Hotel con balcone a Città del Messico

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Un problema come tutti i Holidayyinn, è che la gestione dell'hotel ha un grande spazio di miglioramento.Quando la stanza è pulita ogni giorno, ci saranno anche molte volte e continuamente chiacchiere sulla porta per chiedere se c'è una stanza pulita. Questo è molto cattivo per la gestione. La posizione di questo hotel è in un luogo più prospero nel centro della città, il traffico è molto conveniente e il viaggio quotidiano è conveniente.Il pranzo è più sicuro intorno.

Nothing on the street suggests that a hotel exists within this beautiful old building. Inside though a warm welcome and interior design beauty await. Timber panelling and mid century furniture, high ceilings and walls of windows - this place is gorgeous. The downside was the rabbit warren nature of the place. To reach our room involved corridors, stairs going up, stairs going down and a courtyard to cross. Some of the flights were steep and narrow making access with suitcases a bit difficult. The room that awaited us though was stylish and comfortable and worth the effort. Problems with wifi access and aircon were dealt with immediately and personally by management. The neighbourhood is great, tight in the middle of La Condesa. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

La posizione è grande.Molti caffè e ristoranti per visitare, o semplicemente per camminare e apprezzare l'architettura della zona. Il bar al tetto sembra fantastico, e la palestra è sufficiente. L'hotel dispone di un lavastoviglie/siccato in alcuni piani. Il check-in è un po' tardi (3pm); sebbene dicano che se c'è una stanza disponibile, vi permetteranno di check-in prima. Interessante, ho aspettato in lobby per circa un'ora, perché non ho molto da fare. Tutti i arrivanti non latino sono stati portati in una stanza, tutti gli spagnoli sono stati chiesti di aspettare. Forse è stata una coincidenza? Inoltre, si prega di tenere presente che i taxi non sono ammessi a fermarsi davanti all'hotel perché è davanti ad un'avenue.

Alloggio moderno in una grande zona per esplorare la città del Messico per un giorno o due. Non è un hotel così ovviamente il servizio è completamente diverso da quello che si aspetta per la pulizia e? complessivamente le strutture.. Ma è assolutamente ok per un buon sonno notturno e un comodo, sicuro e bello luogo di soggiorno. Vorrebbero poter prestare un po' di attenzione ai dettagli, per esempio in trio.com? app dice che la stanza ha un balcone e quando siamo arrivati non avevamo nemmeno le finestre. Sfruttato da un lungo viaggio non volevamo causare problemi, ma questo potrebbe essere stato consigliato prima. Siamo stati due persone, ma avevamo solo una tovagliola di mano, così era un inconveniente che avrebbe potuto essere evitato dalla gestione avrebbe dovuto prestare maggiore attenzione alle prenotazioni per un compleanno. In generale, va bene rimanere per una notte di fermata in città del Messico. Passeggiata a piedi dai ristoranti e bel quartiere polanco giorno e notte.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Ho soggiornato quattro notti; era la mia seconda volta. Non ho fatto colazione in hotel, ma ho pranzato lì un giorno e la mia esperienza è stata positiva. L'hotel offre servizi spaziosi: la reception, il ristorante e gli altri spazi sono ampi. La camera era piuttosto spaziosa, con un letto comodo, un buon materasso e una TV con molti canali. C'è acqua gratuita, ma non c'è frigorifero o bollitore elettrico. Tutto era pulito e in buone condizioni generali, e c'era un ampio armadio. L'ascensore è veloce; ce ne sono due. I corridoi sono ampi e ben illuminati. Non ho avuto grossi problemi con il rumore delle caldaie di notte; ho dormito bene nel complesso. Sì, ogni tanto ho sentito rumori dalla stanza vicina, il cellulare che squillava e il russare dell'uomo in quella stanza. C'è una fermata del Metrobus proprio di fronte e la stazione della metropolitana Hospital General è a circa tre isolati di distanza, quindi è vicina. Ci sono anche un 7-Eleven e un minimarket Oxxo proprio lì. In breve, è una buona opzione per l'alloggio.
