了巴士出發的時間地點，真的是幫了大忙！
越南人都非常熱情，友善，但是大多數酒店的服務都不太人性化，這一間signature真的做得非常好！我會推薦大家都來住這裏（真心的，不是被迫評論）

CCalvan TanThere was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you

AAngela Wong YYGreat staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort.
The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

Jju_li_asAmazing hotel! Excellent design, modern appliances, and orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The service is outstanding: upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary arrangement of flowers and fruit in the room, and there are snacks and a minibar available. Every afternoon, there is a tea ceremony in the dining area where you can choose any tea served with snacks and dried fruits. The buffet breakfasts are diverse, and there is also a heated outdoor pool! The hotel is warm, which is very important for Da Lat, and it’s located near the city center with grocery stores close by.

PPandhu PidadeI stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated.
The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor.
Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours.
The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately.
I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up.
I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure.
Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

UUtente ospiteSe si aspetta una vera 5-star esperienza alberghiera, si potrebbe essere un po' deluso. Sono davvero necessari miglioramenti per vivere fino a un standard 5-star.
Un bambino aveva scritto sul muro con una penna, nessuno l'aveva pulita; c'erano buchi di perforazione nel muro del bagno, lo shampoo non era riempito abbastanza, non c'era la lozione corporea, e il frigorifero era completamente vuoto. La nostra stanza era vicino a un'area di costruzione infinita dell'hotel, il balcone era polvere e collegato ad altre stanze, che non si sentono molto sicuri o private. La nostra moto era parcheggiata nel seminterrato della zona di parcheggio degli ospiti, ma è stata spesso trasferita in un altro luogo. Ho anche cercato di trovare la sauna complimentare, ma era disponibile solo per i clienti spa.
Mi sono compiaciuto della scelta del colazione, che era diversa e adattato al nostro gusto, soprattutto il Pho. La zona di cena era molto piena durante le ore di picco del mattino. La nostra tavola era presa da qualcun altro mentre andavamo a prendere il cibo. Il personale sembrava superfluo e non molto professionale; si risparmiava un po' con le loro parole e i loro sorrisi.
Abbiamo celebrato il nostro anniversario di nozze qui, e l'hotel ci ha preparato un piccolo regalo, che mi è molto apprezzato. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino al centro della città. C'è un parco con molti bellissimi fiori proprio davanti all'hotel.

ССветлана ДедоваСупер доброжелательный персонал, мы приехали намного раньше заселения (около 6 утра), но так как мест не было, нас попросили подождать. Но всё же к 9 нас заселили (за доп плату), также разрешили докупить завтрак. При выезде также разрешают оставить багаж и забрать, когда вам необходимо. Расположение отеля - суперское, до всего, что нужно туристу можно дойти пешком.
Номера не самые современные, но просторные и чистые. Отдельно приятно каждый день ходить через сад во дворе, очень гармонично смотрится. Завтраки неплохие, но для тех, кто привык к европейской еде - было скудновато, но всё равно голодными не уходили (овощи, фрукты, яичница, хлопья с молоком, тосты этим можно плотно и сытно позавтракать). Если вы на несколько ночей - точно стоит своих денег!
