Il check-in era buono. Arrivò in una stanza aperta. Ho trovato un pannolino usato nel bagno, nessuna cortina di doccia e un letto aveva una foglia di colore. Il personale reagì rapidamente e tutto era fatto bene. La mia madre è 92 e ha avuto un tempo difficile per entrare nel letto a causa della sua altezza. Prenotato per due notti, ma non hanno pulito la stanza dopo la prima notte che mi aspettavo, dal momento che non c'era alcuna sconti per la seconda notte. Dopo aver controllato il personale ci ha dato una piccola fabbrica di strofinacci, presumo che ci dispiaccia per i nostri problemi. Ricordo di prenotare colazione, ma non ci sono colazione, eccetto per il caffè e il succo, che mi è stato detto che ci sarebbero stati piccoli pascoli, ma non ho mai visto nessuna mattina.
