Fiji: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Viti Levu Group

PROS: Budget friendly. Located right next to a MacDonald's and multiple shopping spots from Supermarkets, boutiques & restaurants. Walking distance to Bus Stops, and 14 mins drive to Port Denarau. Parking & Gym is complementary. The gym is quite small. Friendly staff and don't forget the roof top bar & pool, spectacular view. CONS: We had a room with a broken shower, water leaked through the bottom tap while the shower head was in use. One of the bath towels provided was not properly washed. WiFi was utterly useless. Mobile Network only worked near the balcony so cannot use your 4G/5G network anywhere else in the room. NOTE! Do not leave your parking spot during events at the hotel, parking was not prioritized for in-house guests, first come first serve basis.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. Il personale era caldo, amichevole e sempre disposto a assistere, rendendoci benvenuti durante il nostro soggiorno. Le piscine erano eccellenti, soprattutto per le famiglie, e il contesto di spiaggia forniva il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere dell'atmosfera fijiana. Le opzioni di cibo e bevande erano buone, con una varietà di opzioni disponibili. La selezione del colazione era piacevole, e i ristoranti del resort offrono belle viste, soprattutto durante il sole. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, il nostro hotel è stato benvenuto, accogliente e accogliente. Ottimo posto per scoprire la vera gente delle Fiji, la sua cultura e il suo servizio. Personale molto cordiale e sempre attivo, con la barriera corallina, le passeggiate, il nuoto ecc. e tante altre attività da fare. Il cibo è ottimo, la colazione è ottima e preparata al momento, complimenti allo chef. Anche la cena è stata molto piacevole, le porzioni sono abbondanti e ben accolte. La sala da pranzo è ben distribuita, con gruppi più numerosi al piano inferiore e singoli e famiglie al piano superiore, non ci siamo mai sentiti troppo stretti o sopraffatti. Le camere erano fantastiche, non certo da 5 stelle, ma non cercano di esserlo. Le camere erano molto buone, i materassi erano comodi, si poteva dormire bene, c'era una doccia interna ed esterna per un'esperienza diversa. I giardini sono eccellenti, con il personale che li cura costantemente, il che è un vero vantaggio, fanno un lavoro meraviglioso. Il personale in generale è fantastico, sempre sorridente e disponibile a chiacchierare. Si aiutano tutti a vicenda e rendono il resort un posto divertente e organizzato. Il personale delle camere, che si occupa del trucco e della pulizia, è meraviglioso in tutto il posto, niente è stato un problema. La palestra che ho usato tutti i giorni avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, un tapis roulant e una nuova panca per l'allenamento, ma me la sono cavata e sono comunque andata bene. Un posto incantevole per una vacanza! Non esitate a prenotare perché dopo qualche giorno vi chiederete perché non avete prenotato per un periodo più lungo come abbiamo fatto noi.

Enjoyable stay with standout staff… just a few areas to improve Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The resort atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the team truly made us feel welcome. A few things could be improved: room service options were limited, so if you wanted something better you had to leave your room and go to the restaurants rather than having it delivered. Also, housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as it should be. There was hair in the bathroom, and the grout plus corners/crevices needed more attention. We also dealt with a constant flickering light in our room. That said, the staff were kind, friendly, and responsive, and they didn’t hesitate to fix issues once we brought them to their attention, which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to Temo at La Bottega Italian Restaurant, Esa and Kelly who made our nights at the Urban Sugar Beach Club an absolute blast, and Esava and Jo from concierge made sure we were well taken care of! The resort also had amazing activities planned during the Christmas holiday for all ages! Despite the few issues, I’d still recommend staying here, especially for the great service and lively resort vibe.

This resort offers everything you can hope for; comfort, cleanliness and superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the air-conditioning is rather noisy. Numerous restaurants on site makes you spoilt for choice, but they are rather pricey. However, the friendly staff are what makes this resort five star, they really are superb.
