Stato lì per una notte durante il mio viaggio KZ, l'hotel è situato in una posizione molto confortevole , le camere dell'hotel sembrano più di una stanza di eredità con poche vecchie piastre decorative e si sentiva davvero caldo, Hanno fornito tutti i servizi necessari, e c'era anche un bagaglio sicuro, ho tenuto il mio bagaglio dopo l'uscita per quasi un giorno e hanno davvero aiutato a tenerli al loro posto senza alcun problema e hanno fornito la stessa in pochi minuti, Il personale qui parla anche inglese fluente e si sforza di aiutare i loro ospiti.

Ottimo ubicazione dell'hotel! Una splendida vista dal balcone e giorno e notte! In aprile mattina i salmoni cantano. La hall e il gruppo di ingresso sono bellissimomente moderno. Le camere non sono molto. Più piccola area, vecchio ma intero mobili, carpeta di lavaggio, cassaforte, tovaglioli vecchi, con chip. Non c'è un cappello nel cassetto di vestiti - le cose da mettere da nessuna parte, solo 2 pendenti. Il letto è normale pulito. Ci sono un po' di tè, tazze, tè e zucchero. L'acqua 0.5 viene portata quotidianamente. Mini bar - ho avuto tutto il frigorifero, i colleghi - vuoto. A richiesta, penso, porterà. Camere accettabili solo 2. Su 6 e 7 piani. Su 7 piani molto buio luce - si è quasi liscio su un toccamento. Per un hotel così grande, sembrava poco. Ma per 7 giorni di soggiorno - non mi sono fermato in linea nella manica. I allenatori, le saune, la piscina non sono disponibili. E è un grande hotel meno. Gli alloggi al ristorante Zina sono molto vari e deliziosi. Kashi, la crepa è affascinante. Ci sono verdure fresche, salate, tarpauline, ecc. Ci sono anche piatti seri: mantas, carne, patate dolci. La torta è principalmente deliziosa. Ma talvolta serve torte, tre o quattro giorni di zucchero. Sono già gia' ghiacciati. È possibile mettere un numero più elevato di loro per la visibilità. Per la diversità, in viaggi frequenti, si può soggiornare in questo hotel una volta all'anno.

We recently had a stay at this Swissotel. Given the reputation of the brand, our expectations were naturally set high. However, the reality of our experience fell significantly short of those anticipations. 1. Check-in Procedure: Even with online check-in we were subjected to a 30-minute wait. One of our pre-booked rooms was not ready at the time of arrival. 2. Room's Condition: - A glaring lapse in cleanliness was evident with the state of the bathroom floor near its entrance (photo attached). - The bathroom door's sliding mechanism was faulty and highly inconvenient. - The overall condition of the bathroom indicated it's due for an overhaul and repairs (photos attached). - The discovery of a used ear swab under the table raised significant concerns about the room's preparation and cleanliness (photo attached). - A faulty power outlet in the bathroom added to the growing list of maintenance concerns (photo attached). - The discovery of a dead insect in the drapes clearly points to a continuous lack of attention to detail with the cleaning staff (photo attached). 3. Birthday Cake: Our agreement for a pre-arranged complimentary birthday cake was not only overlooked but was also delivered a day later than promised, despite having multiple conversations and providing evidence of our prior agreement (via the official hotel WhatsApp). 4. Water Bottle Replenishment: The consistent oversight in providing an essential like water, despite multiple request channels, was surprising. The water had to be fetched from the cleaning staff, we had to chase them and ask. None of the other channels, like the official app or the reception, fulfilled our request for the water delivery. 5. Dining: Our anticipation of an à la carte menu was countered by a buffet offering. Being told this was due to hotel occupancy levels feeling unsatisfactory. This went on for both evenings spent at the hotel. Portions of the a la carte menu were available only for room service. 6. Buffet Food Quality: The limited options, particularly for main courses (3), left much to be desired. Our experience with the freshly prepared pasta was particularly disappointing. It was watery, bland, disgusting. You could get better pasta at an office canteen. We have travelled quite a big part of the world and this buffet was easily the worst we have ever had. Both taste and variety were not worth the price. And we were forced into it by being denied the a la carte option. The hotel is above capacity - great, but we paid for the same service as if it weren't, right? Not OUR problem. 7. Breakfast Experience: The overall offering was lackluster. The variety was uninspiring, especially when compared to even basic 3-star hotels. Stale pastry (croissant from the day before) at a 5* hotel is inexcusable - these are absolute basics. Staff appeared overwhelmed, often forgetting to replenish food and drinks (had to be reminded many times) and struggling to manage guest numbers. Only 2 juice options fo

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.

