We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation. The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads. We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services. Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage. The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos. There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco. Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo per alcuni giorni e poi ho prolungato il soggiorno per un altro giorno. Il prezzo è triplicato a Capodanno. Ero esausto dopo una giornata al mare. Quando sono tornato per cena non mi è stato permesso di entrare mi è stato detto di tornare nella stanza per trovare il biglietto d'invito... L'intero evento di Capodanno non è andato bene.

Il Regina è un semplice hotel tutto compreso proprio nel centro di Hurghada. A poca distanza a piedi dalla Marina e bar, ristoranti ecc. sono proprio fuori dalla porta principale. La maggior parte del personale è cordiale, i consigli ti offrono un servizio migliore (come nella maggior parte dei posti in Egitto). Samir che ha pulito il nostro bungalow è stato assolutamente fantastico, ogni giorno ha lasciato qualcos'altro nella nostra camera che ci ha aiutato a goderci il soggiorno. Dal bollitore (non tipico in Egitto tutto compreso) alle pantofole ricamate dell'hotel e un sorriso meraviglioso ogni singolo giorno, spero che la direzione lo apprezzi perché è semplicemente geniale. Il bungalow era abbastanza spazioso ma la doccia era minuscola, i letti comodi e anche molti asciugamani puliti. Il cibo è semplice e non conforme allo standard che ho avuto in altri hotel a Hurghada, ma c'era sempre qualcosa da mangiare. La birra viene versata in bicchierini da una bottiglia e tutti i liquori sono equivalenti locali. Se come me hai bisogno di un caffè la mattina presto (prima delle 7), dovrai pagarlo. Hanno una macchina in una piccola area bar e nei bar della piscina/spiaggia, ma la macchina per il caffè non è disponibile mentre viene servita la colazione. Invece viene fornito in un'urna enorme e poco appetibile. Se arrivi prima delle 15:00 non hai diritto a pranzare o cenare dopo le 12:00 del check-out del tuo ultimo giorno... ti tagliano la band al momento del check-out. Se effettuate il check-in dopo le 15:00 potrete ricevere un voucher dalla reception che vi permetterà di pranzare. Non l'ho mai avuto in nessun altro hotel in Egitto (questa era la mia diciottesima visita) e aggiunge un'atmosfera semplice all'hotel. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價
