UUtente ospiteMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking.
When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance.
In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes.
Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities.
We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

HHing keungNon sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di 5 anni. Questa volta non mi ha fatto molto eccitare. Per quanto riguarda il servizio in camera, ci sono solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua fornite e è molto dietro gli altri. La sauna rimane lo stesso e l'unico punto che ho dimenticato. Purtroppo, non ci sono ancora asciugamani bagnati, non ci sono scarpe da bagno, la cosa buona non è che molte persone usano la stanza, la vista è bella e questo è il punto di vendita.
Non posso restare di nuovo a meno che il prezzo della stanza non sia attraente.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other ****** resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the ****** complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully.
You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.

EEdoardo88Ottimo Hotel in ottima posizione, molto vicino alla cotai ***** e quindi perfetto per muoversi. Camera confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort, spaziosa, comoda, bagno con tutto il necessario. Colazione ottima anche se un pò caotica. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

MMAURIZIONIKEHotel molto carino con camere grandi e spaziose in ogni stanza, soprattutto nel bagno; ho prenotato una camera normale con un letto grande; poi, aggiungendo solo 100 HKD, si può gustare una colazione a buffet; il personale è cordiale e cortese; lo consiglio vivamente anche perché se si arriva in traghetto, si può camminare solo 15 minuti o prendere l'autobus 3A;

NNadezhda Z.L'hotel è ok per un soggiorno non lungo.
Pro:
1. Posizione abbastanza buona: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, gli autobus fermano di fronte all'hotel, supermercati, bancomat e McDonald's sono nelle vicinanze.
2. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Parlano inglese, il che è molto importante!
3. Il letto e il cuscino sono comodi.
4. La finestra non può essere aperta ma l'aria condizionata è ok, tuttavia è rumorosa.
5. Avevo una bella vista dalla mia finestra: la strada e l'edificio di fronte all'hotel. (Foto)
6. Il WiFi in camera era buono.
Contro:
1. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio, le strutture devono essere rinnovate. In realtà, stanno attualmente facendo lavori di ristrutturazione e avvisano del rumore dalle 10:00 alle 18:00. Per me non è stato un problema, ma sarebbe meglio saperlo prima di prenotare una camera non rimborsabile.
2. Ho prenotato una camera singola con letto matrimoniale, ma la camera era pessima: moquette sporca (o bruciata), gocce sporche sulla porta del bagno, macchie sul tavolo. (Foto 1). Ho chiesto di cambiare camera. Non avevano un'altra camera matrimoniale, quindi mi hanno offerto una camera con due letti singoli. Era meglio, quindi sono rimasto. Ma comunque, i servizi non erano molto buoni, per esempio, c'era della muffa sulla tenda del bagno e vicino al lavandino, il lavandino era scoppiato e l'acqua usciva lentamente. (Foto)

Spero che dopo la ristrutturazione l'hotel sarà molto migliore e più piacevole in cui soggiornare.

臻臻媽媽遊天下Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e paziente nello spiegare i servizi dell'hotel. 
Abbiamo anche la fortuna di usufruire del servizio di upgrade.
Solo che l'hotel è relativamente isolato e le camere hanno solo la doccia e non la doccia. È complicato lavare i capelli dei bambini... La piscina e il parco giochi per bambini sono a disposizione per il divertimento e l'hotel è anche vicino al nero. spiaggia di sabbia.  20 minuti Il viaggio è una passeggiata e il paesaggio è piacevole.
Anche la colazione ha varietà di scelta, nel complesso soddisfatto👍👍L'hai vista?
