UUtente ospiteI have been traveling on all-inclusive vacations annually for the past 15 years, and unfortunately, this was the worst check-in experience I have encountered.
I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult. While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD.
What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative. This was not only disrespectful but also left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful. However, the food was average, with limited variety, and drinks were basic, with only two cocktails available that were of poor quality.
While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

Dispone di una barca per le immersioni, di un molo privato, di un centro immersioni, di 3 piscine e di una spiaggia privata. Ci sono appartamenti e hotel, nonché un grande centro commerciale. Si consiglia di soggiornare in un hotel con vista sul mare. C'è una zona commerciale a 15-20 minuti a piedi a sinistra del cancello per navigare. È un ottimo hotel. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

MMarawanWe stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room.
Positives:
- The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.
- The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing.
- The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations.
Negatives:
- The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow.
- The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained.
- The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level.
- Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible
- There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in.
Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

DDenelle InceHo soggiornato all'Hotel Elite Sea Sky e sono stato davvero impressionato dalla qualità dell'hotel, soprattutto considerando quanto sia conveniente. Si offre un valore incredibile per i soldi e è una grande opzione se si sta pianificando di spendere la maggior parte del vostro tempo fuori in tour e solo bisogno di un confortevole, comodo luogo per soggiornare.
Uno dei maggiori vantaggi è la sua posizione è vicino all’aeroporto, che rende super facile le arrivi e le partenze. L'hotel stesso si sente come una piccola fuga tranquilla lontana da tutta l'atmosfera rumore e occupata, con una spiaggia tranquilla, tranquilla e pulita che è perfetta per il relax.
Le viste sono bellissime e si aggiunge davvero all'esperienza generale. Svegliarsi fino a quel paesaggio è certamente un punto di vista. Anche se il cibo è piuttosto fondamentale, non è una questione importante, poiché avete sempre la possibilità di ordinare o esplorare luoghi vicini per mangiare.
Una menzione speciale a Galal, il manager dell’hotel, che era incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, mi ha mostrato in giro e mi ha assicurato di avere una delle migliori camere, che mi hanno fatto sentire ancora più speciale.
In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole e sarei sicuramente tornato. Se stai cercando qualcosa di budget-friendly, comodo e convenientemente situato, Elite Sea Sky Hotel è una grande scelta.

UUtente ospite泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Великолепные завтраки. Отличное обслуживание везде, ребята очень стараются, и не из под палки а от души. Отель конечно мягко говоря «подуставший», требуется реновация, но стараниями персонала и местоположением это компенсируется))). С удовольствием вернусь.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

L'hotel dispone anche di un bar gratuito e le bevande che producono sono informali e per nulla gustose.
Ci hanno dato tre bottiglie di acqua minerale ogni giorno e ci hanno messo dei fiori in camera.Il servizio era abbastanza buono.
Se sei un tipo di viaggiatore attento al servizio e all'igiene, ti consigliamo di prenotare direttamente con Sheraton o Hilton, dopotutto il marchio c'è e la qualità del servizio è garantita.
