Stay at Wassim Pudong Theme Park hotel as bringing my children to Shanghai Disneyland first time. Have seen many good feedback about this hotel, especially the service of the staff. The pickup from airport is punctual and smooth. My check in is handled by 龙龙 and he is very helpful and assist to ensure our stay is great. Thanks to his prompt arrangement and help we are able to locate the return coach that sent us back to hotel safely on a cold icy night. In addition, the bed was super comfortable and the room is really clean. Thanks to the warm and wonderful service provided by the hotel staff. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious. Great selection for breakfast (almost equivalent to lunch buffet). The most outstanding part of the hotel is the service. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle buses from and to Disneyland and the airport. They follow up on your location to make sure you don't miss your connections.

Very great location from Disney park, 9 mins, all facilities feel 5 stars hote. Breakfast was also great. Will be there again once we plan to go to disney.

Clean and very comfy hotel. The service provided was very good. Didn't have chance to try the breakfast, but should be good. Very close to airport.

Fantastic service. Even though there’re some language barriers, they try their best to serve and assist customers with the translation device. Anyway, there’s a male staff who speaks perfect English and made our stay more wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Wassim hotel for our Shanghai Disneyland trip. Special thanks to the front staff “Alin”. She’s very helpful and has ultimate service mind which made us feel warm welcome here from the freezing weather outside. Recommend this hotel if you want to stay nearby Shanghai Disneyland.

Highly recommended staying at Wassim Theme park Pudong for its best services and great accommodation. We’re staying in the family room, the bed is spacious and comfortable. The hotel lobby manager, Mia Chun was very helpful to accommodate us during our stay since this is our first visit to China and we had difficulty in ordering transportation also language barrier. He always promptly replying to our needs. The hotel provides pick up from Pudong Airport and also pick up and drop to Disneyland. Breakfast has a lot of variety of local foods. We’ll surely recommend the hotel.

It's my second time staying at this hotel, and needless to say that the experience was still a blessing. The location is amazing, only 15 minutes by car to Disneyland. The staff were extremely nice since the moment I stepped in the hotel area, and the security guard was helpful with the luggages. Would like to give special thanks to manager Xiaomi who was very friendly and responsive with my requests! his service was impressive☺️! would recommend staying here👍👍

The hotel’s strategic location, close to Disneyland and PVG Airport, with complimentary shuttle services, made it incredibly convenient, while being just a 40-minute ride from Shanghai city center. A special mention goes to Jay Chen, whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, addressing all our requests promptly and efficiently. Communicating with him in English was seamless, which further enhanced our experience. His colleague Bronny was equally gracious and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend Wassim Hotel for its outstanding service and commitment to guest satisfaction, and it will undoubtedly be our first choice for our next visit.
