Hotel is new and sparkling clean. Service was good, offer late check out for me and coupon for entering the kids playground. The front desk agent Sofia was very friendly, I felt warmly welcomed. Just the location of the hotel is quite far from the city center and there are not many restaurants nearby. It’s an excellent option if you want a nice quiet place to stay.

Could see stains on the toilet floor, not cleaned up properly. Comforter also had a bit of dirt at the bottom. I didn’t ask them to come change and clean as it was late and we were tired. Nearby construction started noise at 7am so that wasn’t great either Otherwise it would have been a great stay

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. Great restaurants and cafes on site. The staff are super friendly. I had one small complaint this trip; there is an obvious queueing system for the check-in and out desks but staff will sometimes allow other guests to jump in front of you. I queued for a while to check-out, staff could see me but twice they allowed someone to walk straight up to the desk and be served before me. It was unusual because the staff are so accommodating normally.

Nice view. If u want a quiet surrounding environment, it’s a good choice. Free car park is a bonus.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite and it’s nice and spacious. Food at the lounge is also good. It is also conveniently located as it’s attached to a shopping mall with so many activities for my kids.

It was a great family trip with an excellent location. My kids were very excited to play in such large playground inside the mall and much fun to play my kids here. Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻

Service ok, place are clean, only in the morning the construction work outside have made quite some noise.

Location good. Swimming pool is good size. But bar was closed very early or didn’t even open. I went on 2130 but it was closed.

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.
