Camminare da Ado １０ minuti.La stanza è pulita e con aria condizionata.Il corridoio è molto caldo. Quando si fa il bagno, c'è acqua calda che esce.Solo il fumo. Il problema è che non ho un ventilatore.La lavanderia può essere usata fino alle 9:.Lavatrice, asciugatrice e １０ peso sono tutti prelievi.Lavatrice e softweave per fornire le scarpe gratis.L'affitto della bici è ３５０ peso.C'è un negozio conveniente 7-11 vicino ２４.C'è anche ristorante e bar. Il tetto è molto timido la notte perché è diventato un club.La corda è indispensabile. Inoltre, è conveniente usare il cappello quando si spacca nella sala. Cancun ha un bar e negozi che non possono usare le carte, e non possono cambiare yen, quindi è meglio cambiare dollari o peso prima di venire. Voglio vivere di nuovo.

Il check-in era buono, il ragazzo alla ricezione era gentile e sembrava una vacanza perfetta, ma poi sono successe due situazioni... 1. Ho lasciato la parte del mio denaro in una borsa, e qualcuno ancora 100 dollari da lì, probabilmente pensando, che ”gringo” non lo calcola... solo un giorno prima di partecipare da lì a cambiare e il giorno dopo mezzanotte c'era 1 banconota meno. Naturalmente non potevo provarlo, quindi non ha senso parlarne. 2. Anche smbd rubò 1 cioccolato (che non è 100 dollari, ma era un regalo, che portava da un altro paese - come un regalo dal viaggio)... 3. E infine, c'è stato un incidente quando tre membri del personale si sono sbattuti intorno alla nostra stanza in assenza. E siamo tornati troppo presto. Hanno sollevato scuse per essere preoccupati per la situazione sicura. Il mio amico aveva lasciato la giacca in sicurezza, ma non li scusa per aver intruso nel nostro spazio e lasciato aperta la nostra porta a tutti. Le pulizie hanno pulito la nostra stanza più o meno bene (a volte dimenticano il balcone 😅) e non hanno mai cambiato le nostre letti, ma ci trascorrono 17 notti... Un po' compensato dalla buona posizione, spiaggia e operatore turistico dell'hotel, ma non abbastanza per riempirsi in modo sicuro e comodo.

Excelentes instalações externas, 2 piscinas, uma delas integrada com o ambiente da praia, bares da piscina e restaurante. Aulas de ioga, box, jogo de vôlei na piscina e algumas atrações variadas. Toda equipe de staff muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muitíssimo completo. Amei tudo no NYX

Tutto era buono.Noi amavamo il ristorante messicano, soprattutto un uomo che mi ha portato la colazione, mi ha detto di fare spazio per il cibo. C'era chiaramente molta stanza e non era nemmeno confuso, ma mi gridò con tutti i tipi di comandi per nessun motivo; mi sentivo come se mi stesse prendendo via, così mi sentivo male, ma, oltre a questo, il soggiorno era tutto a posto.

Questo era un bel hotel. Ho avuto un bel tempo! L'hotel era molto pulito e il personale erano AMATIVO. Inoltre è molto divertente voi ragazzi dovete rimanere qui sulle vostre visite 😊😊😊😊 La mia camera era bella così come i ragazzi fronto oceano 😍

Ho prenotato una suite con vista sul mare per circa $250 a notte e ho soggiornato per una settimana. A causa dell'epidemia negli Stati Uniti, c'erano meno di dieci ospiti nel resort, quindi era vuoto e fu aperto un ristorante. C'è un supermercato in hotel, aperto dal lunedì al sabato, è possibile acquistare alcuni generi di prima necessità. È perché il ristorante dell'hotel è molto povero, quindi è necessario noleggiare un'auto per uscire dal ristorante per comprare e mangiare di nuovo in hotel, l'hotel è dotato di un servizio di noleggio auto, noleggio auto 46 dollari al giorno di assicurazione. Exceeded our expectations !!!! Amazing new hotel across the street from the airport . We booked four rooms for one night, as we had an early morning flight and had been in Isla Mujeres for a family trip . First and most important, the hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us vouchers for complimentary cocktails in the hotel bar. We had dinner at the restaurant on site . The fish tacos were the best that we had eaten on our 12 day trip . The room was cold , the bed comfortable and the shower hot . There were complimentary bottles of water in the room . The hotel also offers room service, which some of our group opted for . Unfortunately , we did not take advantage of the large pool area on the 3rd floor, but it did look inviting ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations close to the airport . The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day .

