Hotel sul mare a Hangzhou

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anyu Hangzhou. Even before we arrived in Hangzhou, we had had communications with the hotel about the room and they had already helped with our restaurant bookings. The service was impeccable from everyone at the hotel, from the front-facing staff to the housekeeping staff - all were so helpful and friendly and polite yet warm. They were also really responsive to our WeChat messages and queries. The breakfast, tea and twilight suppers were delicious and of top quality, and extremely pretty as well. There were free-flow fruits available for most of the day which is really quite nice. The hotel was beautiful and very clean with many amenities which were so helpful for our daily outings. One small downside was that the twin rooms are next to the road and it was a bit noisy on a Saturday night / Sunday early morning due to people talking on the street, but we only experienced this for one night. Otherwise the beds and the room were so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. Location-wise, it’s near enough West Lake and the other sights such that we don’t get stuck in the jam of the immediate Lake area and yet won’t take too long to get to all the sights and restaurants. The hotel even prepares a farewell gift for the guests - this was a really thoughtful extra touch. Truly a wonderful stay and most of all, we must commend every member of staff of the hotel for being so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!"
