Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in effortless. The lobby’s elegant design set the tone for a high-end experience. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering soothing treatments that complemented the luxurious ambiance. The facilities at Altira Macau were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful indoor pool, and also a ****** for entertainment enthusiasts. The hotel’s location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, shopping, and entertainment venues, yet still provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Overall, my stay at Altira Macau exceeded expectations. The combination of sophisticated amenities, attentive staff, and a stunning setting made for a truly indulgent week. I've been here many times before, but they used to be Pleasant Goats, and now they've changed their name to Londoners. And then the overall experience was very good. First of all, because it is very attractive as a hotel, it has been completely renovated. And then the overall style, and the whole decoration is very impressive. Look brand-new. Then our housekeeper brother, a young man from the Philippines, was very welcoming and very nice. His name is SANJIEB. Next time I come to Macau, I will also recognize this hotel is so good. I was so lucky to come this time, because the hotel also gave us a free upgrade to a suite with a particularly luxurious room type.

Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

Ho prenotato per un soggiorno di 21 ore a Macao in transito. Anche se è collegato direttamente all'aeroporto, per qualche motivo siamo finiti sulla strada e abbiamo fatto una lunga deviazione per arrivare in circa 20 minuti. All'aeroporto non sono riuscito a trovare alcuna informazione e l'insegna dell'hotel era solo in kanji, senza segnaletica in inglese, quindi sono passato. Insieme alla mia mancanza di senso dell'orientamento, mi sono perso abbastanza. Per me è al secondo piano, ma quando ho chiesto informazioni alla persona, mi hanno detto che era al primo piano. A Macao è al piano terra, al 1° piano e al 2° piano... quindi è anche per questo che ero confuso. La camera era pulita e proprio di fronte alla pista. Era molto silenzioso anche se potevo vedere chiaramente gli aerei. C'era anche molta acqua in bottiglia di plastica. Ho trascorso una notte confortevole.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

This hotel brings back lots of my childhood memories, I am so glad it re-opens and making it so grand like the great old days. This hotel status is like peace hotel in Shanghai; the peninsula in Hong Kong... Each and every small details are so fine and taken care of, a wooden tooth brush, bronze mouth wash cup, fresh coffee bean, an imitate tube Bluetooth speaker, complimentary red wine with Central hotel logo...., it's a tiny museum only in the room. Staff are nice and polite and professional. We were well taken care by the hotel manager, Joseph, he introduced nearby restaurant for us, and taken care of all our requests. This is not a hotel! The staff and the decoration of the place makes it a palace, it's an unique experience!

Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us. The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront. Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F. Corridors are like a maze.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Durante il Festival di Primavera dell'Anno del Drago, la nostra famiglia di tre persone ha trascorso del tempo a Yuyuan, dispone di strutture lussuose e un servizio premuroso.