Struttura piuttosto semplice ed abbastanza pulita,situata non lontano dal centro di Almaty. La mia camera era,abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,dotata di balcone,bagno con doccia,set di cortesia,in particolare ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso si tratta di una buona struttura,non ancora avvezza secondo me,ad accogliere turisti da tutto il Mondo . Colazione e barriere linguistiche (solo un receptionist su quattro con cui abbia avuto a che fare,parlava inglese) da migliorare. Per il resto,lo consiglierei.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. My only suggestion is get a new hairdryer. The current one barely works. Breakfast was delish and reception kindly arranged transportation for me.

Sono qui in questo momento in 840. Il bacino della mano si scioglie dal retro. Abbiamo detto al personale x 2 nella loro lingua e non è stato fatto nulla. La porta del doccia copre 1/3 della zona che dovrebbe coprire E la zona che dovrebbe coprire ha un cattivo sigillo e l'acqua si conclude in tutto il pavimento come se non ci fosse una porta. Dopo aver utilizzato la piscina o il doccia dobbiamo camminare attraverso 2 cm di acqua. Dobbiamo usare tutti i nostri asciugamani per sciogliere il cazzo e chiamare nuovi. L'AC è così alto che sembra che l'acqua inonda il posto e considerando le questioni di piombo già menzionate, questo è un vero timore! La luce sopra il letto non funziona. E infine ci sono voluti 20 minuti per chiedere di ottenere una screen di cork dal bar che vende vini con corke !!! “ In realtà ho dovuto insegnare al ragazzo come usare l’apertore del vino. “ ha tirato piuttosto che usare il sistema di leva. ” Pretendevano di non avere alcuna pista su ciò che avevo bisogno e ho usato un'app traduttore. You are trying to find a descent hotel from the international brand just to have nice accommodation during 3 week business trip. You need just a place to have a rest and comfortable enough to refresh after a working day. Well, look for some different hotel. Tree days I spent here and I was not able to normally sleep not even one night...First night - diesel power generator started to work at 5:30 in the morning. And it is placed right near the hotel under your windows! Second night - I have enjoyed a full scale of street racing sounds from the nearest street because the balcony door is not able to be fully closed and leaves a small gap. Third night - same generator started to work at 11 p.m. and hotel lost its power. 5 star hotel in the biggest city of Kazakhstan...for crying out loud. I need to spend here 17 more nights and I am scared. Earplugs is not an option with the level of noise. Rooms are good enough, but carpet is dirty. Food is good but pricey and the only nice thing is the lobby of the hotel. Overall - newer ever again in my life! Only outside of the Almaty hotels and 3 stars tops. At least you will expect problems I am having now...

My partner and I stayed (briefly) in the Royal Tulip in December 2022. To say it was a disappointment would be an understatement and to see an average rating of 4.0 suggests most reviewers have no concept of what a good hotel is. Firstly, on arrival, the ‘non-smoking’ room offered to us had obviously been occupied by a heavy smoker so clearly the hotel cannot enforce their own policies (we should have taken this as a sign of things to come but we were given another room). Secondly, the rooms are advertised on the official website as 'air-conditioned'. During winter months this is simply not the case as the entire hotel is cranked up to furnace levels of heat. We complained for over a week about this matter and were consistently fobbed off with excuses until it was ‘fixed’ and although better, the temperature control of the room was never satisfactory. Thirdly, the noise in the room was excessive with road noise audible at all times of day. On the 16th of December an event had been held at the hotel after which staging etc. was being dismantled. Not normally a problem, but given it was at 3 AM and involved scaffold being hurled into the back of a lorry for three hours it soon became one. Reception was made aware and did nothing. Manager was made aware and never even apologised. Having booked (and paid) for a moth’s stay we decided to leave after 10-days. When checking out, the hotel alleged a ‘technical issue’ with their bank and could not refund the difference of approximately $3700 USD to us (this is still an ongoing issue). Royal Tulip alleges that their bank accounts have been blocked by Kaspi Bank which is very alarming if true. The General Director of the hotel was very apologetic and alleges he knew nothing about the problems reported until the point we decided to leave. That should also worry potential customers in that it suggests hotel management are completely disconnected from the day-to-day operations of their own establishment. The Royal Tulip Almaty markets itself as a 5-star international hotel. As a seasoned global traveler, I can assure readers of this review that it comes up as a 3-star at best. The facilities are dated and do not function as intended (AC as example). The staff are inattentive to problems, dismissive of genuine complaints and do not even know their own facilities – after we left the Booking Manager messaged my partner to ask where it is stated that all rooms are ‘air-conditioned’ to which she sent the link to the official Royal Tulip Almaty website (where it is clearly stated). What an embarrassment of a hotel.
