Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Di recente ho soggiornato all'Harrah's ****** and Hotel di Atlantic City e ho avuto un'esperienza complessivamente positiva, sebbene con qualche piccolo inconveniente. It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Personale cortese e disponibile, ma i servizi potrebbero essere migliorati. Sono stati forniti gel doccia e shampoo, il che era fantastico! Avrei potuto avere un bollitore per far bollire l'acqua, ma ci sono caffè e tè gratuiti che puoi preparare usando la macchina in camera.

Ottima posizione (anche se ho provato a camminare, ed è molto più comodo aspettare la navetta visto che bisogna attraversare un sacco di strade). Non c'era il frigo in camera, ma il letto e i cuscini erano ottimi! Il bagno era piccolo ma con articoli da toeletta profumati.

La navetta per l'aeroporto è molto comoda. Ho inviato un corriere dalla Cina alla reception, ed era già alla reception quando sono arrivato, il che è stato molto utile. Tutto sembrava a posto, reception, hall, pulizia, tranne il problema dell'insonorizzazione nella stanza sul retro. Ad ogni modo, è la scena del decollo e dell'atterraggio di grandi aerei, quindi ero troppo pigro per cambiarla. I compagni con un sonno fragile potrebbero non essere in grado di sopportarlo. Il giorno dopo ho scoperto che l'hangar FedEx era di fronte. Immagino che le stanze con i numeri dispari sull'altro lato dell'hotel saranno leggermente migliori. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel vicino all'aeroporto e questo è il più rumoroso in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Deve essere un problema con le finestre. Questo è l'unico che può essere svegliato alle sei del mattino. Non lo sceglierò la prossima volta, certo!

Dovevo andare al Prudential Center per un concerto e ho deciso che era raggiungibile a piedi. Il check-in è stato terribile. La receptionist si è dimenticata di me dopo avermi detto di aspettare 10 minuti per la mia stanza. Ho chiesto una stanza vicino all'ascensore perché detesto percorrere un lungo corridoio, MA mi ha dato la stanza più lontana, accanto alle scale d'uscita. Sigh... Il letto era comodo. Il resto della stanza era ok, ma l'acqua calda ci metteva troppo a scaldarsi e la pressione era pessima. L'ascensore era lento e abbiamo dovuto aspettare a lungo per i due ascensori. Poi la sera uno si è rotto. L'attesa è stata estenuante! All'1:30 del mattino sono stato svegliato da dei ragazzini maleducati che pestavano la porta del mio vicino. E l'incubo è iniziato quando il vicino infernale ha deciso di fare una festa nella sua stanza. Ho chiamato la reception 3 volte e mi hanno promesso che avrebbero mandato una guardia di sicurezza per chiedere loro di fare silenzio. Ma nel momento in cui ho riattaccato, ho sentito squillare il telefono! Nessuno si è presentato e il rumore continuava. Dopo la terza chiamata, finalmente qualcuno si è presentato e la festa è finita. Ho dovuto sopportare 3 ore di rumore. Il giorno prima mi avevano detto che la navetta per l'aeroporto sarebbe partita ogni ora. Così sono sceso alle 7:45 solo per sentirmi dire che ogni ora è mezz'ora. Ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti nella hall. Nella hall c'erano dei ritardatari che dormivano nella hall. Nel complesso, non tornerò più in questo hotel.

Overall good hotel , bed is very comfortable so can sleep well beside room is very clean. The girl at receptionist is not friendly, no sense working ay hospitality but the men wearing glasses is very friendly. Housekeepers is also friendly & helpfull although speaking little English Good location just short walk to Mills Jersey Garden Mall👍👍

Vengo a Jersey City per visitare i clienti. Ho soggiornato all'Hyatt Place e ora all'Hyatt Regency. Preferisco nettamente l'Hyatt Regency. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, e chiaramente ristrutturata di recente. Colazione eccellente. Per quanto riguarda la ristrutturazione, sembra che invece di sostituire le vasche da bagno, le abbiano ristrutturate frettolosamente, con un risultato un po' sgradevole alla vista. Per il resto, la camera mi è piaciuta. Ci sono alcune cose fastidiose, come la distanza tra la mia camera e l'ascensore. Uscire è un'impresa. C'è sempre traffico davanti all'hotel. Se avete bisogno di un Uber, è meglio fare una passeggiata di un isolato. Non avevo la mia auto, ma sembra che noleggiare e riconsegnare la propria auto sia un processo piuttosto lungo. La struttura si affaccia sul mare, con una splendida vista sullo skyline di New York, ed è circondata da caffetterie e ristoranti. Tuttavia, non c'è molto altro nelle vicinanze: ho dovuto comprare un caricabatterie e questo ha richiesto una camminata di 15 minuti in entrambe le direzioni. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che il caffè fosse disponibile prima delle 7 del mattino. Nel complesso sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e ci tornerei volentieri durante il mio prossimo viaggio a Jersey City.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .
