Questo hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda e offre il miglior rapporto prezzo/valore. Le camere sono fantastiche, completamente attrezzate, con TV a grande schermo e tutti gli elementi necessari come asciugacapelli, bollitore, ferro e asse da stiro ecc... Anche il bagno è fantastico, bella doccia con getto potente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a 4 stelle a JB.

Numero della stanza: 1113 Positivi: - posizione (opposto Komtar, passeggiando da ufficio doganale jb) - Grande stanza. - Camera confortevole - Wide variety breakfast buffet - Bella vista dal piano superiore (21° piano) - usb side charge (ambo i lati del letto) - doppio portato da guardaroba - Belle toletta da sneaking Negativi - La mia stanza ha visitato la vista della piscina. Sì, si può vedere il giardino, ma l'edificio opposto (Susana Suites) molto vicino. Dovevo tenere le tende chiuse per tutto il soggiorno - canali televisivi limitati - l'acqua da doccia potrebbe essere più calda - pressione dell'acqua in immersione molto bassa - poteva sentire la gente parlare fuori dalla stanza (corridor) - parcheggio a pagamento (10 km al giorno e ogni volta prima di uscire dall'hotel, occorre convalidare il biglietto di parcheggio)

Numero della stanza: 1128, 1129 Pros: - Bella vista sul mare - letto confortevole - zona separata di bagno e doccia - Piscina enorme (senti come un resort, con un diapositiva per bambini così molto familiare) - giornata di fitness - buffet di colazione aveva una varietà decente e gusto (molto valore per i soldi dato costo della stanza) - il personale era amichevole e proattivo Cons - La stanza mostra segni gravi di invecchiamento. Anche se si può vedere che è stata riformulata, le cose sembrano ancora cadere separatamente - non sicuramente è solo la mia stanza, ma i canali televisivi vengono e vanno. A volte funziona e a volte non funziona. Anche i canali limitati. - il pizzo era troppo morbido - Il mio letto di dimensioni reali era in realtà due letti super single. - Solo le toletta da bagno e molto usate, non altre. - Non molto baby friendly, perché l'hotel non ha un bagno per bambini. - l'isolamento sonoro è molto cattivo.

location is pretty near checkpoint by grab. not alot of shopping nearby, but there’s a nasi lemak stall opposite the hotel, and down the road abt 7min walk, there’s a short stretch of eateries. the ramly outside banafe was SUPERB. interior wise, room was not bad. abit old but ok. lifts are slow and during checkout time we waited 10min and still did not get to enter a lift. a random unfortunate instance- fridge wasn’t working, but we managed to get a cup of ice from the restaurant below. overall for the price paid i think it was ok. there’s a cafe at the ground floor which we went cos it was raining one morning.

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

Prenotato questa stanza accanto alla mia stanza, controllato in una stanza King-Bed che era anche piena di odore di fumo e l'hotel manager era gentile di avere immediatamente cambiato le nostre camere. Sono piuttosto inquieto per il fatto che il ricevitore ci abbia detto che le camere originalmente assegnate erano le uniche che sono rimaste. Oh, sì, mi preoccupavo per un momento che dovevamo trovare un'altra proprietà per rimanere. Ma è un soggiorno di solito comodo con le dimensioni delle camere e delle strutture, che potrebbe essere migliorato se ci fosse una sorta di recupero di servizio.

L'hotel ha circa 30 anni e la camera e le strutture sono un po' vecchie. Suggerisce di sostituire il bagno con un normale bacino. Molti hotel non fanno il bagno oggi e penso sia più facile entrare nel bagno. Preferirei anche un matto da bagno per andare in bagno.La distribuzione di buffet è buona, non ti piace molto.

Grande posizione, proprio accanto a KSL. Ma il centro commerciale è stato chiuso a causa di CNY. Le camere sono date ma molto pulite Il ristorante era molto caotico, il ristorante era molto pieno, fino a quando il personale doveva aprire tavoli da banchetto per gli ospiti in attesa della coda. Il cibo era mediocre ma era riempito molto rapidamente. In generale, un hotel piuttosto buono se le tariffe sono ragionevolmente prezzi.

Questo è per scrivere sul mio soggiorno più recente presso gli appartamenti KSL. L'iscrizione e l'iscrizione sono state veloci. Inoltre, il mio soggiorno non è stato piacevole. L'appartamento era molto sporco e non a standard di qualità. I bagni profumavano di urina e avevano anche tinture di urina fresche. Dei tre docce, uno si sforzava e uno non aveva acqua calda. Le pareti, i mobili e le lenzuola avevano tinture. Ho mandato un messaggio e ho chiesto di prendere i puliti, ma nessuno è venuto. Sono molto deluso nel mio soggiorno e non tornerò. Pro: ubicazione, vicino al centro commerciale, si è sentito sicuro, l'aria condizionata ha funzionato.
