Hotel con spa a Hurghada

Il resort sulla spiaggia di Solymar non è il più costoso nella zona di Hurghada/Safaga, ma non è nemmeno il più economico. Per questo motivo, ci aspettavamo che fosse abbastanza nella media in termini di qualità. A ogni angolo, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi e deliziati. Il personale è stato cordiale e cortese: alla reception, al ristorante o quando si passava accanto a qualcuno che annaffiava l'erba, si è certi di ricevere un caloroso benvenuto. Tutti sono veloci a conoscere i propri clienti: dopo solo un giorno nel nostro solito posto sulla spiaggia, Ahmed conosceva il nostro solito ordine. Anche i membri iper-energetici del team Magic Entertainment sono stati veloci a stabilire un rapporto e a farci sentire inclusi nelle vibrazioni del resort. Ci siamo immersi immediatamente in un relax estremo con un ”massaggio da luna di miele” alla spa, che includeva del tempo nelle saune secche e a vapore, uno speciale rituale di esfoliazione dell'hammam su una lastra di marmo riscaldata, un impacco di fango del Mar Morto per tutto il corpo e un massaggio con olio. Le massaggiatrici erano loquaci e giocose, forse non per tutti i gusti, ma questo sembra essere il modo egiziano e mi ha sicuramente fatto sorridere e ridacchiare. Non c'è un momento della giornata in cui potresti rischiare di rimanere a digiuno. Dalla colazione anticipata nel ristorante principale, alla colazione tardiva in spiaggia, alle bevande e agli snack offerti durante il giorno al bar della piscina e al ristorante, c'è sempre un'ampia gamma di scelte di cibo e bevande di qualità. C'è una certa variazione tra le opzioni giornaliere e vale sempre la pena dare un'occhiata all'area ”fresco dalla griglia” per vedere quale potrebbe essere la specialità del giorno. Parte del soggiorno include un pasto complementare in uno dei due ristoranti alla carta (italiano/egiziano) dove il cibo è di un livello o due superiore a quello servito nei buffet. Vai affamato: il pasto egiziano includeva un antipasto di mezze calde e fredde, una zuppa, una portata principale e un dessert (con menu alternativi a base vegetale e per bambini). Il resort ha fatto molto per garantire che sia eco-friendly. Oltre alla solita richiesta di appendere gli asciugamani per risparmiare acqua sulle pulizie non necessarie, purificano anche la loro acqua, che viene lasciata nella vostra stanza in bottiglie di vetro refrigerate (ha un sapore un po' strano, ma fa bene al pianeta). Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente il resort Solymar.

Questa è la mia seconda visita a Rixos magawesh , uno dei più grandi resort in mare rosso , la mia prima visita è stata nel 2022 e ora dopo 4 anni, posso dire che le attrazioni sono diventate più piacevoli, grandi paesaggi in tutto il resort , spaziose camere e suite. La spiaggia è così bello , le piscine sono grandi ma ha bisogno di più attività .. la qualità del cibo è buona , la cena è perfetta ma il colazione potrebbe essere meglio .. L'unica cosa che non mi piace sul posto è lo standard di servizio non gli standard che ho usato con il gruppo Rixos , è il premio di mare di Rixos in Sharm era perfetto ma qui mi sentivo con la nuova espansione in Magawesh , Il tempo di attesa del bus è stato annoiante e deve essere migliorato. In tutto è stato una buona vacanza , e questo resort con qualche cura per la qualità del servizio potrebbe essere il miglior resort sul mare rosso .

Da quando sono arrivato, mi sentivo un incredibile senso di pace e di lusso. L'atmosfera è assolutamente respirosa –, vista stupenda, e spazio bellissimo progettato che ti fanno sentire come sei nel paradiso. 🌊☀️ Il cibo? 🔥 10/10 – Tutti i pasti sono stati cucinati perfettamente, con tanta varietà e sapore che ogni morsa si sentiva come un'esperienza. Che si tratti di colazione con pasticce fresche e frutti esotici, o di una cena gourmet con piatti di classe mondiale, questo resort fissa un nuovo standard per l'eccellenza culinaria. Il servizio? 💯 È semplicemente sorprendente. Ogni membro del personale con cui interagisco era caldo, professionale, e davvero preoccupato per rendere il mio soggiorno inoltrabile. Dal desk front to the housekeeping team, to the restaurant staff – Everyone was so helpful, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. It's rare to find such consistently outstanding service. Le camere sono eleganti, spaziose e senza spot, con tutto quello che ti serve per il comfort totale. Il resort offre così tanti punti rilassanti – dalle aree private della spiaggia alla parte stupenda della piscina – perfetto per rilassarsi con un drink in mano e solo godere delle vibrazioni calme. The location and the beach at Sheraton Soma Bay are truly beautiful, and the welcome upon arrival was friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained, but overall it feels quite outdated and somewhat old-fashioned. Unfortunately, we experienced several service and organizational issues during our stay. At the beach bar, we ordered a milkshake but were served a juice instead without being asked — we were later told there was an issue with the ice. Instead of informing us, the staff simply replaced the drink without consultation. At dinner, incorrect dishes were brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, we were told the mistake was due to our ordering. One evening, a staff member pressured us to pay immediately and insisted on accompanying us to the reception to clarify the charge, even though we explained that we wanted to charge it to the room. At reception, we were told that charging to the room was perfectly fine. At check-out, we also discovered that one dinner had been charged twice. In addition, our room key stopped working several times on the day of departure — even though we had paid extra for a late check-out. The food and beverage offering is disappointing. The selection is very limited, especially for non-all-inclusive guests, with very few healthy options. The bar menus — both at the beach bar and the main bar — are closer to snack-bar level than to a hotel of this category. All-inclusive wine is served from cartons, and plastic water bottles are placed on the dinner tables. At breakfast, fresh juices often ran out quickly and were not refilled. The restaurant is frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. Compared to other hotels in Soma Bay, this property offers noticeably less atmosphere, entertainment, and overall quality. In Conclusion: Beautiful location and beach, but service, organization, and overall standards unfortunately do not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. There are clearly better alternatives in Soma Bay.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

