Con dispiacere devo scrivere questo recensione. A volte sono andato a Singkawang per un viaggio culinario, ecc. E questa volta ho deciso di provare questo hotel dopo la sua rigenerazione e riparazione. La prima impressione era buona, la vibrazione e l'interno del lobby erano buoni e confortevoli, ma è così. È possibile immaginare che si accinga alla tua stanza (12 p.m) e non si bagna fino a 5-6 p.m. Telefono di manutenzione della casa non contattabile. Ho visitato il ricevitore per chiedergli più volte, e hanno detto: ”Aspettate che sia ancora pronto”, poi ”i custodi stanno ancora pulendo altre stanze”, e ”alcune delle tole stanno ancora pulendo” (???) Che altro? NON FLACONE acqua nella stanza. NO TV CANNEL ALLO.Voglio dire, potrei ancora tenerlo in se è una casa o un ostello, ecc (anche una casa o un ostello giusto non lo fa) Ma questo hotel è indicato come 4-star in qualche sito web. È possibile immaginare questo livello di SOP? I bagni e le acque potabili sono un obbligo di base in ogni sessione di manutenzione, specialmente nella Room Preparation prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti !! Questo hotel è un servizio e SOP, senza dubbio, non è nemmeno un 3-star. Migliore ricercare un'altra scelta migliore vicino al centro commerciale Singkawang.

The service is friendly and very helpful. The room conditions are clean, tidy and ready to be occupied. The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. Want to find a place with affordable prices and a location close to any area.

Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

Saya penghuni kamar 260, AC nya berisik bunyi seperti perlu di bersihkan. Untuk kamar nya tembok tipis, lorong nya tidak kedap suara. Jadi Berisik sekali malam - malam... Entah karena masa liburan sekolah atau gimana... Cari kendaraan online di ketapang terbilang susah, menu sarapan tidak rekomended, lebih baik bekel roti saja.

Deve visitare Singkawang, West Kalimantan in un momento sbagliato ( scoppio di Corona ) e decidere di accedere all'hotel Grand Mandarin.Prezzo più basso ( 50% scontata GRAND ) ... Woww.Colazione, è un lusy n caduto in camera: @ una tazza di caffè, tè, riso fritto n noodle frigo. Il noodle fritto è piuttosto caldo, mentre il riso fritto è stir fritto fiocchi di chili. C'mon, perché ho pagato che tu' mi darà una scelta ... NOT hot n hotter.
