Un hotel pulito con una posizione diretta sulla spiaggia. Il complesso alberghiero è molto ben tenuto e grande attenzione è posta alla pulizia e all'igiene. Ti sei sentito subito a tuo agio e in buone mani. Il personale di servizio era competente e cordiale. Il cibo era davvero gustoso e molto buono e c'era abbastanza scelta! L'animazione era piena di azione e molto divertente ogni giorno. L'hotel ha molto da offrire anche per i bambini piccoli. La tua nuova struttura per il surf è stata particolarmente fantastica.

Il cibo è molto buono ci sono tanti tipi di cibi e sono tutti molto buoni le camere da letto vengono pulite ogni giorno e sono molto belle ci sono anche dei bar per bere delle bevande e prima del pranzo ci sono anche degli snacks durante la giornata si fanno delle attività ad esempio giochi stretching e balli, le piscine e il mare sono molto puliti

The weather was lovely for the middle of November (14th -21st ) is was very windy but this is normal for the Red Sea … the Hotel grounds themselves were very well kept , clean tidy and plenty of room . Our room was a re vamped one with was perfectly nice for the money we paid , the beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and sea but far enough away from any noise ( 5102) . The coffee facilities in the room were not great , sachets of instant and powdered milk . The beach was shingle and a lot of the beds were very old but it wasn’t crowded and there was always plenty of room . The sunsets at around 5pm so from 3pm onwards it gets very shadowy on the beach and the heat goes from the sun . The hotel has its own jetty which leads to a coral reef which was great fun to snorkel in , the downside to the beach is that you can’t swim in the sea , the bed is rock / coral and you have to walk out miles to get any decent depth, ( you can walk along the jetty and get in with ladders 2/3rds if the way down . All in all , the hotel / beach / grounds are lovely. Now onto the not so lovely bits …. The cigarette smoke around the eating areas is unbelievable, thick stinking add in all the hacking coughs ( particularly 1st thing in the morning 🤮) it’s pretty grim , impossible to find a table without smoke wafting over your dinner so you end up eating inside 🙄. The food was poor , usually lukewarm at best and lacking in flavour ( although the beach bar at lunchtime was ok , fries and some sort of burger/ pasta and mini fresh pizzas ) Drinks / cocktails were all ok ( variations on a theme so not much variety and glasses were small ) All in all a good holiday for a week in the sun in mid November for the price we paid , I would go back to the Red Sea but not this particular hotel .

Для семьи наверное ок, но мне одному не понравилось там, за территорией ничего нет, лежаки забивают по утру. На ужин так же люди приходят заранее) для меня это не отдых, а какая то битва за комфорт) вечерняя анимация для взрослых отсутствует, еда сносная мне понравилась:) вообщем если вы с ребенком рекомендую, если вы без детей, то делать там вам нечего. И по ощущениям я там был единственный кто без тур оператора)

L'hotel è molto lussuoso e pulito. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le piscine e la vista sono incredibili. Ci sono tutte le strutture. La camera è enorme con jacuzzi e snack e bevande con una macchina per il caffè. I ristoranti sono fantastici con la qualità e la varietà del cibo.

AVOID AVOID ! Well i dont know where to start, been back a week and couldnt wait to get home from this hotel and the whole country ....been talked to and treat like rubbish . We arrived checked in and the man who take your luggage to the room, just showed us outside of the hotel and ppinted to a block of rooms and said 1234 and behind 🙄 so we walked over to there couldnt find it, was wondering for ages with another 2 ladies that arrived with us . He come along with our luggage after and told us where to go, never known anything like it . Room was basic bed was comfy but i had red stains on our wall near the tiolet and on a drawer looked like tomatoe sauce after 4 days in the room i see the cleaner and told him, he did try to get the red off the drawer but didnt evan try with the stain near tiolet . It was room 5103 Shower head kept sliding down in end we had baths . I did report it but nothing was done . Things were falling to bits cupbourds wardrobes it mouldy in places Aircon wasnt cold at all i had to ask a few times for them to come sort it people were rude , there were some nice people , we had a pedicure never again my toes are still sore and they made one toe bleed food wasnt great same old and cold wasnt hot at all had to keep asking for brown bread which was an effort to some at breakfast .my husband asked for a glass for water he was given a dirty one i did report but nothing was done . The bus to the beach looked like it needed scrapping fumes inside the bus choking us. NOT A 5 STAR ....WE WANTED TO COME TUESDAY WE WAS LOOKING FOR FLIGHTS EARLY .not a enjoyable holiday really .people never smile would not reccomend to anyone .

Se posso valutare questo hotel più di 5 stelle, lo farò. Queste persone sono il guru dell’ospitalità, il modo in cui mi trattavano e la mia famiglia ci rendeva molto felici, e ogni dettaglio era considerato e superato le mie aspettative. - Una volta nel ristorante mio figlio era esitante e in pochi secondi il cuoco gli ha ordinato un gusto speciale. - Le pizze e i snack sono cosi' stupide. - L'hotel è bello e accogliente. - Le visione sono rilassanti. - Camere, piscina e ristoranti super puliti. - Il ristorante principale serviva più volte alimenti per il mare, ma non ha mai sentito odore e questo è un plus. - L'accesso era disponibile alla bella spiaggia di sabbia di Jaz Casa Del Mar. Le parole non esprimeranno i miei sentimenti quando l'hotel mi ha inviato un complimento di complimenti per il mio complimento e un altro complimento è stato inviato il giorno successivo (frutta piatto, noci e maccaroni 😋😋) Grazie speciali ai membri della squadra di ricezione (Mohamed per il suo stretto seguito su qualsiasi questione, Ibrahim per il suo complemento e Filopater per averci ricevuto).
