Rooms were all remodeled, views were great. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel provides the best view of Sun Moon Lake! The room is very clean and has a stunning view. Staff is very friendly and warm welcoming. I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days having good sleep every day 😇

The hotel has everything you would expect from a quality operation, but what made this stand out was the friendly staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, making our stay the highlight of our trip to Taiwan

Real nice hotel right by the lake with great views, walking distance to the bus stop, and right next to TenRen tea and Starbucks, surrounded by lots of eateries

The front desk staff was friendly and provided me with useful information and had a good chat. Room was clean and spacious. Had an amazing view of the pier. Would highly recommend

The room is clean ,Bed is comfy. Staff are very helpful although some of them can’t speak English.. The location is only 100 meters bus station and near starbucks coffee. The view from our room is stunning. If we go back to Sun moon lake. This hotel will be a first choice.

We were late check in due to flight was delayed and luckily the front desk lady was there to wait for us. Their hotel location is very near to the Shui Se Pier so it’s very convenient. Meantime, we like their local breakfast served.
