Hotel con colazione a Chaozhou

Beyond my expectation! At the time I decided to choose this hotel, I was wondered and worried about the accessibility to the hotel. As a retired senior Thai citizen and can speak very little Chinese language, I opted to choose the location as a priority. This hotel is located in the heart of ancient city. Usually in any ancient city, car will be prohibited to enter the site. I doubted if I had to drag my luggage to this hotel and how far it would be. Fortunately, I took DIDI from Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport to the hotel and to my surprise the car passed through the narrow lane and landed in front of the hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Though sometimes we were lost in translation. As this hotel has been opened couple of months ago, the room is new, clean, well lighting and spaceful. Talking about the location, Taiping Road (or Paifang Street) is only a stone's throw from the hotel. Furthermore, walking to Guangji Bridge through Taiping Road is just less than 800 meters. It is very convenient for guests who want to watch Guangji Bridge light show (start at 8.00 pm). After the show guest can stroll back to the hotel and can enjoy food or snack along the Taiping Road. Highly recommended for those Overseas Chinese people who are planning to visit Chaozhou.

1) Location is superb. Right smack in the ancient city and 50m from the landmark guangji gate. You can walk everywhere to do your visits and taste street food & other gourmets . You can even get on a trishaw & do a slow sightseeing of the city among the interesting streets outside the non-traffic square 2) hotel is new about 6 months old. Clean and full amenities . The bed is comfortable and good. We are not familiar with the light switches so had trouble switching to dim lights at night 3) there’s a lift and a laundry area downstairs 4) service is perfect . Our room came with breakfast. Breakfast is simple and fresh and wholesome . Well in chaozhou you probably wanna skip to eat the yummy snacks on the street. We had breakfast for 2 days. On the last day we skipped. We slept in till breakfast time was over. We had bought a rice dumpling and a rice snack the day before. We requested for them to heat up. They went beyond our expectations. Not only heat up, but gave us fresh fruits all serve properly on a tray like room service. Thank you 5) we booked a one bedroom suite on level 2. Ceilings are high. Room is airy. Soundproofing is good. Once the windows are closed. There’s minimal noise from street outside. By night 10pm it’s quiet . Morning noises only start around 9am plus from tourists foot traffic 6) Tip- as traffic are not allowed on that street. The nearest point is to get off at the Xia shui men (下水门） gate and enter the gate. From there you walk about 100-150m on flat well-tiled surfaces to the hotel 7) hope the hotel maintains their cleanliness & newness moving forward . Will definitely stay there again when in chaozhou

Ho scelto questo hotel per un viaggio d'affari, perché è una posizione molto conveniente. Sono molto soddisfatto! Clean, cosy, delizioso cibo. Vorrei citare in particolare il direttore TARO, che è incredibilmente amichevole e attento, e che ha aiutato con tutte le domande durante il viaggio d'affari, e quando siamo andati, ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente di essere stati consegnati un contenimento. È una piccola cosa, ma è molto bello! Si consiglia l'hotel e sicuramente torneremo. Ho scelto di andare in questo hotel perché è un posto molto conveniente.Sono molto soddisfatto!Cura, comoda e deliziosa cibo.Voglio menzionare in particolare il manager di mento, che è molto amichevole e attento, ha aiutato tutti i problemi durante il viaggio di business. Quando partimmo, ci sorprese di scoprire che abbiamo avuto un souvenir.E'una piccola cosa, ma e'molto buona!Raccomandiamo l'hotel, saremo tornati.

During my recent stay at the Homeinn Plus Chauzhou Hotel, I encountered a rather mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that lingered in the air, making it difficult to relax. The smell seemed to be a combination of stale air and something musty, which certainly put a damper on my first impression of the hotel. Despite the initial setback, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was quick to apologize and offered to reallocate me to a different room. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, which significantly improved my experience. The new room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. I was grateful for the staff's prompt action, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any lingering discomfort. The amenities in the new room were satisfactory, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the surrounding area. While my initial room left much to be desired, the positive attitude and efficiency of the hotel staff made a significant difference. Their commitment to customer satisfaction transformed a potentially negative experience into a more pleasant one. In conclusion, while I cannot overlook the issue of the stinky room, the helpfulness of the staff in reallocating me to a better accommodation certainly deserves recognition. I would consider returning to the Sunshine Hotel in the future, but I hope they can address the odor issue in their rooms to enhance guest satisfaction overall.

The room is spacious and the hotel’s location is excellent—most tourist spots and nice restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a family room with a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the reception is located on level 4, and one concern is that the public can access the lift to all guest floors, which may pose a safety issue. Additionally, the laundry area is semi-open and only has a dim light, which makes it feel a bit dark.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance, making dining very convenient. We highly recommend the crab porridge and oyster omelette at the restaurant located at No. 2 at the end of the road — they open from 5pm onwards . There are also two clean and hygienic ear-picking shops with monitors just around the corner, near the opposite junction. Overall, we had a great trip and truly enjoyed our stay.

Have a wonderful experience staying at Borrman Hotel. It is near to Paifang Street and also a list of attractions including Guangji Bridge, Kaiyuan Temple, etc. There are a large number of eating options right outside the hotel, like beef hotpot, Chaozhou specialty dishes, etc. Situated behind rows of shops & houses also shielded the hotel from traffic noises. The room is very clean with high-tech amenities to make the stay comfortable. There is a self-service launderette, storage lockers, common area with a coffee machine, etc. And a dining room for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They even help me to follow up with my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located inside Chaozhou oldtown, dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. Take note this hotel is located inside the old town, may need to walk to main road for didi. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the relaxing lounge areas to the private villa facilities with massage chair and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

In diverse ore, la reception mi ha dato una carta da camera molto più velocemente. Tuttavia, sono entrato nella stanza per circa 15 minuti. Presto c'è un servizio che chiede una carta di restituzione. Vorrei chiedere che l'hotel non sia abbastanza per la carta di restituzione?Alla fine, papa'è tornato presto all'hotel, aspettando che entriamo per un'ora. Questa esperienza è davvero una cattiva valutazione.

Hotel bello per soggiornare, ma deve iniziare seriamente con frshner aerei, poiché i mattoni sono troppo vecchi.
