Hotel a Almaty, Kazakistan

È un hotel molto ben noto con bella vista. È una grande sala da ballo sul pavimento del terreno vicino all'ingresso che potrebbe essere piuttosto rumoroso per gli ospiti fino alle 11:00. Inizialmente, cercarono di mettere me in una stanza sul pavimento sotto rinnovazione, che è disgustosa e sporca con i rifiuti e gli strumenti di rinnovamento ovunque (vedi foto postate). Io rifiuto e insisti per un cambiamento. Il cambiamento è molto normale.

Ho avuto un'ora di tempo tra il mio volo da Dubai a Atyrau e stavo davvero cercando un hotel vicino all'aeroporto che era conveniente e ragionevolmente costoso. Grand Hotel Erbil è entrambi. Ho fatto la prenotazione online con l'opzione di pagare all'arrivo. La prenotazione ha previsto un pick-up gratuito di navetta dall'aeroporto e un trasferimento molto ragionevole indietro la mattina seguente. L'hotel ha confermato tutto da Whatsapp. Pagamento senza contatto. Camera pulita. Lenzuola pulita. Servizio amichevole ed efficiente. Ho ordinato un semplice hamburger e chip via WhatsApp e il cibo è arrivato caldo e fresco. Minimini è completamente immagazzinato e ragionevolmente prezzi. Il loro menu è esteso (55 pagine di libro) e si occupano di tutto, da una tazza di ummus a piatti di carne, torte, cocktail, ecc. Per un viaggiatore, questo hotel vale bene. Grazie, Grand Hotel Erbil!

What a disappointing hotel. The service was awful throughout. Whatever the question the answer was always NO! Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at noon and asked for an early check in. NO! The room was ready but unless I paid $50 they would not allow early check in. (A different clerk did eventually check me in early) The restaurant closed at 7:00pm for dinner and there was no nearby option. I got take out and just asked for silverware and an empty glass. NO, you may not take to room. Eventually I procured a single fork (still no glass allowed in room. “People steal them”). 30 min later, a knock on the door asking for the fork back! Bar was horribly stocked. Red wine? NO. White Wine? NO. Just beer Breakfast opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and just asked if I could have a coffee while i waited. NO. They ran out of juice, asked for more….wait for it…NO. Power was off several times, once for 2+ hours. Windows don’t open so it became very stuffy. Room was not cleaned one day. I asked just for fresh towels. I had to bring my used ones down to the front desk, where they counted them to be replaced. I guess their guests steal towels too! On checkout I asked politely if I could speak to the manager. “No manager here”. That kinda sums up the whole stay. Many, many better options here and this should never be part of IHG with the terrible service

Sto alloggiando ad Almaty in questo hotel che non ho prenotato io ma il gruppo con cui viaggio. Le camere degli hotel delle catene internazionali sono identiche in tutto il mondo, con poca o nessuna variabilità. Come aspetto negativo sottolineerei il fatto che rifanno le stanze alle 19.30, forse un po' tardi, proprio quando la gente è in camera che si prepara per uscire per la cena. Tra gli aspetti positivi sottolineerei invece la prima colazione, la comodità dei letti, la televisione, il wifi velocissimo e l'ottima qualità del sonno. Questo albergo è in posizione centrale ma non troppo.

Stato lì per una notte durante il mio viaggio KZ, l'hotel è situato in una posizione molto confortevole , le camere dell'hotel sembrano più di una stanza di eredità con poche vecchie piastre decorative e si sentiva davvero caldo, Hanno fornito tutti i servizi necessari, e c'era anche un bagaglio sicuro, ho tenuto il mio bagaglio dopo l'uscita per quasi un giorno e hanno davvero aiutato a tenerli al loro posto senza alcun problema e hanno fornito la stessa in pochi minuti, Il personale qui parla anche inglese fluente e si sforza di aiutare i loro ospiti.

Grande hotel in una grande posizione. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite. Il ristorante sul posto cucina buona cibo ma il personale di attesa non parla molto inglese per poter ancora ottenere acqua quando si chiede acqua spargimento.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. My only suggestion is get a new hairdryer. The current one barely works. Breakfast was delish and reception kindly arranged transportation for me.

Il personale è più irresponsabile, mostrando sottotoni di bias razziale. Non dovrebbe rimanere in questo hotel. Nonostante tre ricordi e un'attesa di due ore, l'hotel non ha fornito un buco di ghiaccio nella stanza, naturalmente a pagamento. La struttura della camera è difettosa - una colonna di cemento enorme nel centro della camera riduce notevolmente lo spazio (Camere 621 e 428). Il pezzo di tovagliolo in una camera da bagno è stato rotto (Room 429). Il mantenimento della camera era scioccato - la spazzatura è stata lasciata in pulizia. In una stanza, si posò un asciugamano con una grande lacrima, e fu mostrato al supervisore che offriva un drink come compensazione - altezza di insonnia. In un'altra stanza, il personale della casa dimenticava di mettere i asciugamani. Nonostante le ripetute chiamate alla ricezione, l'hotel non ha potuto consegnarle. Pertanto, il coppia doveva andare a colazione senza bagno. E' certamente una vergogna per il marchio Ramada.

The breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The room was good and clean, there were some supplies in the toilette. Parks and places around the hotel are nice, and you can have a good walk around, if you wish. There were always noise (I'd assume cleaners did some work) quite early in the morning. Another issue is that the breakfast time in the morning is until 10am sharp, which is not convenient for people travelling from Europe for leisure. As I understood, there're no alternatives available. We asked a bottle of water and an additional blanked to the room, and it was challenging to get them. Particularly, with the bottle of water, as they refused to put the cost of it on the hotel room, but requested a cash payment. It was a surprise for us.

L'ho usato pulito. Ci vediamo la prossima volta. È un posto che voglio usare di nuovo. La posizione è buona e pulita e il personale è molto amichevole
