JJeffreySituazione saggia è a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale. L'hotel è ben mantenuto. La camera è bella, pulita e tempestiva. Se sei un non fumatore si prenota una stanza non fumatori preferibilmente in un piano non fumatori.
L'unico posto in basso è il pick-up dell'hotel che pensavo avessi organizzato, ma nessuno si è presentato. Ho ordinato l'hotel e mi è stato detto di aggiungere il numero dell'hotel a un gruppo di chat per poter prenotare un servizio pick-up. Mi ha preso un po' e finalmente è stato in grado di farlo.

UUtente ospiteAfter reading so many positive reviews, I decided to bring my parents here, and the hotel did not disappoint! We booked the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The package included delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, as well as unlimited snacks/ dessert of the day, throughout our stay—a really nice touch!
What made our experience even better was their new service: a free 3-hour local tour of nearby attractions. Our guide, 小许 (Xiao Xu), was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the sights.
If you’re visiting 潮州for the first time and want a relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

SsungfoofooDuring my recent stay at the Homeinn Plus Chauzhou Hotel, I encountered a rather mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that lingered in the air, making it difficult to relax. The smell seemed to be a combination of stale air and something musty, which certainly put a damper on my first impression of the hotel.
Despite the initial setback, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was quick to apologize and offered to reallocate me to a different room. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, which significantly improved my experience.
The new room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. I was grateful for the staff's prompt action, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any lingering discomfort. The amenities in the new room were satisfactory, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the surrounding area.
While my initial room left much to be desired, the positive attitude and efficiency of the hotel staff made a significant difference. Their commitment to customer satisfaction transformed a potentially negative experience into a more pleasant one. In conclusion, while I cannot overlook the issue of the stinky room, the helpfulness of the staff in reallocating me to a better accommodation certainly deserves recognition. I would consider returning to the Sunshine Hotel in the future, but I hope they can address the odor issue in their rooms to enhance guest satisfaction overall.

UUtente ospiteMy stay at the Manxin hotel was outstanding. The welcoming lobby, friendly staff, and impeccable cleanliness made a great first impression. I loved the thoughtful touches - complimentary tea, biscuits, candies and sunblock in the lobby.
The cosy room featured a comfortable bed, auto-flushed toilet, and spacious shower, with extras like vitamin C drinks and pineapple beer.
The tuxedo-clad concierge robot added a charming, futuristic touch. Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Manxin is hidden behind the busy road, made it a tranquil hidden gem within the busy city.

服務：因為刷卡的事情，我挺生氣，因為我們是連住的，所以第二天逛好夜市回來很累，結果上去六樓房卡刷不了，叫小朋友去找前台刷，她説好了，然後上來，還是刷不了，然後我帶着孩子一起去，確定能刷再上來，真的蠻累的
建議：做房卡的時候，續住的話還要重新去前台刷卡就很麻煩，希望改進一下這個，因為很多酒店續住是直接住了，一般不會再去刷一次，你們的電梯也很忙

UUtente ospiteI had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang, took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

AAnnNon sono mai stato deluso con gli hotel Ji. Il piano della stanza è ben progettato e pratico. Il bidet elettrico è bello sp. durante l'inverno con un sedile caldo. La stanza è spaziosa per 2 persone. Sono anche 6 o 8 bottiglie (senza contare il numero esatto.) di acqua potabile nella stanza. Le strutture sono tutte fornite. La città antica è a circa 2 km. Se il tempo è bello, si può davvero godere di passeggiata.

1. Very hospitable front desk - especially Jessica who intro many interesting places of interest to us
And told us the best way to get there
2. Complimentary DIY laundry service with auto detergent detect feature
3. Complimentary coke and sprite in our room !

UUtente ospiteQuite difficult to rate the Xiju actually. We stayed 3 nights, and on the negative side, the first night we were allocated a third floor room which was truly awful, to the extent that we considered canceling our booking for the remaining two nights. Also, in terms of value for money, it was dreadful, and the next morning breakfast was very limited. However, after the first night, the hotel tried it's best to provided an alternative, and at reception, Xiaolin. and Xiaomai were incredible helpful in upgrading us to a much more comfortable room on the ninth floor. We were visiting Chaozhou during the. May national holiday, and room rates were sky-high, three times higher than outside of national holidays. Xiju is a reasonable standard budget hotel and outside of national holidays, provides a good standard at value for money prices. Located on the embarkment of the Hanjiang River, and not far from Guangji Bridge, the location is also quite convenient for many of Chaozhou's major attractions
