While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

The hotel is modern, dreamy and exceptionally clean. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and Kempinski, as always, did not disappoint at all. Everything felt immaculate and very well maintained. The service at the front desk and concierge was impeccable, very professional, warm and genuinely friendly. Room service and overall service throughout the hotel were excellent as well. The hotel is very couple- and family-friendly, and one thing I truly appreciated was how quiet and uncrowded it felt. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we barely ran into other guests. The layout and structure of the hotel are very well thought out, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere where nothing ever feels busy or overwhelming. The spa was solid and offered all the basic, well-functioning amenities one would expect. I’ve stayed at spa hotels with more impressive facilities, but this one still delivers a good overall experience. The sauna area is well done, with different sauna variations available. The outside pool-area could be heated a tad more. Unfortunately, all massages and facials were fully booked and we were unable to get any appointments upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. The location is beautiful, but Berchtesgaden itself doesn’t offer much to do. If you want to eat outside the hotel, you’ll need to drive about 10 minutes downhill to the village/town where you’ll find good local restaurants. Food in the hotel was nothing special and significantly overpriced - although that is somewhat expected at a luxury hotel. The Johann Grill restaurant in the evening was especially disappointing: not tasty and far too expensive for the quality offered! Concierge parking costs €10 for outdoor downhill parking or €20 for the parking garage. The €10 option is more than sufficient as they still bring your car to you. The €20 garage option feels unnecessary. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid selection and quality. However, the service at breakfast was disappointing. We sat for around 20 minutes trying to make eye contact and the staff did not acknowledge us at all. After reaching out to the manager twice, she did try her best to improve the situation, which we appreciated. Overall, a very good spa hotel for couples and families, peaceful and well-designed, but with limited activities in the surrounding area. Three nights are more than sufficient. Despite a few service and food-related shortcomings, the hotel remains a relaxing and elegant place to stay.

Si tratta di un hotel di lusso a un prezzo accessibile e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Park Plaza Nuremberg. Le camere sono moderne, ampie, confortevoli e luminose. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente. Abbiamo fatto un check-in veloce e vicino alla reception troverete acqua aromatizzata e frutta che potrete gustare durante il vostro soggiorno. Ci hanno anche aiutato a raggiungere il parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada, presso l'Hauptbahnhof, che offre posti auto riservati se si tiene la destra una volta entrati al primo piano. Tutto quello che abbiamo dovuto fare è stato scambiare il nostro pass per il parcheggio con uno degli hotel, che costava 17 euro al giorno con ingresso/uscita illimitati e potevamo rimanere fino a tardi, se necessario, il giorno successivo. Le camere sono ben arredate con mobili moderni, una buona illuminazione, un paio di comode sedie, una scrivania, una grande TV, un set per la preparazione di tè e caffè, un minifrigo e un altoparlante bluetooth. Il letto era molto comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. In camera c'era un libro di Albrecht Dürer e nell'hotel erano esposte alcune opere d'arte ispirate ad Albrecht Dürer. Ci hanno offerto dell'acqua minerale in camera, che ci siamo rilassati e goduti dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa a camminare per Norimberga. Il bagno è spazioso, con una bella doccia grande e ottimi prodotti da bagno al gelsomino e bergamotto, tra cui shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e crema. C'è molto spazio sul piano di lavoro, uno scaldasalviette e una porta spessa, il che ha reso l'esperienza piacevole. Il bagno era abbastanza pulito, ma c'erano dei batuffoli di polvere sotto il lavandino e una delle tazze non sembrava pulita. La doccia offriva un'ottima pressione con un soffione a pioggia e un soffione portatile. L'acqua calda era facile da ottenere e abbondante. La posizione di questo hotel è ideale se si prevede di esplorare la città a piedi. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte delle principali attrazioni di Norimberga ed è proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale, dove si trovano l'Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (mercato dell'artigianato) e Frauentor. Oltre alla stazione centrale e alla sua metropolitana, proprio di fronte all'hotel si trovano anche un grande terminal degli autobus e numerose fermate del tram. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti anche nella zona del centro storico, nelle vicinanze, e alcuni fast food nella stazione centrale. C'è un sottopassaggio per raggiungere la stazione centrale, il che rende l'hotel facilmente raggiungibile.

