Hotel con palestra a Città del Messico

Un problema come tutti i Holidayyinn, è che la gestione dell'hotel ha un grande spazio di miglioramento.Quando la stanza è pulita ogni giorno, ci saranno anche molte volte e continuamente chiacchiere sulla porta per chiedere se c'è una stanza pulita. Questo è molto cattivo per la gestione. La posizione di questo hotel è in un luogo più prospero nel centro della città, il traffico è molto conveniente e il viaggio quotidiano è conveniente.Il pranzo è più sicuro intorno.

Un hotel molto sicuro , sono già arrivato in tre occasioni per effettuare un'uscita aerea internazionale e andare e prendere me all'aeroporto, hanno questo servizio aggregato e senza costo dolo con un propina al conducente lo consiglio.⁹

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

La stazione di ricezione è molto entusiasta, la colazione è meno selettiva, ma è buona. La posizione geografica è molto conveniente ovunque nel centro della città. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Prezzo accettabile per la stanza.Il personale è amichevole e utile. Suggerire di aggiungere caldaia elettrica per ogni camera. Meglio mantenere il prezzo della stanza stabile nei giorni di settimana e nei fine settimana.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Bello hotel in una grande posizione in Città del Messico. Apprezzo il colazione complementare. Tutti i giorni puliti asciugamani. Solo in basso è che le pareti sono un po' sottili, può essere consigliabile portare le pendenti come si può sentire i vostri vicini

Ho controllato 2-3 giorni di ritardo a causa di emergenza e hanno detto che tutte le prenotazioni di 4 notti sono state cancellate, anche io ho ancora due notti da rimanere. Si rifiutarono di restituire anche, quindi ho pagato solo per un soggiorno di mezza giornata perché dovevo volare di notte e hanno pagato quasi tutto, il ricevitore non mi ha mai detto che la differenza è poco per un soggiorno di notte. Quindi ho deciso di rimanere per una notte perché ho riordinato il mio volo il giorno seguente, perché ho avuto un incontro e non avrei catturato il mio volo, poi quando sono tornato all'hotel, hanno comprato un'acqua che mi hanno chiesto il numero della stanza e il nuovo ricevitore mi ha detto che dovrei have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. Non ci sarà alcuna considerazione, sicuramente chiederà all'app di prenotazione di chiedere il rimborso di soggiorno 4 notti che non era usato che si rifiuta di rimborsare, hanno detto che non è già alcun show che io sono apparso il terzo giorno. Lol. Kinda scam tattica. E lo odio. Ho solo lasciato andare.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.