First, it’s important to recognize the property has two sides. One side has hotel rooms managed/cleaned/maintained directly by the hotel itself, the other side is apartments managed/maintained by individual owners. I stayed on the apartment side and it was mostly fine, though absolutely unremarkable. If your staying on the apartment side (e.g. you found the rental on booking, Airbnb or similar), you should pay more attention to the reviews attached to that specific listing. If the owner of your apartment takes care of the place, you’ll be fine. Here’s are the pros and cons for the property itself. Pros - excellent service from beach bar staff - decently strong drinks for 4$ USD each - decent location (right on the beach; but far enough from the party zone at Punta Cancun to get some R&R) - good price Cons - Website advertises a pool bar; but I never saw it open, stocked or staffed - the food is basically a crime against humanity. Chicken and beef were always dry and tragically under seasoned. “Cheese” is the bright orange abomination most Americans call nacho cheese. Tortillas served without a hint of charring/browning. Stale tortilla chips. No beans anywhere. Have literally got better “Mexican” food from Taco Bell. - building is old. Fridge didn’t really ever get cold, hot water never really got hot. Dangerously outdated wiring that requires you to plug 10 different things into a single outlet. - definitely saw a few roaches and ghost ants were everywhere. Not lord of the flies level bad, but they’re present. For context, I saw maybe 2-3 roaches during a week long stay. - weirdly uncomfortable chairs everywhere. Beach/pool loungers were super thin; no padding, with hard plastic bars right where the butt sits. Chairs in the beach bar are wood; also no padding, and awkward design. Not a deal breaker but it doesn’t really make you want to get comfortable and spend a few hrs drinking in a rock hard chair. On the plus side, there was never any competition for a chair. - not many restaurants or other non-resort businesses nearby. Do yourself a favor and go into town for groceries. Otherwise, your only other option for late night munchies will be the convenience store 5 minute walk up the road. It’s called Oxxo, and it’s basically Mexico’s 7-11 but better because it sells real freshly made food at all hours. - security guards need to chill. After about 10/11, they routinely patrol the property to stare down any guests who happen to be enjoying a cool night in refreshing sea breeze. In short, if your favorite bar back home has a sports theme, a crowd of regulars, or is a hole in the wall, you’ll be perfectly happy here. However, if you’re the type of person who only eats out at restaurants with waiters, you might want to stop being so cheap and spend a little more money. For this price, you’re just not going to get a luxury experience. However, this is Mexico. When you have a good drink, a great view in a safe area and are surrounded by peop

La nostra esperienza cominciò a essere debole ma si è conclusa più forte, e questo resort aveva un servizio al cliente che era irresponsabile e insufficiente quando li raggiungevamo, prima della nostra arrivo. Mentre sono incluse le bevande, tutto quello che potevo bere era una birra o un vino, perché i cocktail che ogni barista ha fatto erano i peggiori che avevo mai provato - mugghi, vodka, pinacolada, eccetera. Forse lo fanno così gli ospiti non ordinano molto alcol? Gli aspettatori sono un colpo e una signorina, Marco Polo aveva un eccellente aspettatore che ci ha mostrato, mentre il ristorante dei Caraibi vicino al mare aveva un aspettatore che non aveva mai avuto i nostri ordini corretti, dozzine di ordini sbagliati o oggetti dimenticati in ogni seduta. Il trasporto aereo ha molte regole - per il pick-up, è necessario ordinare 12-24 ore in anticipo, fuori da quella finestra che sei a tuo agio. Per smettere, devi ordinare il giorno prima della partenza, non puoi pre-arrangia 2 giorni in anticipo e non puoi organizzare lo stesso giorno, aggiungere qualche stress alla tua vacanza. Questo resort beneficia della sua connessione al vicino GR Caribe da Solaris, in quanto le loro strutture combinate e la progettazione più piacevole di GR Caribe rendono l'esperienza complessiva più interessante e memorabile.

Very disappointed with the accommodation and service provided during my stay at Nomads Isla Mujeres. Despite booking what I assumed would be a comfortable room, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. I got the room next to the reception, it was a good size room but overlooked a construction site, an unpleasant view. The room itself was noticeably damp with a persistent unpleasant odor. The sink drain was obstructed, clogged and a smelled of stagnant water. Both, the sink and shower water tasted salty, despite the explanation provided by your staff that this was a common issue on the island, which I late discovered to be untrue. The housekeeping staff, particularly the manager, were very helpful. But I cannot say the same from hotel manager at point. Initially, when I voiced my concerns,he attempted to justify the issues rather than address them effectively. After back-and-forth discussions, his manager authorized to reimburse 1 night, telling me it would take ~1 month to get my money back, but after 6 months have passed, I have not gotten my money back!! Overall, while my stay was tolerable, it fell far short of the standard expected considering the price paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend your hotel to others, nor would I choose to stay there again in the future.
