Like the hotel as it simple as it. Very straight forward. Staff need more training.

This is satisfied that this hotel is great location, surrounded with Bank, pharmacy, restaurants etc.

Countless trip with this hotel. It is because this hotel near to the hospital and it make easier to me to going back to the hotel at the rest hours. Also this hotel near to the mall and easier to find a food nearby. Facilities is ok, clean and good. Its make me comfortable stay at there. The staff are friendly and helpful! Tq!

Room quite small but clean and comfortable , location hotel got restaurant, supermarket and bank which very easy

Check in is easy & fast, location is great. Many shops & foods around to find. Room is fine just a little old

Room is big( enough for a family of 4 adults), toilet and bath is big. Space can put at least 5 biggest cabin sized bag( not the small one :D). Place very convenient, lots of food can eat at kedai kopi yung hwa famous for their fish noodle. Near kpj also.

comfortable room, our 1st night, blackout from 3am until morning, feel bad but due to the good service received from the receptionist, I think it should not be a problem. kuddos to all the receptionist, especially the pm shift, very kind and pleasant. forgot to ask the name. such a great place to stay! clean and comfort

The entire stay is good, reception staff friendly,room conditions good, except tv channels need to be added some more,definitely will be back in future holidays
