La stanza era buona. Il colazione è qualcosa che possono lavorare bene. Il gusto e il servizio. La diffusione era buona. Il gusto del cibo non era fino al marchio. Tutto aveva un eccesso di sale.

Nice hospitality and good care taken to complete planned activities. Arranged to get the breakfast packed due to early check out. Hotel had all luxury items in well maintained condition. Having a branch in Tezpur which is also good and serve similar hospitality

I usually go to ***y different hotels due to my work but out of all my favourite will always remain vivanta. The food, hospitality, environment everything is great over here. A special thanks to Mr. Dawa for being very vigilant and making sure that we had a comfortable meal. Kudos to all the staff members, keep up the good work.

I had stayed in this hotel for two nights *****with my wife in room no 505. Primarily the hotel staffs is too lazy to respond to your needs. Few issues need to be addressed at the ***agerial level for better and satisfactory stay of the guests. Firstly, I had complained about the AC leaking inside the suite more than once, the maintenance staff did sent a mechanic to repair and look into the matter. Despite that, the AC kept on leaking the whole duration of the stay. Secondly, the stench of the bathroom was oversighted by the house keeping staffs despite briefing them personally. There were also more issues but I have covered only two basic ones. Lastly despite all these ordeal me and my wife had to go through, the staffs didn't bother to give an acknowledgement nor change my room. Due to this lack of improper service and poor staffs response, I had to shift the hotel to some place else. However, the staffs were very polite and poised during the bill payment. They charged me full amount for all the services provided by them. It is earnest request to the ***ager to be more responsive and proactively involve in training the staffs properly.

Best ever place to book. Ambience, food , rooms and staff are amazing and very professional. Would love to book this place everytime id visit gauhati. Pool is cream and the room is very quick. Gym area Is a big place with every equipment available. M very happy with the different dishes available and the taste is very good. 5 star from my end. Thank you kiranshree 😃

Located 20 mins from the city, serene and luxurious property. Need more finishing touches around the property and wish the food could have been at par with other 5 star hotels and the waiters need better training on handling the food. Loved the ambience overall.
