Johor Bahru: i migliori hotel per soggiorni di lavoro

We been here for few times. This time when we checked in, we met Receptionist name, Ms Nor Ashikin. She's grumpy, not friendly and has no eye contact. When we ask questions she didn't give eye contact. We wanna to inform her that we book 2 different booking, one with Trip.com and the other booking is directly to the hotel, due to rooms available at trip.com. Through our explanation, she didn't give us any eye contact. We have to ask again what we need to do. With her eyes looking at the screen, she told us tomorrow come down again with the key. That's all, so the next day we meet Ms Natasha, she was so friendly and helpful. We found out that Ms Nor Ashikin missed out our requirements. Ms Natasha helped us up. For Ms Natasha I will give 5 star but for Nor Ashikin, I'll give one star. Overall we love our stay here and will definitely come back but we hope we won't come across Ms Nor Ashikin. Not only to us, she was very hostile towards other guests too. The management needs to do something about her hostile attitude towards the Guest especially.

This is a clean and good hotel, especially its suite room, which has 2 bedrooms n 3 tvs with a small living room. Simple buffet breakfast but sufficient food. Servide is hood.We liked the stay there and will likely go again. Thanks

This is my 3rd time booking this hotel. As usual, I come back because it is near AEON Bukit Indah where there are so many restaurants and shops to jalan jalan. Quick check in and check out. Also I got a good view from my hotel room

Is good for business trip because the hotel have parking and is good to walk to food court and near to austin. if grab only RM5.3

Molte volte sono rimasto con questo hotel quando sono a JB. L'hotel è molto lontano dalla città di JB, ma è molto bello e pulito. Prezzo ragionevole e hotel nuovo. Viene di nuovo con la prossima visita a JB.

Service was excellent. From arrival at their door, was greeted by their staff and doors were opened for us. Automatically asked us if we wanted help to take a photo for us. Breakfast was a variety! We can't even cover everything. Swimming pool was perfect, they provided towels. The room and everything was perfect.
