The Appart'City is ecomonical, has has everything the self catering traveller would want. Shame the property has no views to speak of, but everything else is fine. The staff appear quite proud of their hotel and Agen, they are very eager to please - just ask for anything you need. Would higher recommend for those who want to be in the centre of things and be in walking distance of all amenities.

Viaggiavamo con due bambini (1 bambino di 1 anno e mezzo). Quando si prenota a Booking si chiede per un letto per bambini, e si chiama persino per telefono dicendo che se non c'è disponibilità si dovrebbe cancellare la prenotazione (Booking ci dava ancora la possibilità di cancellare gratuitamente). Con telefono ci è stato assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non c'era un letto bambino .... non c'era disponibilità, tutti i letti erano scomparsi ...(almeno il nostro...). Dopo un viaggio di 8 ore in macchina, non abbiamo dormito quasi, abbiamo avuto il bambino in mezzo tutta la notte, che stava muovendo tutto il tempo e vigilando per non cadere dal letto. Si tratta di un hotel dove viaggiano e passano una notte mentre si muovono in macchina, quindi essere preparati a avere figli e permettere alle persone di riposare sarebbe il minimo per questo hotel. Non sono pronti per questo.

It seems most people are just travelling through when they stay at this little 3 star hotel and restaurant. Every single interaction we had left us feeling happy and respected. Rooms are clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff are diligent. A brilliant (small) daily formulé de dîner has fish and meat options with a delicious desert. Waiters, receptionists, cleaners and the chef all deserve praise. Reasonably priced, this Campanile should be a destination.

La camera dell'hotel era pulita e fresca, abbastanza moderna e semplicemente decorata, con le attrezzature che si aspettavano - poi doccia, TV e anche un cassaforte. La stanza non era enorme, ma perfettamente adatta per un soggiorno di una notte. Il letto era comodo e le mutandine e le letti di buona qualità. I punti USB e le socce elettriche accanto al letto erano un bel toccamento. La doccia era anche molto pulita, ma essere piccola è diventata piuttosto vapore quando si è fatto una doccia e ho notato che i punti di mold si stanno iniziando a comparire sul tetto - forse non è sufficiente ventilazione? Non ho sentito il VMC azionare e non c'era alcuna interruzione separata per farlo - ma la doccia e i tovaglioli erano puliti senza spot, e sono stati forniti sapone, gel da doccia e tazze di carta. Non abbiamo avuto colazione, ma il personale che ha controllato e controllato era molto piacevole. L'hotel è a circa 10 minuti dal centro di Agen e quindi abbiamo preso la macchina per andare a cena la sera, anche se ci sono pochi ristoranti (pizza) a piedi. In generale, nessuna denuncia e buon valore per soldi. Ben fatto.