After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. The location was one of its biggest strengths for us. The hotel is only one bus stop away from Munich Messe, or about a five-minute drive if you're coming by car. For anyone attending an exhibition or event there, it makes the early mornings and long days feel much more manageable. Another thing that stood out was just how clean and well maintained the hotel felt. You could tell that some parts of the property, such as the carpets, had been there for quite a few years, but they were looked after remarkably well. Rather than feeling worn, the hotel gave the impression of being carefully maintained and respected by the people running it. I also appreciated the little touches in the lobby. There were refreshments available for both adults and children—ice cream, cookies, and drinks—which added a welcoming atmosphere to the space. It was one of those simple gestures that makes a hotel feel more hospitable and less transactional. The gym being open 24 hours a day was another unexpected bonus. Whether arriving late after a long day or wanting an early workout before heading out, having that flexibility was genuinely useful. For those arriving by car, the free parking directly in front of the hotel was another convenience that shouldn't be underestimated, especially around Munich where parking can quickly become expensive or complicated. The only less positive part of our stay was an interaction at the front desk. One of the gentlemen working there came across as somewhat impatient and a little abrupt. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during our visit, and it was easy to imagine that the workload and constant stream of guests might have been contributing factors. Still, it stood out slightly against what was otherwise a very positive experience.

This is a decent 4-star hotel located in Garmisch. It was 7 min walk from train station. There was a kebab shop and an icecream restaurant right next to and across it. Dm drug store, supermarkets and more restaurants are within minutes of walking distance. Breakfast was buffet-style. There were a couple of staffs at breakfast and they were amazing. They would ask what kind of coffee and eggs you like for the day, and their service was quick and polite. Choices of food was more than sufficient, with croissants and rolls, toaster available, smoked salmon, a wide variety of spreads, ham, cheese, fruit juices, vegetables, cereals, milk/skimmed milk/soy milk/oat milk, more than 10 types of tea……. 4-5 pm is tea-time. The sitting room was elegant and spacious, which makes you feel calm and at home, with some background soothing music. You can read the papers or choose a book from the shelf there. There was also a small pool, steam and sauna, which were all delightful and relaxing, esp if it was raining and cold on some days. My room has a balcony which faces the mountains. It was spectacular and stunning to enjoy this view at dawn and dusk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was one gentleman, in shirt and tie every day ( who happened to have injured his leg and wore an orthosis and crutches to work) displayed exceptional kindness and passion in his job. He offered help and a lot suggestions spontaneously whenever I asked questions and told me “it is why I am here!”

Per un hotel situato vicino al lago con un grado relativamente elevato, mi aspettavo naturalmente una camera confortevole e ragionevolmente spaziosa con una bella vista sul lago, ma ho prenotato una camera unica e mi sono sentito molto deluso quando sono entrato. La stanza era molto piccola, il letto si sentiva in crampo, e il tetto era molto basso a causa del tetto scorretto, il che significa che non potevo nemmeno stare in piedi sul letto confortevolmente. Più grave era che non c'era una vista appropriata attraverso la finestra. La finestra era piccola, facendo la stanza piuttosto buia, e non faceva nulla di piacevole. Le foto sul sito erano anche molto ingannevole e non corrispondevano alla stanza che ho ricevuto. Per una stanza di circa 150 € per notte, questo tipo di spazio e di condizione sembra ingiustificato. Per essere equi, le strutture sono in generale abbastanza buone. Ci sono un'area di benessere, un palestra, un ristorante con grande cibo e una bella vista. Tuttavia, il ristorante è anche molto costoso, e il colazione non è incluso e deve essere pagato separatamente. Dato il prezzo, non credo che questi aspetti meritino un'eccessiva lode. La cosa che conta è la stanza stessa. Pagare 150 € per notte per una stanza di circa 15 metri quadrati, con un massimale medio di meno di 2.2 metri e una finestra molto piccola che si trova davanti al balcone di un altro, mi ha fatto sentire sinceramente sbagliato. A mio parere, la qualità della camera non corrisponde al prezzo.

I had a really nice stay at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Munich. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, which made it very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight lots of food options and everything tasted fresh. The location is okay, not right in the center, but still convenient enough to get around.

L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione centrale di Monaco, proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e anche i cinesi sono abituati a mangiare. L'ambiente è molto buono e anche il servizio è buono.
