Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Città del Messico

Questa è la mia quarta volta all'hotel e di gran lunga la peggiore. La stanza era di qualità molto inferiore alle mie ultime 3 soggiorni. Probabilmente non sarebbe rimasto sulla base di questo. Il prezzo per ciò che ho ottenuto è stato estremamente deludente quando di solito è fantastico

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Ottimo soggiorno

房間還可以，服務也還不錯，就是酒店門口太狹窄，衹能停留兩部車，去酒店第一天開車門被其他車給撞了一下車門，被司機訛詐了15000比索，真是倒黴！留下了極其壞的印象。

Eleganza, comfort, sorrisi. Così potrei sintetizzare il mio soggiorno al St. Regis di Città del Messico. Ero convinto che difficilmente sarei tornato in questa città caotica, ma l’esperienza in questo fantastico hotel ha reso tutto più piacevole. St. Regis è sempre una garanzia e anche qui non si è smentito. Eccellente.

Il cibo è bello in un ambiente rilassato, mentre ci fermiamo per colazione dopo un lungo volo e troppo presto per arrivare direttamente al nostro alloggio. Grande servizio da Alejandra, Salvador & Carlos e una omeletta DELICIOUS da Elena, che tutti parlano grande inglese e ci insegnano a dire omeletta in spagnolo (“omeletta”)

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

At this point the Hilton was probably the last hotel I had not stayed before in Santa Fe. I had a great stay! Nice comfortable rooms, good service and very conveniently located above the main shopping mall in the area. If you have the opportunity pay a bit more for lounge access. It makes a big difference. The one thing I did not like was their hotel cars from and to the airport…expensive and old cars.

La maggior parte dei camerieri dell'hotel conosce l'inglese. Il viaggio deve portare oggetti personali di pulizia, compresi i pannolini.L'hotel offre servizi di lavanderia a pressione molto costosi, ma c'è un lavabo a terra sotto la strada. Il lobby ha una grande tenda per lavagnare. Una delle tre ristoranti è molto buona.Vale la pena provare.
