UUtente ospiteMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking.
When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance.
In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes.
Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities.
We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

HHing keungNon sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di 5 anni. Questa volta non mi ha fatto molto eccitare. Per quanto riguarda il servizio in camera, ci sono solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua fornite e è molto dietro gli altri. La sauna rimane lo stesso e l'unico punto che ho dimenticato. Purtroppo, non ci sono ancora asciugamani bagnati, non ci sono scarpe da bagno, la cosa buona non è che molte persone usano la stanza, la vista è bella e questo è il punto di vendita.
Non posso restare di nuovo a meno che il prezzo della stanza non sia attraente.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other ****** resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the ****** complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.

LLuxy88È stata un'esperienza deludente al W Macau. Ho prenotato la Spectacular Room per 2 notti, che dovrebbe essere di 51-59 mq. Tuttavia, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato era una piccola Wonderful Room di circa 37 mq. Ho capito subito che mi avevano dato la camera sbagliata, quindi ho chiamato la reception per farla cambiare con la Spectacular Room. La seconda camera che mi hanno assegnato era leggermente più grande e aveva vista su Cotai *****. Mi sembrava ancora un po' più piccola delle dimensioni ufficiali di 51-59 mq, ma mi fidavo che il personale mi avrebbe assegnato la camera corretta, quindi non ho più chiesto. Durante il soggiorno la camera mi è sembrata davvero stipata perché ogni volta che andavo al letto urtavo i mobili, dato che c'è un grande tavolo e una poltrona accanto al letto. Non riuscivo a scrollarmi di dosso la sensazione che la camera fosse più piccola di quanto pubblicizzato. Al momento del check-out ho pensato di chiedere al personale che tipo di camera mi avessero assegnato e lui mi ha confermato che era la Wonderful Room. Sono rimasto davvero scioccato e mi sono sentito ingannato, perché avevo già chiesto la camera Spectacular e mi hanno dato di nuovo la camera sbagliata! Inoltre, il cuscino aveva uno strano odore che non è andato via nemmeno dopo aver cambiato lenzuola e federa. L'acqua del rubinetto aveva questo strano odore e sapore di fogna proveniente dalle tubature ed è rimasta lì per tutto il tempo. Gli accappatoi avevano questo odore di sudore, come se non fossero stati lavati o cambiati da molto tempo. È stato davvero deludente, considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 5 stelle. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel a 5 stelle a Macao e non ho mai avuto questi problemi. W Hotel, per favore, migliorate la pulizia delle vostre camere, come cuscini e accappatoi. Non apprezzo essere ingannati sulle camere. Se non avete la camera Spectacular più grande, ditemelo, non c'è bisogno di nasconderlo. Non ho dormito bene perché per tutto il tempo mi chiedevo perché la camera fosse così piccola rispetto a quella che avevo prenotato. La direttrice Hilda mi ha offerto un upgrade per il mio prossimo soggiorno in hotel, ma ho letto le recensioni di altri clienti e loro offrono sempre upgrade gratuiti. BBuyi LQuesta è stata un'esperienza unica nella vita, un vero piacere per me. Il personale sembra avere molta esperienza nel servire i propri ospiti e alcuni più esperti di altri ti fanno sentire più benvenuto. Ci sono così tante cose fantastiche da fare all'interno del resort, dalla Jacuzzi, allo yoga, alla passeggiata sulla spiaggia, al mangiare del buon cibo o semplicemente sedersi fuori e prendere una tazza di tè ascoltando della bella musica. Hanno anche un servizio navetta gratuito per Coloane *****, il che è bello. Questo resort è una fuga ideale dal nostro stile di vita frenetico, puoi rilassarti mentre mangi del buon cibo. Ho potuto scattare delle foto davvero belle quando ero qui. Consiglierei questo resort ai miei amici e prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo in futuro.❤️

Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in ha notato che avevamo un bagaglio con noi e ci ha detto di lasciarlo a una distanza tale che potesse essere curato
Durante il check-out è stato molto paziente nell'ascoltare il mio commento che la sedia nella nostra camera una delle gambe non era fissata bene e lo avrebbe riferito alla direzione.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, grazie alla Sig. ra Jessy che ha preso la mia chiamata IDD per la mia richiesta speciale dato che veniamo da Hong Kong perché abbiamo appena prenotato meno di 12 ore prima del check-in.
Ha davvero fatto osservazioni sulle mie esigenze e perché so che è lei che risponde alla mia chiamata e ha preparato bene una camera prima del nostro arrivo come quando abbiamo fatto il check-out, da qualche chiacchierata e sa che è lei che ha ricevuto le mie chiamate e presta attenzione alle nostre esigenze.
