Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

Spacious rooms and free laundry area with detergent. It’s quite deserted but easy to get cab to go around other places. Nearby hotel there is a hidden gem 米线, we had our dinner there for the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel, highly recommend! Hotel breakfast was decent as well, although the soy milk and coffee all taste quite diluted.

Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. C'è stato un piccolo intoppo al check-in, probabilmente dovuto alla barriera linguistica, ma alla fine si è risolto, dato che la prenotazione era già stata pagata tramite Trip.com. L'hotel non è lontano dalla città di Erdaobaihe e dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Changbaishan, ma non è assolutamente raggiungibile a piedi. Bisogna organizzare un taxi o un trasferimento privato. L'hotel è grande e la hall è vastissima e spaziosa, ma forse è dovuto al periodo in cui ho soggiornato, che era piuttosto vuoto e tranquillo. La camera è molto spaziosa. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il copriletto; è comodissimo. Nonostante la barriera linguistica, il servizio è stato eccellente. Pur essendo un ospite singolo, mi hanno offerto una colazione cinese completa, con il miglior piatto di manzo di tutta la Cina! Offrono un servizio navetta per il Centro Visitatori di Changbaishan, ingresso nord, da cui è possibile tornare in taxi. Nel complesso, nonostante un piccolo contrattempo iniziale, sono rimasto impressionato!

La stanza è pulita e confortevole, ha tianmojinling (Home AI). La piscina calda non è aperta tutti i cos, forse quando ci fermiamo è fuori stagione. La primavera calda è come non c'è corrente d'acqua che fluisce, ma ha doccia, serbatoio, sapone, shampoo, asciugacapelli e per asciugare il costume da nuoto.Il personale è tutto bello e amichevole e ci aiuta a chiamare taxi di nuovo alla stazione ferroviaria.

Although the outdoor section was closed for maintenance during my stay, the staff there were excellent—very professional and thorough in explaining how to use the facilities. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the high-speed rail station. They offer a pickup service, but be aware there is no drop-off service; you'll need to arrange your own taxi for the return. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores located right behind the hotel. As for the room, it felt a bit dated. I booked a 'Mountain View' room, but it only faced a nearby building. When I checked with the staff, they told me no rooms with mountain views. Also, the corridors were quite dark during the day as the lights were off. Communicating with the reception was also a bit challenging for a non-Chinese speaker.
