This lovely gem is right in the heart of the city! The interior hallways are sleek and modern while homage to a historic past. The building is a former law office and the interior is a classic courtyard presentation. The restaurants and bar are on the roof top, which is the 5th floor. My room was on the street side and I got an upgrade due to my Hilton status, so I had this huge suite on the 4th floor with incredible views of the interior when I opened my door. The bathroom was roomy and spacious. The shower was huge with both a hand held and a shower rainfall option. I had dual sinks and the lotion and other amenities were very nice. The bed was comfy, the windows could open and there were many lighting options. There was bedside lighting, overhead lighting and more. It was quite amazing! The bedroom was all white and quite bright. My ”living room” was dark, but had so many additional lighting options, plus the record player, TV, and the bright window for when the curtains were open. The sliding door between the 2 rooms was perfect. And, I had not only a desk with hand sanitizer, but also a small dining table with 2 chairs in my ”living room”. It was a heavenly stay. Now, the pool was tiny, but the hot tub was lovely and the cocktails were nice! Breakfast at Oliva was included for me and was delicious. The other restaurant on the rooftop, Paixa Do was also quite amazing. Creative food and a gorgeous view with excellent service and a great wine selection. What else? The front desk staff and bellmen were lovely. The concierge was a little odd to me, so I ignored him after the first day. It was easy to take an Uber from my hotel and the Uber was very cheap in US $. Within walking distance were a few Sanbornes, a money exchange place, and some nice restaurants. I totally would return here again. It was my fifth trip to Mexico City in the last 15-20 years and I've stayed only in 1 other place twice. Again, this is a fantastic place to stay...I almost forgot to mention the private movie theater upstairs, the art gallery and the records (vinyl LPs) that one could take and play on bluetooth speakers in your room! What a treat!

Personalmente pensa che sia buono. Il personale è molto amichevole.Le strutture sono anche buone. Si è diviso in una stanza sceneggiata con balcone, una stanza super grande. La reception ci aiuta a prenotare l'autista all'aeroporto.Non c'è un blocco all'aeroporto quel giorno, circa venti minuti.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

Questa è la seconda volta che si ferma. Quando si ferma per 19 anni, mi sento molto male. Non so se sia il livello superiore di questa stanza.Ma il loro personale di servizio è davvero lento, non è necessariamente in grado di inviarlo per mezz'ora 😅. Ma la posizione è davvero buona, camminando per pochi minuti dalla piazza costituzionale, e ci sono poliziotti intorno, quindi è più sicuro.

La posizione è buona. Vicino al centro. Non c'è il caricatore del cellulare e la stanza è molto piccola. Penso che sarebbe bello se viaggiassi da solo. Non è consentito fumare all'interno.

The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

Nonostante la sua comoda posizione e le camere relativamente pulite, diversi problemi significativi hanno influenzato notevolmente la nostra esperienza complessiva. Purtroppo, tutte le camere erano orientate verso un giardino chiuso o verso la scala, e la mancanza di finestre adeguate ha intensificato i livelli di rumore. Invece di finestre, sono state fornite solo lenzuola di legno, che si sono dimostrate inefficaci nel bloccare i suoni dall'esterno. Di conseguenza, il sonno di una notte tranquilla è diventato una sfida, e ogni speranza di tranquillità è stata sconvolta fino alle cinque di mattina. In un tentativo di affrontare il problema, l'ostello ci ha offerto buoni per cocktail e un rimborso del 15% promesso. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati al bar per rimborsare i buoni, abbiamo scoperto che erano validi solo per Mezcal o birra, contraddizionando la promessa di cocktail come annunciato. Inoltre, nonostante l'arrivo all'ostello due volte per quanto riguarda il 15 per cento di rimborso, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta o rimborso. Questa mancanza di follow-up riflette in modo sfavorevole l'impegno dell'ostello a soddisfare i clienti e ha contribuito ulteriormente alla nostra delusione.

La posizione non va detto, ci sono pochi passi verso la piazza costituzionale.Le strutture circostanti devono essere complete, farmacie, negozi di comodità, metropolitana, autobus turistici, museo Maya e così via sono a cinque minuti a piedi.C'è anche un buffet cinese molto delizioso!Il servizio dell'hotel è super buono. Ci sono cibo gratis, caffè caldo e acqua di pasta gratis.I problemi incontrati aiutano anche a risolvere.

Le camere e le strutture sono un po'vecchie. L'aria non è buona, ma vicino all'attrazione, si può camminare in molti luoghi.Anche il cibo intorno a lui è molto.Se vuole giocare e non importa se ha un sapore, può essere considerato.