I had high expectations for Steigenberger Aqua Magic, but unfortunately my experience did not match the reputation of the hotel. The first disappointment started at check-in. I booked two rooms and sent a request in advance asking for adjacent rooms because we are one family traveling with children. The hotel is very large and consists of several buildings, so it is simply not reasonable for my children to stay in one building while I stay in another. At reception I was told that there were no rooms of the same category available in the same building. To solve the problem, I agreed to pay around €100 to upgrade the second room. However, even after paying for the upgrade, the rooms were still not next to each other. They were only on the same floor despite my repeated request. To make matters worse, I received the key to the first room after approximately 3:00 PM, while the second room was not ready until after 6:00 PM because housekeeping had not finished preparing it. Waiting several extra hours for a room after paying for an upgrade was very frustrating. Then, on the day of departure, shortly after 12:00 PM I received a call asking me to check out immediately. I found this difficult to understand. If the hotel expects guests to respect the official checkout time, then guests should also expect their rooms to be ready at the official check-in time. The standards should be the same for both sides. Another disappointing policy was the specialty restaurants. Although I booked an All-Inclusive package, I was only allowed to use one specialty restaurant because my stay was less than five nights. I do not think this is a fair policy. If a restaurant is fully booked, I completely understand, but if tables are available, all All-Inclusive guests should have the opportunity to dine there regardless of the length of their stay. Restricting access only because of the number of nights makes the All-Inclusive experience feel unnecessarily limited. I also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some guests were treated. I paid in foreign currency just like many international guests, yet I noticed that the building assigned to us was occupied mostly by Egyptian families and its overall condition was not maintained to the same standard, especially the unpleasant smell around the ground-floor bathrooms. Another incident happened at the swimming pool where my children were told that inflatable toys and floats were not allowed, and we immediately respected the rules. However, only a few minutes later we saw children of other nationalities using similar inflatables in the same pool without being stopped. This made me feel that the rules were not being applied equally to everyone. I also remember another situation at reception where a foreign guest requested to change rooms and was offered several alternatives. When I requested the same, the receptionist briefly searched and then told me that no rooms were available. Seeing another guest receive multiple options while I was told there was nothing available left me questioning why the same level of service was not offered to me. I am not saying this based on rumors; I am simply describing my own experience during my stay. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews whether its procedures and policies are being applied equally to all guests. Despite these issues, I would like to thank the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and cleaning team. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated us. The hotel itself has excellent facilities and great potential, but the inconsistent service at reception and the feeling that some guests receive better treatment than others had a significant impact on our holiday. I hope the management takes these comments seriously because equal treatment, fair policies, and better organization at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience for everyone.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

La camera è spaziosa e luminosa, i servizi sono relativamente completi, è vicina al mare e il panorama è piacevole. Il problema è che la nostra federa per piumone era di colore scuro e aveva formato dei pallini, ma fortunatamente il personale di servizio l'ha cambiata immediatamente. Abbiamo prenotato al ristorante cinese, ma quello che ci hanno servito era un mix di cibo egiziano e occidentale, per niente cinese. Abbiamo speso 50 $ per il cibo per due persone.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia tra fine novembre e inizio dicembre. Ho avuto la fortuna di ottenere uno sconto, quindi il prezzo per 15 giorni all-inclusive era incredibilmente allettante. Quindi, tutta la mia recensione si basa sul fatto che, per il prezzo che ho pagato, questa è stata la migliore vacanza di sempre. La posizione è eccellente. Adoro camminare ed è stato facile per me raggiungere la moschea, il porto turistico con gli yacht e tutti i negozi. La spiaggia è fantastica. La barriera corallina era assolutamente mozzafiato! Non ho mai visto così tanti pesci colorati e bellissimi in un acquario. Il cibo era buono; non sono schizzinoso. Ce n'era abbastanza per tutti, persino più che sufficiente. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno. Sì, l'arredamento è un po' datato. Ma ripeto, per il prezzo che ho pagato, è stato semplicemente fantastico.
