Смешанные впечатление, все доброжелательные, но сервис и удобства не соответствуют отельным стандартам. При заселении в номере не работал сейф, не работал пульт от телевизора и был всего один комплект полотенец. И ты вместо отдыха, начинаешь решать какие-то проблемы. И так, вообще-то, каждый день Самое ужасное это отопление - в номере всегда было безумно жарко и душно. Первые дней пять я не спала и были мысли чтобы сменить отель. Нам предложили как решение, каждый раз звонить и они отрегулируют что-то чтобы стало прохладнее, но а) это не помогало б) в какой-то момент нам пришлось звонить в три часа ночи, потому что проснулись от жары - это не похоже на отдых в отеле. В итоге, мы спали с открытым окном, но на улице шумно, поэтому тоже не очень удобно. Ну и классические проблемы: вода в душе сложно настраивается и прыгает температура, все звуки из коридора слышно в номере, нет звукоизоляции и внизу двери щель, неудобные розетки (заряжала часы в коридоре на полу в итоге, потому что у кровати мало розеток, а на консоли они были заняты чайником и телевизором), зато нашла внезапные розетки в шкафу и на стене высоко (там где раньше висел телевизор). Ещё неудобно было узкое одеяно на двоих, из-за этого ночью часто оказывался на по центру кровати на соединении двух матрасов. Наверное лучше было бы 2 отельных в таком случае. При выселении спросили можно ли выселиться в 13-14, потому что в планах было покататься на горе, вернуться в отель чтобы переодеться и сразу поехать в аэропорт. Нам сутки говорили не ясно, не понятно. Мы решили выселиться, утром вытащили все чемоданы, решив что если по приезду наш номер ещё не уберут и он будет свободен попроситься в него, чтобы переодеться и принять душ. Вернувшись, на ресепшн, мы никого не нашли, ждали 10 минут и поскольку нам надо было в аэропорт, грустно пошли переодеваться в уборную на первом этаже и собирать там всю экипировку в чемоданы. После того как мы вышли, мы встретили приветливого работника на ресепшн, который сказал ”о идите в свой номер, я думаю его ещё не убрали”. Спасибо, Но это было очень не своевременно уже. Все, что нам надо было, как клиентам, это четко понимать за день до выселения: а) будет ли нам доступен номер и б) на каких условиях. А так мы сутки продумывали варианты, где нам переодеться после катания, и до последнего не понимали дадут нам доступ в рамки или нет и все закончилось в туалете :( Из плюсов: пока ещё новый интерьер, хорошие завтраки и вообще неплохая еда в ресторане. Расположение удобное для тех кто решил покататься, да центра тоже не очень далеко ( на такси и автобусе) По уборке ничего сказать не могу, мы работали из номера и у нас практически не убирались, потому что мы постоянно было в номере, я пыталась объяснить чтобы пришли после 5, Но потом забила и просто отдавала мусор. В целом персонал доброжелательный , но это совсем не главное, что ты хочешь получить от гостиничного сервиса. За свою стоимость, наверное нормально, не стоит ожидать сервиса какой-то отдельной сети.

I booked Hotel Voyage online. Although I planned to stay in Almaty for about two days, I initially booked only one night. The reason was simple: I have found that many hotels look much better online than they do in reality, so I wanted to see the actual conditions before extending my stay. I arrived in Almaty from Paris via Istanbul at around 5:00 a.m. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that if I wanted to check in early, I would have to pay an additional fee equal to about 50% of the room rate. I could not afford that extra charge. After discussing the situation for a while, I asked if they could contact the hotel manager. Eventually, the receptionist said that I could stay in the room for the time being, but she could not make the final decision until the manager arrived at around 8:30 a.m. I agreed and stayed in the room. At about 8:30 a.m., I went back to the front desk and met a very friendly young woman named Gaukhar, who spoke excellent English. After I explained my situation, she kindly told me that I would not have to pay the early check-in fee and warmly invited me to enjoy breakfast. Her attitude was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. At first, I assumed she was the hotel manager, but I later learned that she was not. It seemed that she had already discussed my situation with the manager before speaking with me. Because of this positive experience, I decided to extend my stay for another night, making my total stay two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied with Hotel Voyage. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hot and cold water both had excellent pressure, and the room was equipped with a safety deposit box and everything I needed. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was also clean, fresh, and enjoyable. I can confidently recommend Hotel Voyage to anyone visiting Almaty. I do not think you will regret staying here. If I return to Almaty in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Yongzhong Danzeng from Tibet 🙏

