Itbwas good overall, location, beach was great. However the food and restaurants at the hotel were average.

We took our family vacation to cancun and stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. We booked an all inclusive package which was amazing as we could eat at any of the 5 restaurants for free and drink for free. The 24 hour restaurants provided pastries 24 hours a day which is convenient as we had tours that ended after midnight. Room service was good and the daily cleaning services kept the rooms cleaned. The beat service is the direct access to the beach with free towels and beach tents meant more time relaxing enjoying the beautiful carribean sea

This resort was perfect. Everything from the room to the staff to the amenities to the beach and surrounding nightlife was perfect. The altitude master suite was the best room I've ever stayed in and I plan on booking that room in the future. The balcony View and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a plus. Would definitely recommend this Resort. And most definitely have to do all inclusive so that way you have nothing to worry about when it comes to eating and drinking.

The hotel was clean and right in the middle of everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay again!!

Pros: Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning and maintaining rooms. Nice pools. Great location near hotel zone *****. Not far from public transport. Cons: Food at the hotel is horrible. Water in bathroom not clean and has a funny smell. AC in room doesn’t cool. And too much seaweed on beach.

酒店位置絕佳，樓下的海灘可能是坎昆最好的，沙細水清。距離港口步行10分鐘可達，去女人島方便。這家菜也可以，有燉豬肉和燉雞肉，米飯，bar的飲料做的很好喝。有時晚上有表演。 前台服務態度挺好的，尤其是一位深藍色衣短袖的戴眼鏡的男前台，態度很好。 總體很好，適合度假。普通房間能看到邊緣的一點海，如果需要海景還是建議海景房。海邊酒店就是會比較潮，但是海確實美。

Пребывание не понравилось с самого начала: задержка в заселении на час, хамское поведение сотрудников ресепшен, нежелание помочь или провести задержку в комфорте. Не работали в сутки ключи от номера (один из двух на номер) сотрудники не смогли решить проблему и постоянно перезаписывали вход в номер с одного на другой ключ. Оба ключа одновременно так и не заработали. Питание понравилось, но не разнообразное, для нескольких дней пребывания считаю хорошим, но если остаться на неделю и больше - не рекомендую. Напитки в центральном баре хорошие. Спасибо сотруднику Густаву за помощь в расселении, про иных такого сказать не могу. В душевой был неисправен душ - текла вода мощной струей со смесителя (номер 202) Отель не стоит своих денег, если будет иметься альтернатива - лучше взять другой.

房間一般。雖然是一票全包酒店，但衹住一晚的話，你你是吃不要日餐、意大利餐的。你衹能吃到非常普普通通的自助餐。

너무 좋아요.. 한국인이 없어서 오히려 좋았고, 시설 서비스 모두 완벽했습니다. 올인클루시브 서비스 정말 행복했습니다. 다음에 칸쿤 또오면 저는 이 호텔 선택할거같아요. 해변도 바로 나갈 수 있습니다

房間有點舊。沙灘還不錯。餐廳預訂有點麻煩，app不太好用
