"Prix très abordable pour une grande chambre spacieuse avec grand lit king size, néanmoins il n’y a aucun service de chambre , le grand point négatif de mon séjour est que le Wifi de l’hotel n’a fonctionné correctement que la dernière soirée de mon séjour sur 5 jours au total, le reste du temps il était impossible de faire quoi que ce soit, ce qui en plein México city est très inconvenient.
L’emplacement et les alentours sont moyens mais il y a un arrêt de métro à proximité"

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è buona, intorno al sicuro, molti hotel.La città del Messico è gravemente bloccata, il trasporto pubblico è principalmente viaggiato. Ci sono principali stazioni di bus vicino all'hotel, conveniente.Più vicini possono anche raggiungere molti luoghi. La sala è pulita e pulita. Prima di vedere i commenti, ho visto che non c'era aria condizionata da molto tempo, ma la mia stanza ha aria condizionata. Questa stagione in Città del Messico non c'era aria condizionata. E'strano che la mia stanza abbia aria condizionata. Il bar sulla piattaforma del tetto è molto buono, non molto stile cocktail, ma molto economico.Puoi anche fare il bagno, e'molto comodo tornare un giorno.Super raccomandato!

UUtente ospiteEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting.
The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105)
We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

UUtente ospiteAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Ffapp7To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1.
The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink.
I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight.
2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may).
I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

GGabrielaMedranoI will give my review as an experienced traveler. I always stay in this hotel. I love the view, the staff and how clean it is. This hotel is very well located in the Hong Kong island if you use the mid-level escalator. The single room is small but it can be okay for two people. They clean your room every day, give you coffee and tea (they have electric kettle) they have a closet, security box, the hotel is clean and zero noisy. The bed is comfy. The WiFi works fine. They have gym and pool (I never used them though) The hotel has a bus that takes you from there to the Hong Kong metro station which is very convenient if you want to take the train Airport Express. There is hot or cold tea (depending on the season) at the lobby every day and cookies. I really like this hotel and I hope to stay there again in the future. Please don't increase the price that high otherwise I will stay in different place and I will suffer :(

L'antico hotel spagnolo può essere visto molto delicato. Ma ora non è ben mantenuto. Il canale di lavaggio della piscina facciale è ghiacciato. La camera è chiusa. La finestra di lavagna non può essere tirata. La camera di bagno ha dato a due piccoli gabinetti senza etichette. Uno è lavaggio di capelli, l'altro è lubrificante, la soluzione non ha dato il piccolo champagne, C'è un buco sopra il letto.
