Hotel sul mare a Hurghada

Se posso valutare questo hotel più di 5 stelle, lo farò. Queste persone sono il guru dell’ospitalità, il modo in cui mi trattavano e la mia famiglia ci rendeva molto felici, e ogni dettaglio era considerato e superato le mie aspettative. - Una volta nel ristorante mio figlio era esitante e in pochi secondi il cuoco gli ha ordinato un gusto speciale. - Le pizze e i snack sono cosi' stupide. - L'hotel è bello e accogliente. - Le visione sono rilassanti. - Camere, piscina e ristoranti super puliti. - Il ristorante principale serviva più volte alimenti per il mare, ma non ha mai sentito odore e questo è un plus. - L'accesso era disponibile alla bella spiaggia di sabbia di Jaz Casa Del Mar. Le parole non esprimeranno i miei sentimenti quando l'hotel mi ha inviato un complimento di complimenti per il mio complimento e un altro complimento è stato inviato il giorno successivo (frutta piatto, noci e maccaroni 😋😋) Grazie speciali ai membri della squadra di ricezione (Mohamed per il suo stretto seguito su qualsiasi questione, Ibrahim per il suo complemento e Filopater per averci ricevuto). Grazie speciali agli uomini del bar della piscina (Abd El Salam e Mina) hanno servito deliziosi cocktail 😉👌 - Grazie speciali a Ali Barakat nel bar dei snacks - Grazie speciali a Ali & Hamdoun nel ristorante principale. - Grazie speciali a Mohamed della squadra di servizio in camera. - Grazie speciali a Fares sulla spiaggia. - Grazie in particolare alla squadra di Sentido per aver reso il nostro soggiorno uno inoltrabile. È stata un'esperienza perfetta per me. Io e mia moglie ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. I loro servizi sono stati fantastici. Ho avuto solo un problema serio. Volevo partecipare al tour di Orange Bay con mia moglie. La reception dell'hotel mi ha suggerito di lavorare con il signor Ayman Kady, che ci ha gestito un tour in barca chiamato ”Ayaa”. Volevo fare immersioni, ma c'è stato un malinteso. C'era un istruttore subacqueo di ”Ayaa”, un tour in barca. Era molto scortese con gli ospiti. Mi stava trattando male a causa di un malinteso, ma anche altre coppie avevano avuto problemi organizzativi con Ayaa. Gli ho chiesto perché si stesse comportando male con noi e improvvisamente ha iniziato a urlare contro me e altre due coppie. Ha usato molte parolacce contro i tedeschi e la Germania. Ha detto che dovevamo comportarci come voleva lui perché eravamo sulla sua barca e nel suo paese, altrimenti ci avrebbe uccisi, ha detto l'istruttore subacqueo. Comunque, ho chiamato subito il signor Ayman Kady mentre ero in barca e grazie a Dio c'era la connessione internet, anche se era troppo bassa. Ha chiamato il suo capo e abbiamo subito cambiato escursione in barca con una pausa immersioni. Per fortuna mi ha salvato la giornata, che era stata rovinata perché mia moglie era così spaventata e infelice. Anche se è stata una bella esperienza, non vi consiglio di lavorare con la compagnia di escursioni in barca ”Ayaa”, potete segnalarlo alla mia guida turistica, Ayman Kady del Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

Eccellente struttura, camere nuove confortevoli e pulite. Buffet per colazione e cena molto ricco e di alta qualità, il migliore trovato in Egitto. Spiaggia e piscina ben attrezzate e mare perfetto per nuotare. Consigliato!

Bellissimo impianto con molti angoli tranquilli, una bella piscina per nuotare, un piccolo rifugio per la casa per la snorchella (non spectacolare, ma si vede molti pesci). Il ristorante principale è triangolato e non ha una bella atmosfera, un po' smarrita; la scelta del cibo era inferiore a quanto abbiamo visto altrove, ma la qualità del cibo era buona. Il caffè e il cacao ”American” dal buffet di colazione (contenitore) erano incomestibili, l'espresso al bar lobby molto buono. I bar distribuiti in tutto il locale erano ok, i bar in/intorno al lobby sono confortevoli. Anche positiva: grande spazio di bilardo, uso incluso, e la palestra sembrava anche buona (ma non abbiamo usato). La città di Hurghada è così vicina che si può anche camminare - se si cammina bene.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

L'Hotel Rogina è bellissimo e adatto per le famiglie.Il personale della reception, signor Sharif, signor Mohamed Eid, signor Ahmed e tutti i membri del personale della reception con bellissime sorrisi.Il servizio del dipartimento F&B è eccellente. Grazie e apprezzamento al dipartimento di alimenti e bevande, tutti.Il dipartimento di agricoltura, la verdura è molto bella. E il dipartimento di pulizia, grazie e apprezzamento a tutti.Grazie e apprezzamento al fratello Mohamed Hassan. Da quando sono entrato nella stanza, era completamente pulito fino a quando non sono andato. Spero che quando torno, saremo nella stessa stanza e che Mohamed Hassan sia presente. Grazie e apprezzamento agli uomini della cucina, grazie e apprezzamento alla squadra di animazione, grazie e apprezzamento agli uomini di sicurezza dell'hotel. Spero di venire all'hotel presto quest'anno.

Отдыхали в начале марта 2025. Концепция отеля  очень понравилась, невысокие домики в марокканском стиле, вокруг очень красивый ландшафт (видно, что люди уделяют этому внимание), пляж достаточно большой с мягким песочком и хорошим заходом в воду. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Ребята аниматоры молодцы, очень стараются развлекать гостей. 1 отель в Египете , который мне попался, где есть томатный сок) Атмосфера релакса, особенно вечером у бассейна. Еда хорошая, но мы были не в сезон, думаю, что когда 100% заселение в ресторане и баре будут очереди, так по размерам они не оч большие. Отель к посещению рекомендовал бы на 90% людям которые хотят тихого, комфортного отдыха.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Per la seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. È una scelta affidabile per il bilancio, ma allo stesso tempo accettabile per il comfort di riposo. Credo che la crisi qui sia dovuta principalmente a camere anticondizionate (condizionatori anticondizionati, piombo dei sovietici, mobili dagli anni '90). Che esportazioni e rimbalzi: 1. Buono cibo, sempre 2-3 tipo di carne/pollo, pesce, garnizo, verdure, frutta stagionale. In serata, pollo o kebab (il più delizioso) sono cucinati sulla griglia. 2.I ragazzi del Reepschen stanno cercando, ci hanno dato la libertà di apprezzare la sala di lusso per la seconda volta che arrivarono, era molto più sicuro del normale e godeva di vivere. I camerieri, i cuochi sono anche gentili, sorridenti, con piacere comunicare, ma senza imporre. Le camere pulite ogni giorno, ma noi chiese per un giorno, persino l’acqua era richiesta per la stanza. 3. Territorio. Buona spiaggia, c'è un confortevole parcheggio con tavoli, divani, swing. Nel territorio c'è lime, granate, molti fiori, verdi. Mi è piaciuto sedere lì, bere tè, fotografato. Pertanto, se volete più giorni, ma il riposo di bilancio - è possibile considerare.
