The resort is amazing, it has more than 5 pools, amazing beach, waterpark, many restaurants, kids club, play station, theatre, full inclusive, my kids were never bored. The majority of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing was the food variety, although there was several restaurants but the food selection was very limited and they served the same items/dishes every day of our stay, also the food and beverages quality is quite average. The main issue was the communication, we tried to communicate with the hotel several times before we travel for special requests and we've never received an answer. Even their phone number on Google maps is not correct, its very hard to reach any of the front desk or guest relation.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni all'Al Kasr ed è stata una delle migliori vacanze che abbiamo mai fatto. Il resort è nuovissimo e si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia sabbiosa, con numerosi lettini e bar sulla spiaggia che servono cibo e bevande durante tutto il giorno. L'hotel dispone di diverse splendide piscine con numerosi bar e, ancora una volta, numerosi lettini rilassanti; non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare posto. Il ristorante principale Flavours offre buffet elaborati con angoli separati per cucina indiana e asiatica, un grill turco, un bar per la pasta, pesce fresco e molti dolci. Il servizio è stato all'altezza delle aspettative e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'ampia scelta di cibo. Abbiamo apprezzato una vasta selezione di cocktail nei due bar dell'edificio principale, mentre quello nella hall era aperto 24 ore su 24. C'era intrattenimento dal vivo ogni sera e abbiamo mangiato panini freschi al bar Vienna quasi ogni pomeriggio. Anche lo snack bar turco merita una menzione speciale: shawarma, pita e lachmacun erano tutti di prima qualità. Purtroppo non ricordiamo i nomi di tutti coloro che ci hanno aiutato, ma un ringraziamento speciale va al fantastico direttore, il signor Nader Ibrahim. È stato eccellente e ci ha offerto un upgrade quando abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la nostra suite. La splendida villa in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, completamente attrezzata e aveva una bella piscina privata, oltre al servizio in camera e alle pulizie personali. Ancora una volta, grazie mille, signor Ibrahim. Il gentile e professionale direttore del ristorante, il signor Ashraf, si è preso cura di noi in tutti i ristoranti, incluso l'ottimo ristorante di sushi/tappanyaki in cui abbiamo cenato l'ultima sera. Ashraf ha reso il nostro soggiorno migliore ogni giorno, non potrò mai ringraziarlo abbastanza. L'adorabile signora Wasila si è occupata in modo impeccabile del servizio in camera per cibo e bevande nella nostra villa ed è stata fantastica anche lei: ci ha preparato una colazione abbondante ogni mattina e bottiglie di vino fresche ogni sera. The location and the beach at Sheraton Soma Bay are truly beautiful, and the welcome upon arrival was friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained, but overall it feels quite outdated and somewhat old-fashioned. Unfortunately, we experienced several service and organizational issues during our stay. At the beach bar, we ordered a milkshake but were served a juice instead without being asked — we were later told there was an issue with the ice. Instead of informing us, the staff simply replaced the drink without consultation. At dinner, incorrect dishes were brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, we were told the mistake was due to our ordering. One evening, a staff member pressured us to pay immediately and insisted on accompanying us to the reception to clarify the charge, even though we explained that we wanted to charge it to the room. At reception, we were told that charging to the room was perfectly fine. At check-out, we also discovered that one dinner had been charged twice. In addition, our room key stopped working several times on the day of departure — even though we had paid extra for a late check-out. The food and beverage offering is disappointing. The selection is very limited, especially for non-all-inclusive guests, with very few healthy options. The bar menus — both at the beach bar and the main bar — are closer to snack-bar level than to a hotel of this category. All-inclusive wine is served from cartons, and plastic water bottles are placed on the dinner tables. At breakfast, fresh juices often ran out quickly and were not refilled. The restaurant is frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. Compared to other hotels in Soma Bay, this property offers noticeably less atmosphere, entertainment, and overall quality. In Conclusion: Beautiful location and beach, but service, organization, and overall standards unfortunately do not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. There are clearly better alternatives in Soma Bay.

Hotel Hurghada | Esperienza di soggiorno reale 🌴 Il vantaggio principale di questo hotel al momento è l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le strutture e le camere sono relativamente nuove. Abbiamo prenotato un pacchetto all-inclusive con tre pasti al giorno, che al prezzo attuale rimane molto conveniente. La sicurezza è piuttosto rigorosa. Tutti vengono registrati all'ingresso e all'uscita dell'hotel, e persino gli autisti di Uber registrano i loro dati e il numero di targa, presumibilmente principalmente per la sicurezza degli ospiti. L'hotel fornisce anche braccialetti al check-in, il che rende più comodo l'utilizzo dei servizi. La colazione è stata una delle sorprese più piacevoli del mio soggiorno in Egitto, con una grande varietà e molta frutta. Inoltre, personalmente ho trovato la vegetazione intorno alla piscina un po' rada, quindi l'atmosfera generale del resort differiva leggermente dalle mie aspettative per un grande hotel di questo tipo. Tuttavia, il personale è stato generalmente molto accogliente, le strutture e le camere dell'hotel sono nuove, la colazione è abbondante e il prezzo all-inclusive è molto competitivo. Considerando l'attuale rapporto qualità-prezzo, penso che valga la pena consigliarlo. Se continueranno a migliorare i dettagli del servizio e la vegetazione, l'esperienza complessiva sarà sicuramente migliore. 🌴☀️

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

Концепция отеля  очень понравилась, невысокие домики в марокканском стиле, вокруг очень красивый ландшафт (видно, что люди уделяют этому внимание), пляж достаточно большой с мягким песочком и хорошим заходом в воду. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Ребята аниматоры молодцы, очень стараются развлекать гостей. 1 отель в Египете , который мне попался, где есть томатный сок) Атмосфера релакса, особенно вечером у бассейна. Еда хорошая, но мы были не в сезон, думаю, что когда 100% заселение в ресторане и баре будут очереди, так по размерам они не оч большие. Отель к посещению рекомендовал бы на 90% людям которые хотят тихого, комфортного отдыха.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada (24/7 – 30/7) I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** from **July 24th to July 30th**, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia tra fine novembre e inizio dicembre. Ho avuto la fortuna di ottenere uno sconto, quindi il prezzo per 15 giorni all-inclusive era incredibilmente allettante. Quindi, tutta la mia recensione si basa sul fatto che, per il prezzo che ho pagato, questa è stata la migliore vacanza di sempre. La posizione è eccellente. Adoro camminare ed è stato facile per me raggiungere la moschea, il porto turistico con gli yacht e tutti i negozi. La spiaggia è fantastica. La barriera corallina era assolutamente mozzafiato! Non ho mai visto così tanti pesci colorati e bellissimi in un acquario. Il cibo era buono; non sono schizzinoso. Ce n'era abbastanza per tutti, persino più che sufficiente. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno. Sì, l'arredamento è un po' datato. Ma ripeto, per il prezzo che ho pagato, è stato semplicemente fantastico.
