L'hotel è stato molto pulito, ben organizzato e molto confortevole. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e utile 😊 Sono sempre gentili e benvenuti, e il loro servizio rendeva l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. Una cosa che mi ha sorpreso davvero è stata le caratteristiche moderne della stanza. C'era anche un caricatore wireless accanto al letto, che rendeva molto conveniente caricare il mio telefono usando MagSafe 📱⚡ Questo tipo di dettagli mostra quanto prestano attenzione al comfort degli ospiti. Purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di provare il cibo del ristorante, ma sulla base della qualità complessiva dell'hotel, credo che anche il cibo debba essere molto buono. In generale, questo era davvero una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che ho avuto. Tutto era bello, molto pulito, comodo, e ben gestito. Lo rimarrei sicuramente qui di nuovo e lo consiglierei fortemente ad altri che visitavano Almaty 🏨✨

I booked Hotel Voyage online. Although I planned to stay in Almaty for about two days, I initially booked only one night. The reason was simple: I have found that many hotels look much better online than they do in reality, so I wanted to see the actual conditions before extending my stay. I arrived in Almaty from Paris via Istanbul at around 5:00 a.m. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that if I wanted to check in early, I would have to pay an additional fee equal to about 50% of the room rate. I could not afford that extra charge. After discussing the situation for a while, I asked if they could contact the hotel manager. Eventually, the receptionist said that I could stay in the room for the time being, but she could not make the final decision until the manager arrived at around 8:30 a.m. I agreed and stayed in the room. At about 8:30 a.m., I went back to the front desk and met a very friendly young woman named Gaukhar, who spoke excellent English. After I explained my situation, she kindly told me that I would not have to pay the early check-in fee and warmly invited me to enjoy breakfast. Her attitude was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. At first, I assumed she was the hotel manager, but I later learned that she was not. It seemed that she had already discussed my situation with the manager before speaking with me. Because of this positive experience, I decided to extend my stay for another night, making my total stay two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied with Hotel Voyage. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hot and cold water both had excellent pressure, and the room was equipped with a safety deposit box and everything I needed. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was also clean, fresh, and enjoyable. I can confidently recommend Hotel Voyage to anyone visiting Almaty. I do not think you will regret staying here. If I return to Almaty in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Yongzhong Danzeng from Tibet 🙏

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

L'hotel è nuovo e pulito. Anche se si trova in una zona residenziale, arrivare al centro della città è in realtà piuttosto veloce. Ciò ha detto, Yandex Go o la vostra auto è probabilmente il modo più conveniente per arrivare intorno. Anche io apprezzo davvero il servizio di front office. Sono arrivato molto tardi, alle 2:30, e il personale mi aspettava. Mi hanno offerto di aiutare con il mio bagaglio sia all’arrivo che al ritorno, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era comoda, e apprezzo anche avere una spray a mano accanto al bagno. La struttura del bagno era un po' inquietante quando apriva la porta del bagno, avrebbe catturato il mattone e lo spingeva sul pavimento ogni volta. Mi sorprendeva che non ci fosse una sedia in camera, che è piuttosto inconveniente anche se si mettevano le scarpe, si sedevano brevemente o usavano il desk. Sono rimasto per due notti, ma purtroppo non è stato fornito alcuna custodia durante il mio soggiorno; capisco che potrebbero accadere problemi di personale inaspettati, ma avrei apprezzato una comunicazione proattiva. Almeno una nota rapida che spiegava la situazione, gli asciugamani freschi e l'acqua in bottiglia potevano essere consegnati alla stanza senza dover chiedere, anche se non fosse possibile mantenere la casa in pieno; solo quando ho contattato la ricezione, la situazione era spiegata. La colazione al mattino di partenza era anche piuttosto deludente, forse perché c'era un grande gruppo (in relazione alla sua dimensione) che si trovava all'hotel. Quando mi stava fretta, mi sono fermato a prendere solo un muffin, e non sembrava neanche che la stanza fosse stata calda, anche se non era una questione precedente, per cui potrebbe essere stata legata ad una domanda insolita in quel momento. In generale, l'hotel ha un buon potenziale: è nuovo, pulito, ragionevolmente conveniente per raggiungere il centro della città, e il personale dell'ufficio frontale è stato utile e accogliente.

