When I booked the room several months ago I requested no stairs. We are seniors and struggle with getting luggage up stairs. The desk girl said we were on the second floor with outside stairs. I told her I had booked months in advance and had asked for no stairs. Her reply was, “Well the hotel is full and that’s life!” How rude! The king bed only had three pillows. I asked for one more. Her reply, “We’ll the hotel is full and that’s all we’ve got.” Again, rude. A charge came to my credit card and I had prepaid the room so I asked about it. Her reply, “That’s a damage deposit and we can’t figure out why it does that. You’ll probably get it removed in about 72 hours.” Really?? “Probably?” Unacceptable answer. The room was dated but we expected that as the rate was low. Spots in the bathtub were painted over with white paint. It was, however, clean.

Room was clean and quiet. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. Breakfast was really good and the ladies cooking were great.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The hotel sign was not lighted so difficult to find after dark. Hotel was dated. Bathroom needed some work. Very little hot water.

Centrally located near plenty of restaurants and stores breakfast had a good variety of choices, room was a bit outdated but clean.

The hotel was in a great area and we are glad we chose it. The water is hit or miss in the shower as far as temperature goes, there is spilled paint on the tub, the lav faucet leaks when turned on. The window did not close or lock and the bed is rock hard, but it’s also priced accordingly.

The room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable. No room service. Staff at front desk was nice. The tub was gritty from the sealant peeling off. Needs a to be renovated. Price was way to high for the condition of the rooms.

Our stay was fine I would not say above average but comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the attendant was on top of making sure everything was fresh. Front clerk that checked us in was great.

At check in I asked for a ground floor room as there was no elevator and my husband was having a health issue, the girl at the front desk did not even look or try to accommodate us just snapped a NO. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was too late to cancel we would have left. We are seniors and had to lug our suitcases up a very long and steep staircase.
