在機場旁邊，但很靠近馬路比較吵，房間空間還可以，周邊有披薩店，不太好拐進酒店，住三樓行李多有點費勁搬運行李

第一次留評論，是為了trip.com的客服人員。 飯店資訊明明寫入住櫃檯時間到00：00，訂房時也特別告知22：00後才能抵達，但過去時完全沒人在。 （旁邊其實有一個密碼鎖箱，要飯店人員告知密碼才能打開取鑰匙） 有一個電話旁邊告知如果晚入住可以打，是一位女子接的，澳音有點重，語氣又超~不耐煩，一直問我們預訂姓名&訂單編號&手機號碼，然後一下叫我們打給經理（只有語音^_^）一下說會再回撥但到現在我都沒接到電話？ 總之因為我們已經在外面天黑冷冷地等著至少半小時也沒結果，打給trip.com客服希望能協助，客服馬上幫我們找到飯店其他的聯絡方式，對方很有耐心語速也不快，馬上就知道我們沒有密碼拿不到鑰匙，不到五分鐘順利解決！真的非常感謝客服人員，前面半小時好像白忙一場，如果沒有trip.com客服我們就要露宿街頭了😭

因為就在機場附近，適合隔天需要搭飛機的人 簡單乾淨，雖然屋內的燈不算太明亮 但整體來說CP很高，推薦入住！

The hotel was easy to find on the street leading to the airport and there was a convenience store and restaurant conveniently located near the hotel. A smoking area was set up and we were given a lift to the airport, which made the journey smooth. I would use the hotel again if I had the chance. Thank you

Large room, clean, comfortable bed, luggage elevator, close to airport. Only negative was the amount of street noise.

Great accommodation, comphy bed, good position, nice people. The only issue was that we were on the third floor, sore knees don't like 3rd floors for stairs. The room was a treat, very clean, large, and spacious, with all amenities and a few nice surprises. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and our luggage was taken care of up and down from our room. Would recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area, easy access to the airport and cruise terminal.

We loved our one night stay here. We checked in, relaxed in our comfy room and had a little dip in the pool before our flight home. The free shuttle service is a bonus!

Good hotel, great staff and decent location. I was very disappointed my room, the bathroom smelt really bad, and despite double windows the traffic noise was still quite unpleasant.

There where no dishes ore cutlery to to heat up a easy meal . Coffee cups ,coffee and milk where supplied. Good for one night when you have a early flight why close do the airport. Clean room .dining options 5 min work .

Great place if you want to stay near the airport for an early morning flight.The place could do with an updating. Choices of places to eat are nearby. Good facilties. The lift for luggage was handy and good idea.

Functional for overnight stay. ******* advertised as having free airport shuttle. However, there is no inbound airport pickup, period. Had to spend AUD 40 for shared ride for two to get to the property. Requested shuttle to airport (restricted hours 0700 to 1000) but not available on public holiday. Had to call taxi costing a further AUD28.10. Question: Who will reimburse me the AUD68.10? Free airport shuttle does not mean one way shuttle or restricted availability. Answer please. I have been misold.

Great one night stay before heading to the airport. The cleaning lady was so kind to help me get a couple of utensils from the breakfast room before the reception arrived.
