The hotel is in a great location and offers plenty of space, but overall, the experience was mixed. While the room was large and comfortable, the cleanliness of the linens was disappointing. The bed sheets and towels were no longer white and had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the stay. Additionally, the hotel’s size made it hard to understand the purpose of some of the areas, leaving parts of the property feeling underutilized. With a bit more attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness, the hotel could provide a much better experience.

Our rooms were spacious and comfortable facing seaview and JDT training 🏟. Restaurants are within the vicinity of the hotel. The only downside of the hotel is limited seating area and unsuitable food arrangements in its restaurant, which poses problem for aged persons or people with disabilities to take food themselves as need to use a staircase to get food.

Just nice for us to sleep. We booked for 3 rooms and all basic amenities is there. We heard from the receptionist this hotel will shut down on February for development. Luckily we manage to at least try this hotel.

Unable to recall how many times we have stayed over here in Citrus Hotel before Covid-19 period. This is the first time after renovation which we have put up our stay over here. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was rather comfortable too. We get to head over to the Citrus Lounge for some bites upon checking in. The hotel is also very convenient and accessible to the JB Sentral Train Station, City Square Shopping Centre, Komtar JBCC & Zenith Lifestyle Centre. Thank you for making our stay a good one always. Great location just across KOMTAR, and easy access via the escalator up to 2nd floor of Zenith Mall. Walking distant to anywhere around City Square and of course walking distance to and fro CIQ. Nice modern rooms and well maintained. Didn't have the breakfast as there's lots of good food around the hotel. Had 2 King Superior rooms and was connecting which is good for family. (though the front desk told me its side by side and not connecting except for Superior Twin).

Swift check-in process Hazwani/Diana attended to me and present the key card. Room has no fridge. Only x1 plug/socket to charge my electronic device. Do bring your own power bank for hp to be recharged. No complimentary mineral bottles. Jaya Grocer is just opposite via RF mall, went there to buy, wide choices available in store. Toothbrush and toilet amenities provided. Washroom very spacious and clean. Had breakfast at RF mall since there's quite few new food stalls : Chicken Rice Xpress / Pizza/ All things Fried Loveeeee the location as it's nice to be away from the crazy chaos of human traffic at JBCC/KOMTAR Had my 40th Bday feast at Todak Seafood Restaurant 😋 Highly recommend !

Il KSL City Square Mall si collega all'hotel e allo studio con una porta di vetro separata. Il fulmine della stanza non è molto più luminoso, come non si può vedere chiaramente il viso quando si mette in maquillaggio. Purtroppo, la testa del doccia è fissata e la cassetta d'acqua al bacino si splatterà quando si accende.La TV non può guardare alcun canale a causa del cavo aereo non ha alcun segnale. Può ancora sentire l'acqua che fluisce dalla porta accanto o parlare dalla porta esterna perché la povera isolamento sonoro all'interno della stanza. La porta della stanza deve essere chiusa più forte, perché non si chiude completamente quando si lascia chiudere. C'è un giardino di bevanda che può ottenere i bamboli misteriosi con bevande acquistate.
