Questo è il nostro quarto soggiorno qui. Abbiamo scelto questo posto a causa della posizione vicina a Bukit Indah. Abbiamo sempre cenato a cena subito dopo l'ispezione. Il prossimo colazione mattina era simile. Non servivano omeletta così un po' deluso, ma il resto del piatto era ok. Ma comunque, ci piace tornare qui a causa del parcheggio gratuito e della vicinanza al centro commerciale.

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!

First time booking this hotel as we wanted to visit my sister who was doing her confinement at the hotel's west wing side. The staff are friendly and always ready to answer and help out with your queries/requests. The room was clean, odourless and very comfortable. The hot shower is a bonus point as the temperature is consistent. Basic amenities like cotton buds, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. My room view was scenic and there were lots of greeneries. We got to explore Eco Botanic, a newly developed enclave where there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and lots of shopping to consider doing there, too. Breakfast was good! The international buffet style has a wide spread of local dedicacies. We love the nasi lemak and you can serve with the generous serving of chicken rendang and squid sambal. They were plenty of fruit selection like dragon fruit and honey melons. We will come back again!

Spacious apartment. We stayed for the proximity to Legoland and it was an easy walk. Corridors are non-air conditioned and you can see signs of aging of the doors etc due to being exposed to weather elements, but we have a great stay overall. Tried 2 different units (cos decided to book to stay for the night again at the end of our 2nd day there). The condition of the first room was better so it probably varies. Furnishing are all in great condition, only the flooring and shower was a bit older for the 2nd room we stayed. Didn’t try their pool or gym. Will stay here again for legoland, found it to be a good value and convenient option. Not much eateries in the area but if you drive, there are plenty of food options a short drive away.

Great resort for staycation. Room was extremely spacious with old set up. Nice and quiet place surrounded by a lot of nature. Amenities a bit old but still bearable with morning workouts. One of my regular resort to escaped from concrete jungle.

La stanza non era la più ben mantenuta con cortina non si affiancava correttamente per un angolo, e la zona di bagno con la zona di immersione aveva una strana cosa di screw che usciva con il possessore di sapone della zona di doccia che era ad un angolo di sfogo che probabilmente non era destinato a essere. La nostra camera da letto ayu aveva un'opzione di 2 letti singoli o di un letto doppio. Abbiamo scelto il letto doppio ma era 2 letti singoli messi insieme. Anche se non abbiamo chiarito questo con il contatore, siamo abbastanza sicuri che questo fosse il loro “letto doppio”. Oltre a queste, aveva un buon soggiorno di una notte con aria condizionata e un letto confortevole. Il centro sportivo aveva anche una piscina con diapositiva. Sembra un posto familiare.

It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! This hotel is 4 star very near to s’pore city & the hotels surrornded with many restaurants & club & pubs Osm . Dont miss out to Go to NZ Spa which is located at facility flr level 7 . Its sauna , body Massage & jacussi is super good open till morning from evening to 5 am the rate fir this spa is reasonable rate & can pay via cash or online payment . The Front desk officer is very friendly too . I really enjoy staying in this hotel but only think the swimming pool area now is closed due to Maintenance work . The Gym & NZ spa facilities is a available . Great trip & i really enjoy staying here & spend my weekends .

Felt safe and assured staying at the accommodation. Room is clean and maintained. While not the fault of the property owner, found the area around the accommodation to be a bit despondent - the pandemic has really made it very difficult for developers and businesses to prosper or even to maintain. Hope that with a bit of time, the Puteri Harbour area will thrive again (much like the revitalisation of central JB and the crowds coming back). Will definitely come back to Almas.