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

L'hotel è nuovo e pulito. Anche se si trova in una zona residenziale, arrivare al centro della città è in realtà piuttosto veloce. Ciò ha detto, Yandex Go o la vostra auto è probabilmente il modo più conveniente per arrivare intorno. Anche io apprezzo davvero il servizio di front office. Sono arrivato molto tardi, alle 2:30, e il personale mi aspettava. Mi hanno offerto di aiutare con il mio bagaglio sia all’arrivo che al ritorno, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era comoda, e apprezzo anche avere una spray a mano accanto al bagno. La struttura del bagno era un po' inquietante quando apriva la porta del bagno, avrebbe catturato il mattone e lo spingeva sul pavimento ogni volta. Mi sorprendeva che non ci fosse una sedia in camera, che è piuttosto inconveniente anche se si mettevano le scarpe, si sedevano brevemente o usavano il desk. Sono rimasto per due notti, ma purtroppo non è stato fornito alcuna custodia durante il mio soggiorno; capisco che potrebbero accadere problemi di personale inaspettati, ma avrei apprezzato una comunicazione proattiva. Almeno una nota rapida che spiegava la situazione, gli asciugamani freschi e l'acqua in bottiglia potevano essere consegnati alla stanza senza dover chiedere, anche se non fosse possibile mantenere la casa in pieno; solo quando ho contattato la ricezione, la situazione era spiegata. La colazione al mattino di partenza era anche piuttosto deludente, forse perché c'era un grande gruppo (in relazione alla sua dimensione) che si trovava all'hotel. Quando mi stava fretta, mi sono fermato a prendere solo un muffin, e non sembrava neanche che la stanza fosse stata calda, anche se non era una questione precedente, per cui potrebbe essere stata legata ad una domanda insolita in quel momento. In generale, l'hotel ha un buon potenziale: è nuovo, pulito, ragionevolmente conveniente per raggiungere il centro della città, e il personale dell'ufficio frontale è stato utile e accogliente.

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

L'hotel è un hotel ristrutturato in un edificio residenziale più lontano. Una famiglia è suddivisa in diverse camere condivise in aree pubbliche come la cucina. Quando la prenotazione è stata scritta, il bagaglio gratuito è stato memorizzato nella zona pubblica in quella casa, non importa se non c'è nessuno. Taijiang ha aiutato il soggiorno a inserire una password per entrare dalla struttura residenziale nella stanza.

Place would have been okay, but first of all, there’s no bidet anywhere in this country. The only shattaf spray I found was in a gasoline station restroom. We stayed for 3 nights and the place was generally clean. They did clean our room, though not thoroughly, maybe because the place is a bit old, so even with effort, it doesn’t feel much different. The location is great though, just a short walk to Mega Park, and the area has a nice Korean vibe. There’s even a nearby street where people sing and dance, which was fun to see. The security staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. However, the reception staff were not as warm, a bit intimidating. Even when you ask for help or make a request, they respond decisively without offering other options or solutions. Still, they let us rest in the lobby & stored our luggage when we had to depart late due to our late check-in. Amenities are available but not easily accessible, you have to ask permission first, and it feels like they limit guest access. There’s a small lobby bar and a gym with a sauna, though I didn’t see the hot spring mentioned. Breakfast was basic and the same everyday. I didn’t enjoy it much. Overall, it’s a nice and fairly well-maintained hotel. Installing shattaf sprays would be a huge improvement! The location is good, rooms are maintained, and I really appreciated the security staff. But after this first experience, probably wouldn’t stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Almaty. Everything was excellent - the rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special highlight was the spa area, which is one of the best I have experienced. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I would also like to give a special thank you to Elena, the yoga instructor. Her class was professional, inspiring, and suitable for all levels. It was a great way to start the day and added a lot to my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Swissôtel team for a fantastic stay. I will be happy to return in the future.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Questo hotel è certamente uno dei più economici della città, e ha una buona posizione. Ci sono un paio di ristoranti sul pavimento, e un buffet colazione gratuito per gli ospiti. Ci sono anche una sauna e un hammam al livello inferiore del terreno. In generale, una buona esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel.