La decisione più intelligente di venire ad Almatu è prenotare Qazaq Auyl Eco Hotel!Il top paesaggio naturale, insieme alla progettazione della semplice integrazione tradizionale kazaka e l'Europa settentrionale, è davvero bella a parlare 🏔️✨ La nostra piccola casa di legno ha una finestra di terra super grande. Ogni mattina, si sveglia e apri la finestra è una bella montagna coperta di neve bianca. Tutti i tipi di carte sono a livello di carta. La stanza porta la sauna privata da sola ～ dopo aver scivolato la neve, ha preso una sauna, l'intera persona è stata curata ❤️🩹 Il minibar nella stanza è gratuito, sarà pieno ogni giorno, molto sincero!

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

Мне очень все понравилось, ночевали одну ночь, подробно в деталях не возможно рассказать! А так персонал супер вежливый, спасибо им они разряжают обстановку!!! Благодаря им ставлю 5 звезд, но скажу здание старое, присутствует странный запах в номере, может это только у нас так. А так завтрак был великолепен, кухня работает вкусно!!! Я бы еще поела вместо ресторана 🤪❤️ спасибо персоналу за помощь, за вежливость, за скорость! Благодарю! ☺️

Perfect stay at the Novotel city centre, upon checking in Armand at reception noticed it was my daughter’s birthday few days ago so he gave my daughter & son as toy gift which was very sweet! The hotel has decent clean rooms & it’s in the perfect location, the Koke tobe cable carts are next door & Dostyk mall is a 15mins walk away. The hotel had a great breakfast spread with fresh pastries and a variety of food choices, lunch & dinner menu can be improved a little but still ok it just has a limited variety. Unfortunately, the pool & spa was under maintenance so was not open so we couldn’t use. Also thanks to Armand we got a late check out for both our rooms! A very nice jolly chap!

Location: 9/10 The hotel is very conveniently located, about 1-2 km from the most visited parks in the city and the famous Green Bazaar. It’s easy to walk to the main attractions and grab a taxi from here. Breakfast: 9/10 Daily breakfast was a highlight. There’s a vast variety: cold cuts, salads, fresh fruits, steamed and grilled vegetables, chicken nuggets, fish fillets, 3 types of eggs, sausages, pancakes, cakes, different pastries, and local sweets. They also serve 2 different local dishes every day. For drinks, there are plenty of milkshake options, 2 types of juice, an electric coffee dispenser, plus tea and milk. You won’t go hungry. Room & Service: 8/10 Our room was spacious and acceptably clean. Towels and bathrobes were changed every day and toiletries were refilled daily. The only thing we noticed is that bed linens were not changed during our entire stay. We didn’t request it because we didn’t need it, so I’m not sure if it’s done upon request. Bathroom had both hot and cold water. It takes about 3-5 minutes for the water to warm up, so plan for that. The receptionists were well versed and most of the staff are young and speak decent English. They were helpful whenever we asked. Facilities: 8/10 There’s a Platinum Spa located inside the hotel that offers massages for a fee. The swimming pool is open for all guests. I wasn’t sure if the sauna is also complimentary, so it would be good to clarify this at check-in. Things to note: No ramp at the entrance - You’ll need to carry your luggage up to the reception area. There’s also no security guard or bellboy to assist. Room type matters - If you book, check which room you’re getting. Budget rooms are on the 1st floor and open directly to the restaurant/cafe seating area outside. We got lucky because there weren’t many customers during our stay, so there was no noise disturbance during rest hours. Overall: For the price, Mildom Residence offers a lot — great breakfast, spacious clean rooms, helpful staff, and added facilities like the spa and pool. Just be mindful of the room location and entrance if you have heavy luggage. I would stay here again.

The hotel is an excellent choice because of its price, location and facilities available for guests. The staff is responsive and good. There are a few convenient stores nearby, and a late-night doner place. Overall not a bad place to stay.
