Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Almaty

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

Mixed feelings. Great location and lovely staff! But we had a room where the TV wasn’t working. First night they told us they can only fix it the next day. Then the next day they said they can only do it the next day again. Plus this was after my multiple phone calls, it seemed that the maintenance team just ignored us. And the reception offered a 20% discount on room services as apologies for the long wait. In the end as they can’t do anything, I asked if we could change room. So we got a new room… with a half working tv… but with broken aircon… we called reception and was told they can control it from their end. Still not working. So we went out for dinner and asked them to check it out. When we returned, there were technicians in our room fixing the air conditioner. And we sat around outside for an hour before it was fixed. In the end, after hassling the whole day we finally had a working room at 9pm… All the staff were very polite and tried hard to resolve the issue. But I feel everything in a room should be working before guests check in. alternatively we did ask to change room again but not sure why that wasn’t considered but instead they want to keep us waiting around for another hour in the lobby.

Se sei in Almaty, il posto migliore è senza dubbio Swissotel. È un bel e più fantastico resort senza dubbio, diffuso su pochi chilometri, con un campo da golf, lago, legno, ecc. In realtà puoi trascorrere un paio di giorni solo per rilassarti. Questa è la mia seconda visita a questa proprietà negli ultimi 6 mesi e si trova in viaggio una volta all'anno per vivere Almaty e Swissotel. Prima di questo sono rimasto, sono rimasto due volte in un'altra marca di primo livello del mondo, ma credimi, non c'è niente di meglio di Swissotel. Il mio soggiorno all'hotel è stato un'altra volta davvero eccezionale! L'atmosfera è rilassante, elegante e piena di vera ospitalità. Ogni dettaglio dai sorridere accolti alla ricezione all'atmosfera pacifica della zona termica mostra quanto si prende cura dell'esperienza di ogni ospite. Ogni area e struttura del resort è di classe superiore - palestra, spa ..... E la piscina è una combinazione di esperienze sorprendenti. Una menzione speciale per la direttrice Karina, che ha fatto il suo lavoro con eccellenza e professionalità. Ho chiamato l'hotel dall'India per controllare le formalità e Karina l'ha organizzato per me e i miei amici in un flash. La sua atteggiamento e la sua atteggiamento caldo rappresentano perfettamente lo spirito di questo hotel. L'intera squadra merita lode per la creazione di un'atmosfera così meravigliosa e memorabile.Questo posto è una vera gioiello e un soggiorno MUST

The check in was smooth even though in the middle of night. The owner provided a short video on WhatsApp guiding to the entrance. All provided equipment worked fine. We had few major concerns - No water was provided, or so we thought at obvious initial glance, however in later days we saw one container kept alongside cleaning utilities which we were not sure, hence chose not to use. No daily cleaning service or refreshing daily utilities was provided eventhough we stayed for 5 nights. The host said it will be a paid one, a free single cleaning service will be available after 1 week of stay. On the last day of check out, he asked us to dispose off the trash in a nearby public trash bin which we did, but this is a bit unusual at least for us. During the stay for 5 nights, the host did not s ask if any concern at least for courtesy. There were extra bedsheets on the cloth drying rack but with a warning note not to use them as they were meant for next guest and if disturbed will attract charges - with no place for us to use the rack for our daily purpose. Why keep those in the studio then? Could have kept in another storage. Other than that the location is close to the center and the view from the window is nice. Overall 3/5 stars, losing only for the service issues we had.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Il ristorante offre una cucina internazionale e locale equilibrata, adatto per un pranzo casuale o un colazione tranquillo prima di un giorno lavorativo. Ciò che l'hotel fa particolarmente bene è coerenza l'esperienza è prevedibile, efficiente e affidabile. Per coloro che cercano una proprietà affidabile, ben situata con supporto internazionale di marchio, Novotel Almaty funziona bene. In sintesi, Novotel Almaty City Center è un hotel pratico e ben gestito che soddisfa le aspettative dei viaggiatori d'affari, con un tono professionale e un minimo di frizione lungo il viaggio degli ospiti.

The room is good for one person. The bed was comfortable and the heating is decent. Wifi is fast enough for me to work. Daily housekeeping is great. The breakfast options are sufficient but their coffee machine keeps on running out of Chocolate, sometimes it just dispensed dark water. The location of the hotel is ideal. The staff can speak English and they helped me with some of my requests. I initially stayed for 4 nights andextended my stay for one night and my key card stopped working on the final day, they had to reactivate it. The daily breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant which is quite dark and not ideal. Overall i had a pleasant stay, and would consider booking this hotel again when I return to Almaty.

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for getting around. There is a large shopping mall nearby with a supermarket, and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to find food and shop for anything you need. The only downside during my first stay was that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. When I contacted the staff, they explained that it was a system-wide issue. As a result, I had to sleep with the window open because the outside air was actually cooler than the room. However, when I returned and stayed in a different room, the air conditioning worked perfectly, just as the hotel had informed me. Overall, despite the issue during my first stay, I still had a pleasant experience thanks to the convenient location.

La luce della stanza è buona, vicino centro commerciale e stazione di autobus

L'hotel è stato bello, con piscina, sauna e massaggio. La camera era un po' fuori data e di base. Il condizionamento d'aria (AC) non funzionava molto bene e era una notte calda. Ma devo congratularmi con il ricevitore e il tecnico per averci aiutato a cambiare la stanza quando ci siamo lamentati che l'AC per la stanza iniziale era inadeguato. Il pranzo era molto semplice e fondamentale.
